I love love love this product. I have the sensitive, clog prone kind of skin that is so hard to deal with. Meaning I CANNOT use anything that foams, no matter how mild it is advertised, it just strips off my skin. Even tap water strips off my skin making it feel dry and tight! Awful. But this water is actually very soothing on my sensitive skin, and it tones at the same time making my pores look smaller!I dont even need water to rinse it off. Just put on a cotton pad and wipe makeup away. It is EXTREMELY gentle, yet it takes everything off and I am left with a glow that we all want. This deserves 5 stars because it takes care of my skin.

Extremely good product, i have been using it for over a year now, amazing for taking off make up and dirt and grime from the day. Also good to wake up the skin if feeling groggy on a no make up day.

Pros: - Very gentle on the skin; no redness at all. - No oily residue. - No alcohol, so it's not drying. Cons:- Price (there are cheaper alternatives where I live - Singapore).- Does not remove stubborn waterproof makeup effectively; a few more swipes are required. The only upside here is that it's gentle so no redness from the rubbing. OVERALL: While I like that this is gentle and removes most makeup, I can't really use it as a face+eyes makeup remover, especially since I wear waterproof eye makeup. However, if you wear light or non-waterproof makeup, this would be a great option for you. Because I live in a hot and humid climate, I tend to wear more budge-proof makeup, so I feel like I still have to exfoliate chemically (face scrub) or mechanically (konjac sponge or some other face brush) in order to get the feeling that ALL my makeup is off my skin. For the moment, I will stick with Cleansing Express for face and a bi-phase eye makeup remover for my waterproof eye makeup.

I love this make up remover. Though it can't really get rid of the stubborn waterproof mascara and it take more effort to wash off the eyeliner, it's great that you won't get a greasy feeling after use and you don't need to rinse your face after use.I mainly use it to wipe off mistakes in the middle of doing eye make ups~Love it.

I bought some of this after reading that it was a cult product of models. That always gets me somehow, even though they generally have amazing skin and the rest of us normal people don't!Anyway, I tried it and love it. I have the Sensibio (which is the dark pink one) and I know there are other versions of this liquid cleanser. I have the Sensibio because it's for sensitive skin, and I have found that liquid cleansers can often be alcohol overload etc.I don't really have sensitive skin, in fact I have normal skin but this is what I chose! This cleanser is what I use when I'm either being lazy or just want to use a cleanser which I'll rub off with a cotton pad (so a slight exfo). What I have found is that it has incredible cleansing power while at the same time being gentle. I judge this by how well a cleanser will remove Invisible Zinc (fairly thick oily sunscreen), and waterproof makeup (my eyeliner is insane).I call this gentle because after using it to remove makeup, my skin actually looks a feels soothed. Redness is reduced, and skin feels soft. Of course this isn't a permanent effect, it is just what is observed after cleansing - can't say that of all cleansers! There are a few similar products out there which are much cheaper - especially if you are shopping in Asia. I've tried another one - can't say the brand because it is all in Asian - but Bioderma reigns supreme.Generally I find I need to use about 2 cotton pads (both sides) to do a whole face, and this equates to about 4 squirts. Bioderma comes in a pretty big bottle, so I honestly think this will last me a year or so. I have bought another bottle just in case, but I can't see it running out any time soon.It removes everything - having said that, it takes a bit of work to remove my mascara cos I pack that on. I just hold the cotton pad on the eyelashes for a minute to loosen, similar to when removing nail polish. The packaging is awesome - it is a light plastic bottle, with a squirt lid. The other version I tried had a pump lid, which is not travel friendly, and I found that it would "bounce" off the cotton pad a bit when I pumped! You can't control product usage with a pump. The product is like water so the squirt lid is heaps better and the Bioderma one doesn't release much product when you tip it upside down. Excellent control.Definitely try this product, pick one that works for you, but I have had amazing results with the sensitive one, and even though it is sensitive it packs cleansing punch!More about me:Asian normal skin - tending towards combination in summerWas acne-prone for yearsFoundation preference is to look as yellow as possible, absolutely nil pinkMAC NC-30, Shiseido O60Sunscreen everyday - alternating between Sofina and Invisible Zinc

I've tried a couple different micellar waters - avene, caudalie and bioderma. I really like using the bioderma when i'm too lazy to remove my makeup before going to bed (which is 99% of the time - I know it's bad but O well...). Compared to the others, bioderma seems to do the best job at taking off the makeup. I purchased mine while I was at Shoppers Drug Mart in BC, Canada as I'm not sure where else to get it from.

I really wish Bioderma was available in the U.S. because I'm hooked on this stuff. (OK, yes, it is available a few places in the U.S., but for an incredible mark-up.) It removes make-up, waterproof mascara, waterproof eyeliner, basically everything, and it incredibly gentle. I have very dry skin, and there's no tightness or discomfort after using the Bioderma. I usually follow up with a thermal water spray.I don't use this all the time (I still consider La Roche Posay's Physiological Cleanser to be my primary cleanser, mostly because of the exfoliating). I tend to use it after yoga (when I can't shower immediately), in the evening when I'm too tired to wash my face properly, and mid-day. It's also perfect for traveling. And, it really is insanely good as a non-greasy eye makeup remover. It's as good as the Lancome stuff, without the grease, and I can use the Bioderma with my contacts in, which I can't do with Lancome. Bioderma, please please please come the U.S.!
