I got a small version of Creme Radiance in a gift with purchase at the Lancome counter. I have oily/acne prone skin so I really had no intention of using this. One day I was running low on my usual face cleanser and I decided to try this out, it is amazing! You only need a tiny bit but it foams up and cleans off all your makeup plus any oil. My face feels so clean after I use this, it's not tight and there is no residue. I am really shocked at how well this works for my acne prone skin. I have also noticed that my pesky blackheads on my nose have been seriously reducing. This is extremely expensive for a face wash, I'm still on my freebie but it is one of the products that really makes a difference in my skin. I'm going to have to make the splurge soon!

My skin + this nasty cleanser= AWFUL, HORRIBLE, CRAZY BAD RESULTS!!!! First of all, when I put this on my hands to rub onto my face, I already feel like I'm doing something wrong. The PERFUME in this is INSANE and extremely overwhelming. I just knew it was going to break my face out. My face doesn't break out TOO easily, but with something terribly wrong it will. Icky Lancome, icky. This should be wiped off the counters. I thought I'd try it as I needed new & this had a nice GWP. I guess there might be a foam? or something- which the counter gal suggested, but they were out, so she told me this would be fine. Lying to get commission! This was soooooooo heavy and it does not even rinse all off. I hate it sooo much!

I have used this product for about 2 years now. I switch to the gel in the summer months, I live in an area that gets very hot so I find the gel is better at that time of year. For the 8 months of the year that I use this product I have to say it helps me maintain great skin. If I could show pictures of my skin before I started using this and now, you would be shocked. You only use a very small amount so it lasts well. I think it is great value for the money and will use this as long as it is available :)
Update
After years of using this and loving it Lancome changed the formula. I absolutely hate it now. I don't find it to clean well and I found I started to break out (which isn't normal for me) Will not be using this anymore :(

I bought this item as part of a set GWP. Just a tiny bit foams EXTREMELY well and I'm quite impressed by how well this removes makeup (there's barely any residue left when I swipe my face with cotton pad + toner after washing).

Everything positive they say about this product is true. At the moment, this cleanser is one of my HG and I hope Lancome continues to make this product.

This must have been a giveaway to my mum since it mysteriously appeared on the bathroom shelf, but I'm not complaining! I have pretty oily skin, but true to its name, crème radiance does not strip it of moisture but instead leaves it feeling clean and radiant. The best thing about this is the fragrance. It's a light, fresh scent that's not too cloying and it's part of what makes your face feel clean. crème radiance is a cream-to-foam cleanser so I just mix a pea-sized amount in my palm with a bit of water and lather it on my wet face (as someone said it is fairly concentrated so you will only need a small amount). It does wonders for my skin that I can't really explain, but it looks more refreshed, rather smooth and glowing (compared to my regular Dove or Aveeno), doesn't feel tight at all, and smells good too. A tube of this stuff is pretty expensive since it's a designer label, so I only use it on special occasions and that can be considered a downside. However for the effects it's quite worth the price and I'm hoping another tube will magically appear on the bathroom shelf once this one runs out. ;)

thankfully i got this as a gift with purchase so i wont feel bad if use it to wash my dishes. this stuff is crap. whoever allowed this to be created and distributed as a facial cleanser should be fired. this stuff is SO STRIPPING. i have pretty normal to slightly dry skin but can use oily skin products without too many side effects. i know how squeaky clean feels like and while its not something i look for in a cleanser, i dont mind it too much. but this is ridiculous. after i washed my face with it that one time, i couldnt even smooth my hands over my face. it had sucked out all the oils in my hands and my face and there was so much friction. if i had washed my face in palmolive i think i wouldve had better luck. i dont even recommend this to oily skins because those skins are likely to be acne prone and this is just way to harsh and would make you break out more. or if youre just oily without acne youd just produce more oil due to the harsh sulfates. yes, you should always buy skincare products for your skin type but when things are too harsh or too oily, they do nothing but aggravate the skin by zapping it of essential oils or clogging the pores. this is too harsh and will aggravate skin. skincare is about moderation and balance as your skin is a living organ. i believe gentle skincare is the best skincare and this is not it. dont buy this. worst thing ever.

I received this product as a gift in a GWP event that lancome always has..a little 60mL bottle of this lasted me almost 4 months! This stuff foams up super well so i only need a tiny bit,,and by foaming i don't mean soap and bubbles, it's just a nice rich creamy lather that does not feel drying at all. I have oily skin that's very acne prone, this cleanser did not cause me any new breakouts and kept my skin clean, it washes away all the dirt and oil but my face isn't tight at all, it leaves no residue on the skin so it simply just feels clean. This also removes my face makeup pretty well, but i use a separate eye makeup remover so i don't know how it works for the eyes. It has a very nice feminine fragrance that isn't overpowering at all. I think this is a very good daily cleanser if you don't have any special needs (ie: anti aging, acne control etc) and the price isn't too bad considering how long it will last.

I love this cleanser, and it's actually pretty close to becoming my HG. Last year, around this time, I used this cleanser religiously and my skin stayed under control. Lately, my skin hasn't been doing too well (breaking out way more than usual- probably a combination of stress and testing out different products more often than I should). I had a small bottle of this cleanser lying around that I probably received as a gwp at some point- I have now been using it for about a week and would not hesitate to buy a full sized tube when I'm finished with it. My breakouts have completely calmed down- no new ones have appeared, and the old ones healed quickly. I am amazed with how concentrated this cleanser is- I can literally thoroughly cleanse my entire face with an amount that is smaller than the size of a pea. It also produces a wonderful creamy lather, and it manages to remove my makeup quite well (I don't use it on eye makeup because I always use a separate makeup remover for stuff like that, but it's capable of removing my tinted moisturizer, blush, bronzer, foundation, concealers, and powders very well). My skin actually looks good after I use this cleanser. My skin is combination, very prone to clogged pores, but also prone to dryness because I use benzaclin gel and this cleanser does not aggrevate my dryness at all. After cleansing, my skin feels fresh and clean, not horribly dry, and it actually looks radiant, not stripped or red. I am getting a Clarisonic mia brush for christmas, so I am super excited to try this cleanser out with that brush, as the results are really good just on its own. I definately reccomend this cleanser for anyone with normal, combination, or oily skin.

I got this as a well-sized sample, used it for about a month. I don't really get breakouts and don't have problem skin, so I can't say whether it helped me with those things. It didn't break me out, at least. A little goes a long way with this, and it lathers up nicely. Pleasant smell (and taste wow!) You can feel it deep-clean. However, it's not as moisturizing as you would think and my skin felt tight afterwards. Not a fan of Lancome considering they test on animals. I pass on this, it offers no viable benefits for normal skin that I've seen.
