This fragrance seems to be very subjective on skin, but I really like it on me. It's a bit sweet at first but mellows out quickly to a light floral scent. It lasts all day without being overpowering and is innocent enough for any occasion. The bottle is pretty, too!

I only tried a sample spritz of this at the mall, but tresor midnight rose is horribly disgusting. It smells so fake that it reminded me of those berry Icebreakers mints. It is not classy or elegant, and I do not smell any roses, just a huge artificial burst of headache inducing berry-ness. It's very teeny-bopper and I'm surprised Emma Watson helped create this.

It does smell very good. Kinda too sweet and berry, but I like it. I smell the rose in it a bit. I love the bottle. It's so pretty and mysterious. A little bit romantic too. I'd wear it on a date or something. One spray lasts for a while. I sprayed it on my arm and it bled through my shirt sleeve. I like the perfume a lot. I'm glad I bought it after hours of looking at perfumes. Plus, I got it for $76 at perfumania. ($69 + 8.875%tax)

I got a sample of this and I am glad I did and didn't buy this with out smelling it first. Out of the bottle and on a card it is very berry smelling with a light amount of rose. On me for the first hour and a half it smelt like cough syrup and for the next 5 hours till I washed it off it smelt of heavy fake berries. It just plane smelt awful.

I luv this fragrance!! I am not a big fan of fruity fragrances but I have got to admit that this smells sooo good! I was at Macy's and was curious to smell this on my skin since it smelled alright in my magazine. One spray was enough to convince me to buy this. It smelled really good that I couldn't stop smelling my wrist! It was sort of like my nose was addicted to this scent. This doesn't hPpen to me very often in fact it's quite rare, so I knew I HAD to get this! The other time it happened to me was with bvlgAri omnia amethyst. So I immediately purchased it and was quite happy bcus it came with a hypnose mascara! Luv it! Smells really nice sort of like bvlgAri omnia amethyst but with a touch of raspberries. Smells so nice and a bit fruity but not something like for little girls.

I love love love this perfume!!! I know alot of people dont like the strong fruity/flowery sent but thats what i love as im not a big fan of strong muskyier perfumes. Ive bought another bottle and both times got them in the set that would cost the same price as the bottle along so i go some nice things to try out as well. the bottles lovely. also since i started wearing it ive had people ask what im wearing as they love it and say its so unusual!!

I've been searching high & low for a new fragrance... and I've tried so many over the past year or two.

Either A) fragrances that smell good on everyone else (or in a magazine sample strip) smell awful on me or B) every fragrance I try smells the same as every other fragrance I try. Where's the originality ?

I found it here! The girl at the counter sprayed it on her arm at the same time as on mine. A while later I stopped back & she said " I don't like it on me".. well, it smelled really nice on me, but not her. She even said "wow, its nowhere near the same!"

Disappointing for me. And I love raspberry-rose scents. It's not that Midnight Rose isn't pretty - it is indeed. It's a nice, pretty, sweet, fruity floral that lasts about 1/2 hour on skin, and comes in a gorgeous amethyst colored bottle. My problem with Midnight Rose is, if someone told me it was the latest and greatest Bath and Body works cologne, I'd think, "Yes. The usual, nondescript run-of-the-mill body spray." It seems like every moderately priced fragrance release in the past 5 years has used different combinations and concentrations of the exact same chemical blend, and it's getting boring as hell. If you're a fan of Carried Away, Country Chic, Secret Wonderland, Lady Million, Hot Couture, Wonderstruck, My Insolence, Escada body sprays, Britney Spears Radiance, etc. you'll probably enjoy Midnight Rose, but you won't smell particularly unique or memorable. Many people associate fragrances with people they've known who've worn them; particularly lovers. These days its hard to find an affordable fragrance for every-day, that doesn't blend, like white noise, into every atmosphere. If you want to stand out, you're better off with L'Air du Temps or Chantilly from the drug store!

I love this. It smells like a romantic berry, with a hint of rose. Very different from other scents, I've never smelt anything like this before. I've heard people say that Lancome perfumes smell like shampoo. Trust me, they don't. Not at all. I must say though this perfume is pretty expensive. I bought this literally two days after it was in stores. The only cons in this is that you can't spray tons of it all at once or it will be too strong and spicy, the price is pretty high, and the packaging. I love the packaging, but I think they should put more effort into the rose on the bottle to be honest. Other than these three things, I love it.(I also got a free full size hypnose mascara, and a huge makeup bag for free.)
