I have tried virtually every mascara out there in the market to find my Holy Grail. This is the only mascara I keep coming back to. Holds a curl, doesn't smudge, and provides nice thickening and some length. Still looking for the mega lash effect but this is the closest Ive come so far.

Best mascara ever! Of corse, I havn't tried very many since I started using this. It is just what I want in a mascara: right consistency, right color (black or soft black), perfect shape of wand to make for thick lashes, and very waterproof! It does have a tendancy to pull up a lot of mascara when you take out the wand, so you might have to wipe it off some. I just wipe it on the rip of the bottle rather than blotting it with a tissue. I find this mascara works the best when it is running low.

So far - so good. I put it on and couldn't believe the following:
1> It was cheaper than my usual mascaras (coupon for a buck at walgreens brought it to just $6).
2> It looked far more natural than any other previous mascara including the clear almay mascara I've used - go figure.
3> It didn't clump - not at all...not even a little. All mascaras I have tried have clumped somewhat.
4> My lashes looked noticably fuller and thicker but not "done up" like most mascaras.

I cannot attest yet to how long it stays or if it stay after swimming yet. I will keep you posted. Either way...it's miles ahead of other mascaras that are more expensive and harder to find. continued >>

I wanted to like this mascara, as I usually like L'Oreal products, but this mascara just wasn't long-lasting enough. I also found that it smudged a bit underneath my eyes, and when it comes to waterproof formulas, that should never happen! I wouldn't buy it again- why put up with smudges when there are hundreds of mascaras our there?

I have purchased this mascara off and on for years, I always go back to it when I want a nice, thick, set of eyelashes. I need to use the waterproof version, because the other kind doesn't seem to hold a curl for me at all. This does hold a nice curl after the use of an eyelash curler, and lasts all day.

I just got this from walmart today because i desperatly needed a new mascara. I was kinda doubting the quality cause it was pretty cheap *paid about $6*, but right when i opened it i knew id love it =] definatly the best drugstore mascara ive ever used. i love how wide the brush is, makes it so easy to put on. one layer and my lashes were noticably longer and thicker. After about 2 more my lashes were SUPER long and made my eyes pop. I really love this product! i definatly recomand it to anyone looking for a cheap but good quality mascara!

Somebody pinch me...cause I think I'm dreaming!!! Okay, so maybe that sounds a little over the top, but I'm so excited about finding this absolute "gem" of a product, thanks to all you MUA ladies out there!

I was on MUA earlier this afternoon browsing the reviews because I was in desperate need of a mascara that would make my lashes *POP* and actually last throughout the day. So I came upon L'Oreal Voluminous WP mascara and although some people had negative things to say, I found that the majority of you LOVED this mascara. So knowing that this many makeup lovers couldn't be wrong, I decided to make a special trip all the way to my local drugstore to snatch up s tube (which really wasn't all that local, cause it's 45 minutes away!). So needless to say, I was excited to try this one out. And I'm glad I did.

First +: This product can be found anywhere.

Second +: I only paid $6.99 usd for it, which is dirt cheap (and honestly, this is why I steered clear of it for so long). I'm in no way a rich woman, but I'm a bit of a makeup snob. Just like with everything else in life, I believe you get what you pay for. I always invested in my cosmetics, because they make me feel good. Now I'm happy to have discovered this mascara, because this is now my HG mascara, and I'm not having to break the bank or special order it from the rainforest or the North Pole just to get my hands on some.

Third +: This mascara lives up to it's claims. As soon as I bought it, I ran outside and sat in my car in the parking lot to try it out. Keep in mind I didn't have a curler nearby (Shu Uemura's 24 kt gold is the best by the way)so I wasn't expecting very good results. So I applied the first coat and...nothing! I couldn't see what was so special about this stuff. And then I remembered what other members said about using multiple coats so that's what I did (allowing the applications to dry in between. And by the third coat, BAM!!! I had the lashes that every woman dreams about. No kidding. This product didn't clump my lashes and made them look long and full, almost like I was wearing fake eyelashes. I've had it on now for about 8 hrs. and so far it hasn't budged. No flaking, no running. And most importantly, no eye irritation. I would repurchase this for sure.

I love this mascara! It stays on all throughout the day and even when I go swimming. It gives definition without clumps. The only negative thing I have to say about it is it smells bad.

I love this mascara, especially the waterproof version. I have very thin, sparse eyelashes and this makes them look ten times thicker and very dark. It lasts forever, too, no matter how much time you spend in water (or how long you cry ;D) My only complaint would be that it is hard to get off, even with makeup remover. I've ripped out a few lashes (ouch!) trying to wash it off.

I've only used this a few days, and so far I love it. This actually isn't a very dramatic mascara (at least on me). It just makes my lashes look naturally fuller and longer. So far, this is the only mascara I've used that doesn't smudge under my eyes after a few hours. I haven't experienced any flaking either. The clumping has been pretty minimal, since I wipe the brush with a tissue beforehand.
