First and foremost, I love UD e/s, but I can't stand their 24/7 liners. I got the sample size from my BOS palette. It sucked so bad! ITA 100% with the reviewers below me. The pencil itself doesn't last and neither does the product. In 2 weeks this will probably be down to a nub because you have to keep sharpening it. Plus, it claims it stays put for hours...riiiight...yeah..BS! Btw, the liner costs $17.00 for full-size. Not buyin! Not only that, but when I went to go shopping once, I had this liner on, and when I tried some pants on I noticed I looked like a damn panda when I looked in the mirror. WTF, UD?! I only had it on for 2 hours and, yes, I put UDPP before the liner just to make it stay put, but NO!! What a damn shame!
I agree with the user below me in saying that this has to be sharpened before EVERY USE.
I got mine along with the UD Naked palette and was incredibly excited to use it. I did like it the first time because it is creamy and has a nice dark colour. Also judging by the name 24/7, I was expecting it to last a while.
I used it on my upper lash line and waterline and it applied smoothly but it faded literally within an hour and a half. Wtf? Honestly even some of my old seemingly crappy eyeliners work better than this. Incredibly disappointed. Not to mention the fact that you literally HAVE to sharpen it before every use otherwise it gets really blunt and you get a chunky line. Ultimately it wastes a lot of product and it's just not worth it at all.
The only time this works is if I apply it and then apply UD's Creep e/s on top to "seal" it. I give credit to the e/s though definitely.
If you have oily lids/live in a tropical or humid climate, don't bother.
It was LOVE at first try.... and only at first try.
don't get me wrong. it is waterproof.. and stays put in waterline.. which is what i loved about it.
BUT!!!.. it seems like u have to sharpen it on the constant. and before you know it 2weeks later, and its almost at halfway point. really now??? ahHhh!! i really wanted to love this product. but i will not repurchase.

I really do like this product, although it does fade a bit towards the end of the day. It's super creamy, easy to blend and work with.
I will definitely re-purchase.
I like this stuff because it does stay on long and gives good dark color. If i put it on my upper lids it is pretty much there all day, though towards the end of the day it does fade a bit.
Down side: when I put it on my lower lids, it still tends to travel. Not as much as some other brands, but more than i'd like something called "24-7" to do. And the longer you have it, it does seem to get a little dry, but then I just sharpen. Still, it's great for lining the inner rims, it stays on pretty well.
I got this in the NAKED palette and I was excited to try it. The first few uses were fine, and the pencil was sharpened to a nice point. Then it wore down, and I resharpened it, and now the pencil does not come out strongly at all. It seems like one of those bad drugstore Wet N Wild pencils that seem to oxidize rapidly and needs to be sharpened for every use. I am disappointed. I prefer Merle Norman's black eye pencil. THAT is an intense, lasting pencil that stays put all day. I love that pencil and I am going to go buy one ASAP to replace this horrible weak pencil. Glad it was included with purchase!
I AM SO SO SO SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS! I had been wanting this for months and finally FINALLY i gave in and bought it...IT WAS NOT EVEN THAT BLACK....it did NOT last me even 4 hours before I noticed that the liner on the inner third of my upper lid above my lashes had disappeared completely...I am going to try it on my waterline and in some hours (or sooner if necessary) i will edit this to report on waterline lasting power...I was hoping it would be intense black like everyone raves about BUT it wasnt...nothing delivered for me on this eye liner...milani liquifeye is soo much better than this junk...and I wanted to love this so badly..
EDIT...nothing changed...still lousy like the first time..sigh..
Ladies + Gentlemen, please, PLEASE do not buy this eyeliner. I was in Sephora and I gave in to the hype because I love MakeupGeek..(it's her favorite eyeliner)! but I don't think its my favorite at all....
It is long lasting but It is TOOO creamy....and the pencil becomes SOFT and round after ONE USE, so you have to sharpen it every time if you want a nice fine line!
I give it two stars because I love the color. It's a VERY BOLD black just like how I want my eyeliners to be.
However, the fact that you have to sharpen it everytime just pisses me off!
