Fantastic product, I use this for my bridal and editorial work and its photographs amazingly. Coverage is medium and gives a flawless look without looking cakey. I would recommend applying it with a stipple brush as sponges seems to soak it up and you waste a lot of foundation.
One cristsism would be the packaging, my lids are forever falling off!
But apart from that A MUST BUY!
So far, I love this. I had it applied at Sephora and have yet to find any cons. I usually have issues with finding foundations that match my skin, but found a perfect match in 110 (i have very light skin, but with yellow undertones). MUFE has an amazing spectrum of colors. I have had the foundation on for 7 hours so far, and it still looks great! Covered all blemishes or discolorations in my skin (including redness, which is very difficult for me as my nose tends to get red!). I tend to get a tiny bit oily on my forehead throughout the day and so far, I have seen no signs of this. The Sephora rep DID apply it a bit too heavy for my liking, which it seems maybe some fine lines on my face are more visual than usual (ill have to see if this changes when i apply it as I usually would). So far, that's my only complaint. I will edit this in a couple of days with my final verdict!
I've been frolicking through Sephora and Nordstrom on a foundation-testing binge lately so THIS IS NOT A FULL REVIEW, which is to say, I tested my sample of this on a full face *once*. I won't be testing it again because I was unimpressed with it -- apart from slightly easier blending, I didn't see it do anything that Revlon Colorstay doesn't do. In fact, it settles into my pores and makes little foundation-colored dots in a way that CS never does. Undoubtedly if I spent days applying it with different methods I would find a way to get a better finish, but I don't have time for that, I want foundation that doesn't have to be babied to look decent.
I have this in 117. Im normally an NC20. This foundation blends quite well into the skin with good coverage of discoloration and blemishes. I hardly have to use concealer unless my pimples are enormous. I find that this foundation is better applied with fingers due to a thicker consistency. I am not sure others experienced this, but my pump broke and came off. Also, the staying power is not super amazing despite setting it with powder after. Other than that i really like this foundation. I may repurchase but i would like to try other foundations.
This is by far my favorite foundation. I wear shade #127 and its my 3rd bottle. I love the way it gives my face a flawless look with an oh-so slight glow. Looks very natural, photographs well and is comfortable on my skin. I love it so much, I requested my Make Up Artist to use this for all my Wedding functions ( I'm Indian and our wedding events usually last a week). This doesn't cake and doesn't oxidize much. This is HG product for me. Only wish it was a little more affordable. LAAAve it! Would I buy it again? DEFINITELY

This foundation was just ok.. I liked it alot n I loved the color selection. It was easy to get full coverage with the mineral powder brush from sephora.
i heard positive reviews about the HD foundation and thought i would try it out, and i came to these conclusions:
PROS:
-perfect skin match
-makes skin look good
-build-able coverage
CONS:
-very light formula (i like thicker foundations)
-used a lot of product to achieve a full coverage look
-not long lasting
-do not like the kabuki brush
-setting powder isnt the best
would not recommend this if you need coverage because you will use a lot of product so beware
Pros:
--perfect color match (117), which is so hard to find.
--nice coverage.
Cons:
--accentuates pores, dry spots and creases (even with primer).
--after a few hours, becomes cakey.
I tried this foundation using a brush, fingers, with and without primer, with and without finishing powder, and I just can't get it to work. Taking it back to Sephora.

This isn't a terrible product (maybe good depending on your coloring/skin type), but for me personally it just isn't anything great at all. I can't get a color match that's perfect without mixing colors. The lightest color (110 Pink Porcelain) is too pink for me, and the lightest neutral color (117 Sable) is kind of dark. I would try the 115 Ivory that's in between, but to be honest, I need more coverage and the finish isn't flattering on me (greasy-looking!) if I try to build the coverage up. I prefer Make Up For Ever's Mat Velvet. Strangely enough, the lightest color of that foundation, which is Alabaster, isn't as pink as the HD's Pink Porcelain.)
If you have beautiful skin that is on the dry side and can get a good color match, I can see this being an awesome product.
This foundation works good but for the price its just crap ! Lol. Good coverage, OK lasting power, good color selection but there's drug store stuff that can do the same tricks the guy can do. I paid 25$ (I have a discount because I'm a make up artist) but for 55$ bucks for the average consumer that's just a robbery! Go for Christian Dior or Channel if you plan on spending that much on a foundation.
