I did not have high hopes for this, despite the good reviews. I have long, straight, fine hair, a bit on the thin side due to hypothyroidism. It's been a pain in the butt the last few years due to this... unruly, snarly, dry, oily, damaged, irritated scalp... basically it hates everything. Add on top of this: I moved to an extremely dry, cold climate (Prairie Canada). So my hair hates life now. Most products weigh it down, but it is driving me bonkers so I figured, after hearing about this product, that I'd try this.

I won't say it's a complete miracle, but it's pretty awesome. I put a small amount in the palm of my hand and massage it into the lower 2/3rds of my hair while wet, and focus on the ends. I let it air dry overnight. And my hair is soft, healthy looking, bouncy, shiny, and best of all, not dry or static-y, or oily. It has cured my winter hair blues - I can wear my hair down again. Best of all, I only wash my hair every other day, and the second day? No grease. I was most afraid of this - the oily, greasiness. I don't care what the claims about Moroccan oil say... oil is oil, and the thought of it on my hair made me very skeptical... I was proven wrong in the best sort of way.

Overall, an excellent product, deserving of 5 lippies.

I have fine blond colour treated shoulder length hair which damages easily and will frizz, I have tried many products, some drug store and some very expensive high end oils and serums but this is hands down the best, it's amazing!

I tried it a few times and was so impressed I went and stocked up on a lifetime supply (3 extra bottles) as I'm terrified they will discontinue it. This sounds so corny but it changed my hair, every time I wash and blow dry my hair I apply this to my damp hair and I have a great hair day every time I use it and that is saying A LOT :)

OMG!! Best hair styling product I have ever used and I've used a ton! I live in humid SFL and have thin wavy hair that frizzes at the drop of a hat. Used this product 2x and it looks even better the second time. Previous products used; Moroccan oil light, aveda, chi, some biolage stuff that smelled terrible, paul mitchell stuff that smelled terrible, Fekkai crummy creamy stuff, etc. NOTHING has worked as well as this stuff, and you only need to put 2 drops in your hands and run through the bottom half and then a bit over the rest. Hair comes out so smooth and soft and full. Not heavy and greasy. If you have a frizz problem....BUY IT! I can't wait to see what happens when SFL summer hits.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this product has changed my life. I have fine, long hair that has a natural wave that tends to frizz throughout the top layers. Lots of products weigh my hair down or look oily because my hair is so thin, but I need frizz control and moisture for my curls or for when I blow dry my hair straight. This product has worked better than anything at making my hair pliable, smooth, and frizz-free, and it's not greasy. Blow-dry time is cut down because my hair is so much smoother with less heat and pulling, and natural curly days are less frizzy and rough-looking because my curls are moisturized and uniform. This product is so cheap that I think anybody should at least give it a try if their hair needs moisture and manageability.

I love this product! For the price it's a great value. It has a thin consistency and the smell is gorgeous! I put it in my hair after I take a shower. I focus on the dry ends and then whatever is excess I put it on my crown or middle portion of my head. It leaves my hair smooth and silky. I also sometimes put it in my hair when it's dry to tame the frizzies. You have to be very careful to not use too much. I'm on my 2nd bottle and would glady repurchase this Moroccan oil because of the price point.

I'm loving this product. I'm growing my hair out from a pixie cut (it's a chin-length bob now) and really try to treat my hair right. I use it on wet hair after a shower and its super shiny and soft. My only issue is the smell. It's not bad. It's just rather...odd-smelling.

I LOVE this product! I'm a spanish/asian mix and have very curly hair and have tried so many hair serums/oils and this by far is the best one. It helps define each curl and makes my hair shine! I love how light and how soft it makes my hair feel. Plus I love that it's cheap!

This product is fantastic!!!!
When i read all the reviews on it i had to try it so i went out and bought it for $7 at the drug store, and used it as soon as i got home.
I have bought soooo many expensive hair products. treatments, serums, leave-ins, etc and have never been as impressed by them as i was by this product.
I am beyond impressed by this product and never imagined it could have such an effect, especially after trying so many that costed way more than this.

First i used it in the shower before conditioning, then on my damp hair. i also used just a bit before and after flat ironing my hair. it left my hair feeling superrr smooth and soft and shiny as well. it also smoothed fly aways when i used a bit after straightening. You only need a bit and it goes a long way! also i am obsessed with the smell of this stuff!!

i have somewhat damaged hair from a lot of straightening over the years and this definitely made a huge difference even just after one use :)

if you dont have it, get it! :)

If everyone on MUA jumps off a bridge I will too provided its a fairly low cost bridge that will transform my life. I had big airy drying heaven plans in sight with this baby. Alas twas not to be. I once had thick, shiny lustrous hair but a medical condition that kills my moisture glands put an end to all that. Suffice it to say I steer clear of hungry horses lest they think my head is covered in hay.

I find this is no miracle cure for this dry, parched, breaks if you look sideways at it, hair of mine. It cuts frizz and one thing few products allow for is layering without signigicant buildup which you can do with this. Its smoothing and provides shine. However I can literally pour olive oil on my head and later in the day my hair is dry as dust again or at least looks it. I must have offed puppies and kittens (for good measure) in a former lifetime-explains everything.

This works much better for me pre heat styling such as curling iron/flat iron. I loathe to do either as my hair and I are barely on speaking terms as it is but sometimes a girl wants to pretend things are fine, hair is shiny and glamorous, again, things are FINE! If I use a bit of whichever heat protectant is letting me down at the moment then a bit of this, its easier to flat iron and looks smoother, almost like hair. I think its a good option in this way as I previously tried many other oils which were all fails in this area yet I persisted because jojoba worked so well (if not for the cystic bacne it causes, not a worthwhile tradeoff). So this is an affordable alternative.

So this is a nice light oil that feels less "oily" than various other skin/cooking-food-grade, oils I've tried and is helpful in that I can reapply without needing to wash daily due to dirty looking hair. On the avg dry hair this will likely be everything the reviews say and even walk your dog. I'm probably past help and once the smoke cloud of denial clears I will be a responsible adult and get a pixie cut.

HG for me. This has transformed my hair physically as well as my emotional messed up relationship with it. I have a bit of an OCD issue and am constantly trying to smooth every single strand. It's actually a real problem, like a freakin' drug addiction. Anyways, my hair is fine and very thin due to all the tugging, pulling and smoothing that I've done since birth (grabbing at my mom's hair until I grew my own). Amazingly tho, using this hair oil softens and smooths my hair so much that I don't feel the need to do it manually... not as much anyways. It's a big step for me and my hair looks so much better and healthier! It's dirt cheap too. I haven't had an issue with using too much and looking like a grease ball which is usually the case with all other serums and oils I've tried. This stuff is perfect.
