GLITTER EVERYWHERE! That is all...
I think this might be ok for halloween though, maybe a fairy? You could tell people the fallout on you cheek is fairy dust.
Uzi is a matte white w/ silver glitter in the pan. On the eye it's a beautiful sheer white sheen w/ silver glitter. I use w/ UDPP and it stays on all day. Love this color as a highlighter.
I do like this eyeshadow. It's a white/silvery shadow with loads of silver glitter in it. I can see why some individuals would give this a negative review, however, if you don't care for glitter and/or are looking for a more subtle e/s, then you honestly shouldn't buy Uzi in the first place. This is by no means a daytime shadow, but is perfect for a night out or special occassion. I usually lightly wet my eyelid and tap a small amount of Uzi across my lid for a great evening look with a little sparkle. The absolute trick is to tap Uzi lightly on a slightly wet lid, or lightly smear it across a dry lid, otherwise you will get too much glitter and fall out. If you are looking for a shadow that has lots of glitter/sparkle, then definitely give this a try, otherwise you will find this overwhelming. I wouldn't buy this shadow again strictly because I wouldn't use it enough, and the fact that I usually tend not wear shadows anyways.
Is there any pigment in this shadow? I really do like a lot of the UD shadows, but this one is just silver glitter. I don't see why anyone would need this shadow unless they had plans for a rave.
I actually really like this eye shadow (it was on a palette I got). I have to admit I was skeptical about it at first. It's a bright white frosty shade with silver glitter. It applies more evenly than most MAC eyeshadows of similar colour and it has the added bonus of the glitter. This way I don't have to add the glitter onto it on another layer. I find it does have a little glitter fallout onto my eyelashes, but the effect is quite nice. I would use it lightly on it's own as an eye area highlight or for more fantasy evening looks.
This shade was what made me give Urban Decay a second glance. I bought the Sustainable Shadow Box because it had Uzi in it, and a few other colors I was looking forward to trying. Uzi is a gorgeous color, but as many other reviewers echo, just too much glitter for me. Even if I apply it wet, the fallout is outrageous. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but this is reserved for club nights and occasions where I feel like highlighting my eyelids AND cheekbones with crazy amounts of glitter. I'm even a glitter fan and this was just a lot for me.
UD makes extremely capable of making amazing eyeshadows. However, Uzi is pretty much just flaky glitter. Not even pretty sparkly happy glitter. Just a flaky mess.

In agreement with the others... this is mostly just glitter. I bought this looking for a silver shade and discovered later that it was VAPOR I should have bought - and did buy later and liked better.
Uzi is not completely useless... if I want to add glitter to something, I can dust Uzi over it. Not something I do very often, though.
I have a lot of UD eyeshadows, and this is one that I knew given my love for glitter, I was sure to be crazy about. Well .. fast forward about a year and a dozen or so uses, and I'm just really on the fence about this. Don't get me wrong ..I love glitter from time to time when I'm feeling bold and want my eyes to say H-E-L-L-O .. but even for the glitter lover I am, this shadow is just too glittery! For starters, the fall out on this is massive. The only way I can use this without wanting to scratch my eyes out is to use it wet .. but using it wet, takes it from being flashy, to be almost obnoxious! I can only use a tiny touch of this wet on the lid, and it definitely makes my eyes *very* noticeable. I usually just reach past this and go for UD Vapor which gives me that shimmery white goodness without being too flashy.

I use this color from time to time when i want alot of glitter... the pigmentation doesn't have much payoff and there is far too much glitter... would not re-purchase.
