I love this liner. I'm probably the only one who uses this for my eyes too.. but it's amazing for a brow liner. I have thick brows but it ends a little short so i fill them in with this liner. I own the black one, so it sometimes makes my brows look "heavy" if i don't draw it in nicely. However it stays all day, ( 6 hours least) since i do light the end of it with a lighter. This makes it smoother and the colour pay off is waaay better.

Really good brow pencil, but I have to go over it with a brow brush many, many times for it to look natural.

Mink Brown is the perfect color for my brows..
I've got thin dark brown/black brows and fine brown hair..
I've tried the maybelline and covergirl brow twin packs and I like their packaging and water resistant claims but none of the colors match..
Most dark brown pencils are too reddish, black is too dark and off-tone.
I don't settle for "blonde" or taupe colors anymore either because I can tell the difference when I try to fill in the top of my brow line with a blonde or taupe color.
Wet n wild Mink brown is the perfect natural brown color, whereas many dark brown pencils might be "warm" brown.. It's nice to use warm browns for filling in brows and adding warmth but if I want to add length and thickness I would choose Mink Brown for someone like me.
The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is that I want it to be formulated and sold as a water resistant brown pencil! I love it.. It lasts long and I've never had a problem with it coming off but for some reason I just want that extra added security.. just so I know that there's no better brow pencil out there..

I have sparse brows and need something to make them more visible. For reference, I'm pale (NC15), warm-toned, brown eyes and light brown hair. Most brow products look unnaturally red on me. I've been using anastasia's pencil, but the color was just slightly too harsh unless I brush it out to where it's almost gone.
In comes my new 99 cent HG! The taupe is perfect! There are no red undertones, the color blends in just right. The consistency is a bit waxy, it occasionally pulls out a few hairs and looks horrible until brushed through with a spoolie (because it applies heavily), but the waxiness helps keep all the hairs in place all day. Makes my brows look more polished than a pencil 20x more expensive!

I have sparse black eyebrows and the taupe color is good to fill in my brows without looking too obvious. Love the wax in the pencil, and it lasts me all day. I rub on my brows all the time, and it never smeared or went onto my fingers. Stayed on until I washed it off. I just wish the cap would stay on, and I didn't need to sharpen it.

I would love this very much. It has some wax in the product to hold my brows in place and the color dark brown is perfect for my black eyebrows. It's cheap and efficient But I think I'm allergic to it. My eyebrows get itchy during the days I use it...lol I never thought that was possible.

Love love love this! I bought this in taupe and it matches my ashey blonde hair perfectly. I've never had it smudge on me either and it has never broken me out. It really is amazing the difference it makes when i have my brows all nice and filled in. All that being said I kinda suck with the application and I have to use one of those little double sided comb brushes a lot but aside from that for 99 cents its really worth a try.

So I picked up this brow pencil in Dark Brown the other day, excited to try it since it gets raves for being both a wax and a color for brows. I am seriously disappointed though in this product as it completely broke out my brow area after just using it for two days!!! I guess it was the wax portion, but I woke up with little pimples in my brows... really sad. The Color choices were disappointing too. Dark brown was just a tad too dark for my dark medium brown hair and looking at Taupe in the store would have been just too light. Maybe I'll try the Ultimate Brow Kit next, or resort to dropping some cash on Anastasia brow powder.

I'm quite shocked at how much I like this liner pencil. The mink brown color isn't quite right for my black brows, but I can get away with it. However, since I broke two of my color stay brown/black eyeliner pencils, I figured I'd give it a try. Used with an eyeshadow as a base to hold it in place, this is a beautiful soft brown liner and it lasts almost as well as color stay. Without eyeshadow it will transfer to my top lid, but all eyeliners do that on me. For 99cents I'm picking up another one.
