I saw this advertised on Good Morning America, I think. The woman was saying how this really works to fade scars for cheap. I found it on amazon.com for only $3, total w/shipping $5!!! What a deal! I got the normal one. I have been using this for a month now and it is really working. I had some scratches, where my dog scratched me, all excited about going in the yard. These scratches were taking forever to heal, like 5 months. They are pretty much gone with this cream. I'm using it for a few more serious scars that I'm sick of looking at, one from trying to iron my top while wearing it..dumb. They are getting much lighter already. Will update at the full 3 month of using this. This smells really good too.

Saved me. I bought the normal skin formula (it was all they had) and it's working very well for me. The price is awesome. It is a heavy formula so if you're acne prone like me I'd say it'd be your best bet to apply it with a q-tip lightly to the areas that need it.

I was mostly worried about that "mustache" discoloration BC can cause at times. It was bad. Others didn't seem to notice but it was taking a tole on my confidence so I gave this a try for $4.99. I figured I'd give it a try on some acne scarring on both cheeks while I used it with for my lip. It's working. (:

I've tried everything for my acne scars, nothing has worked as well or as fast as this stuff. I like the smell, others don't seem to. Even if you can't stand it, it's worth using it to get rid of discoloration for a few weeks. This product is changing my life as lame as that sounds.

I said I'd repurchase but I really don't think I'd need to. Such a huge bottle and I use so little. Try it! For $5 what do you have to loose? (: <3 continued >>

I have been using this product for one week, for facial razor burns , and I am very pleased with the results. The spots have decreased about 50%, and I have not had any complications. I use it 2x a day applying it to my freshly cleaned face.

this product worked for me, but i did not use as directed. first, i only put it directly on the spots, and did not rub into skin completely. i also only used at night, so i could wash off any oily residue in the morning. I DO NOT use a moisturizer on the spots where i use the fade cream and i give myself a few nights off here and there. it probably makes the spots fade slower, but this cream contains hydroquinone, which is a very strong chemical, even at only 2%. i notice that a lot of people in the reviews state that it made them break out, and the hydroquinone may be the case, especially if you broke out with cystic pimples. for those with sensitve skin, may i suggest skipping the chemicals, and spot treating with the juice of a fresh lemon? this takes longer, but it's natural and it works. Take Care of yourselves.

Ok so I bought this product (Ambi fade creme for oily skin) convinced that it was not going to give me the results I desired, I bought it because it was cheap price $7.99 and I thought why not give it a try! Boy was I surprised, only 3 days later and I noticed a significant difference in the darkness of my acne marks. The acne spots were a result of picking my acne breakouts (due to the hormones from birth-control causing severe breakouts) that turned into very dark spots about 3mm wide. I was absolutely horrified when my face started looking like I had chicken pox.
It has not been a full week later and these spots are almost gone. I would definitely recommend this product for someone who does not have current acne situation because it does tend to oil your skin. I use very little amount and only on the spots that were very dark. In addition I continued to use my Stievamycin acne treatment at night after washing off the Ambi.

Two stars because it faded acne scars. However, it made me break out like crazy in the areas I applied it, so my faded scars got replaced with new ones. I only put it on my cheeks, chin, and jaw area, where I have the acne pigmentation. I kept breaking out, but I assumed it was due to other reasons like my acne rx not working anymore or my hormone levels readjusting because I switched BC when I started this cream. I kept getting blackhead on my cheeks, which never happened before. I only got the acne where I put this on and nowhere else, so I decided to experiment a bit. I went off this cream for a week and my acne has subsided, with a few cysts remaining. Plus, the smell was off-putting; I can't describe it it's so strange and unpleasant.

I got the oily skin version thinking that it would suit my skin. Well, the cream still felt oily and heavy, even when I tried to use the smallest amount. I wish I read the description closely then I would have seen that nowhere was it written "noncomedogenic." At least this was cheap so I don't feel like I got totally ripped off.

Ok so, I brought this product at my local Target with the hopes of it lightening up some old acne scars on my face. Well, per the directions on the tube I applied a thin layer to all affected areas on my face.. the very next morning I had very bad painful cystic acne develop on all the areas I'd applied the fade cream to the night before! I mean, I'm in my late 20's & here I was dealing with a breakout like I was a teenager going through puberty! Smh.. this product is not for me, nor anyone else with even remotely sensitive skin for that matter.

I was surprised at how cheap this product is! I literally paid $5 for it. I used this on a few freckles I had and some acne scars. It didn't take very long for them to clear up (maybe 2 months tops) which was wonderful, but it was so oily and negatively affected my skin. I kept getting breakouts and had to keep reducing the amount I put on my face. It clogs pores easily, which is why I selected I wouldn't buy it again. But at least some of my scars are gone.

The worst fade cream I have tried... and trust me I have tried alot!.
During my pregnancy I had melasma or pregnancy mask - my ENTIRE face had mask like pigmentation. I have tried Porcelena, Esoterica,Skin success, Nadinola & a few high end hydroqunoine creams that all performed well but this one is the most useless cream I have ever tried. On to Ambi:
This did not lighten my pigmentation AT ALL. I used this for 6 months with no results at all. And the fade cream both for oily & normal skin broke me out in cystic acne several times. As soon this cream touches my skin I get breakouts (in next few days or weeks.) I still kept trying in the hopes that it may lighten my last few pigmentations left but zilch!. I even tried it on my acne scars but it just made them appear more vibrant red. This cream both formulas oily/normal are VERY oily & sticky. I cannot tolerate it on my skin.
Options: Skin Success (This one worked very well did not break me out) and Nadinola (4% hydroqunoine) worked much better.

This stuff works like magic! Not over night of course. I used one complete tube, applying only at night...and this stuff not only made in scars disappear, but it completely lightened my entire face. I went from being med tan..to almost pale !! So yes it works...but i will definitely NOT purcase again..as I wasnt trying to completely change the tone of my skin. If I ever had to use again, it would be for SPOT treatment only..would not apply to my entire face.
