OMG what a rip off! The clue is that the product states it wants you to apply the anti-perspirant at night as well as the day. Well, do that and you're no better off than if you applied a regular Degree Ultra Clear anti-perspirant twice day. I should know. I bought this product and used it in the morning with no difference of protection than the usual Degree (which I like because it does provide the best wetness and odor protection IMO). I then applied Clinical twice a night, as directed, but experienced no difference from simply applying Ultra Clear twice a night, which, according to Consumer Reports magainze Shop Smart June '09 issue, is the answer for superior protection no matter which anti-perspirant you use. For three times the price you get nothing in return.

I would have been better off keeping my $9 and stuffing the bills under my armpits to keep my clothing dry. This product stopped my sweating the first day that I used it, but it has not worked for me since then. It also did nothing to prevent odor even the first time I used it, and I have never had a problem with underarm odor with any deodorant. I have used deodorants that do not boast "clinical-strength" and do a much better job keeping me smelling fresh than this product did. It also tends to leak, and the fluid that seeps out of it is greasy and unpleasant, so you may want to hang onto the box it comes in so that you can use it to protect your furniture, travel bags, etc.

I only developed a sweating problem this year. Until then regular deodorants worked just fine. Recently I noticed them not being adequate protection for me. This was the first "clinical protection" deodorant I tried. You put it on at night, and surprisingly enough, it does protect against odor and wetness the whole next day. So far so good. I would continue to buy this and use this.

Excellent product! I always have a sweating problem, but this is the first product that completely worked for me! I wore this on a sports tournament; it was a mild but breezy day, however, I was kept completely dry! Not even at the end of the day was I perspiring in the least. I hope everyone will find success with this wonder.

Active Ingredients: Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachlorohydrex Gly (20%) (Anti-perspirant)

Inactive Ingredients: Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, C18 36 Acid Triglyceride, Microcrystalline Wax, Silica, Fragrance (Parfum), Dimethicone Crosspolymer, BHT, Zea Mays Starch (Corn).

$11.95 @ Walmart for the larger size

Overall, a very good anti-perspirant. I don't know why I'm such a sweater now, but ordinary antiperspirants don't work on me anymore. I can still smell a 'scent' on mild weather days. I have used Certain Dri and stopped because it stung/itched and burned holes in some of my delicate blouses.

I like this because it felt soft and smooth upon application. I'm ok with the scent, which is the Shower Clean one. I have not had any problems with this product. I will update further if it fails. I took off 1 lippie because it stains my darker tops as it is not a clear gel based product.

My mom picked up the Secret version of the clinical strength deodorant and it did nothing beyond what regular products did for me. I like dove's line of deodorants, but they didn't offer me enough protection.

I've always sweat a lot, and this really does help me keep significantly drier than other deodorants. Others would only cut my sweating in half, this works to keep me dry so I only get the occasional wetness under my arms.

I used to not like the smell, but it has kind of grown on me. It's fairly strong, but fresh enough I can wear it without it being overpowering. One thing that would change this to a perfect rating overall is if it was unscented, or had a milder scent (like cucumber green tea that dove makes). The scent won't stop me from re-purchasing, but it would be a bonus--because I'd rather have a product that works, be so picky that I have to compromise quality.

FYI: I was in Shopper's Drug Mart today and noticed that there is now a Powder Fresh/lighter scent formulation for those that don't like this strong scent! Too bad I bought a new one a few days earlier...but will have to try it out once I am done my current stick!

Let me start off by saying I'm an intense sweater. I sweat all the time. Its terrible, inconvenient, and embarrassing. I never really tried "extra" strength deodorants before because I thought they were gimmicky, but I gave in after one of my co-workers raved about this product. I had a coupon so I got it really cheap, maybe three or four dollars. Well, this product does what it says. It keeps my underarms dry even when I am nervous and keeps me from sweating. I notice such a difference. I put it on as directed, after I get out of the shower (I shower at night), and it lasts until I take a shower the next day. I try not to use it every day just because its not the most "natural" product out there and save it for days when I know I'll need it (humid days, class presentations, etc). Definitely a must have if you're a sweater like me!

Bought this deoderant at Wal-mart for around $7 bucks and some odd cents. So far I am very impressed. It seems to be not only controlling the wetness but the odor also, which I seem to have a problem with no matter what I do or wear. Embarrassing! I have tried the Certain-Dri but it causes irritation - Ouch! I'm glad I purchased this one.

definitely not what I was looking for. did not stop underarm wetness, and the smell was absolutely horrible, to the point where I couldn't sleep because of it, when I applied it at night. It's too bad. I usually don't have problems with degree deodorants. :( Back to trying secret clinical strength.

I really love this!! Definitely my new HG!!! I only use it in the AM. It sinks in super fast and the scent isn't overwhelming like Secret and Dove's clinicals. I stay dry and odor-free! Excellent stuff!
