This conditioner makes my hair fall out!! I threw it into the trash. Classic Care conditioner doesn't do this to me.
I think this is a very good drugstore conditioner. I've tried lots and lots of them - I have very long, straight hair that can be dry in the winter. It's comparable to Fructis Sleek and Shine, but without the eyesore bottle and sharp citrus scent. I like Pantene's bottle and scent much better. This leaves my hair with lots of slip, and when dry, it's very soft, shiny, and smooth. Normally I use Giovanni Organic shampoos and conditioners but in the winter, I like to switch to silicone conditioners to protect my hair in the wind and cold. This is a very good one and I will likely buy it again.
This conditioner weighed down my hair. I did notice that my hair was a little less frizzy, but there was no extra shine or anything. Smells pretty good, though. Won't rebuy.

I very much liked this conditioner. I definitely noticed a huge change in the shininess/frizziness of my hair after one use of this product. It smells like the patented Pantene smell. It also helped my hair retain its moisture after I straightened it so that little strands didn't start expanding to absorb whatever humidity is in the air. Recommended.

This stuff is awesome! I've used every conditioner on the market and nothing holds a candle to this stuff. Ice shine smells great and it's not too strong. Sort of reminds me of Iced Tea, don't know why. A few times before it made my hair a little oily, but it hasn't done that at all with the last bottle I bought! Pantene was the only brand of Shampoo and Conditioner that could repair the damage to my hair. This stuff keeps my hair in line, keeps it shiny and lustrous. Everyone else can eat their heart out!
I wasn't expecting much from this product. I've got short, choppy, very damaged, very thick hair. Most things don't work for me.
I've used this product once and I see GREAT results. My hair actually is really really shiny. It looks like I've just left my hairdresser. It's quite healthy looking.
I do suspect that it would probably stop working so well after a while... but whatever! It's great now.
hmmm. This worked wonders the first few months I used it, my hair was healthy, shiny and moisturized. However, I noticed after a few more months of use, it simply stops working. My hairdresser told me this is because it coats your hair with a "thick chemical" and after a while your hair is made to "chemically shine" but then after frequent use the hair will start reacting to the harsh chemicals, resuilting in dead, dry hair. So,I gave this product a 3 since it works half the time.
this works well as far as drugstores conditioners go. but i would not reccomend if your looking for any dramamtic change. i didn't see much for a change in how shiny my hair was. so it's basically what i expected to see form this product, smells good but doesn't do much for my hair.
I did not like this product. I have very thick, long, wavy hair (loose curls I guess I'd describe it as). Many of my friends with thin hair love Pantene, but I DO NOT recommend for thick hair. I really don't have anything good to say about it. I noticed no difference in shine when using this product (but my brown hair with red and gold flecks doesn't pick up shine too well, anyway). My hair was frizzier and flatter using this as well, lacking its usual smoothness and bounce. And to top it off, my hair was falling out! I'm talking strands all over my back, kind of falling out. It was not good. Every time I came out of the shower and combed my hair, big wads of hair were stuck in the comb. After ONE USE of a different conditioner (Suave), almost none of my hair had fallen out. So, I am forced to give this product only one lippie. I don't know how well it affects thin hair or straight hair, but my hair did not agree at all. Girls with thick hair BEWARE!
