HG Mascara! :-)

I'm 15 years old and I've tried many different mascaras.
Covergirl Lash Bast Volume, Maybelline The Colossal, Loreal Voluminous Waterproof, Covergirl Lash Exact Waterproof, Maybelline Full N Soft Waterproof, and these are nothing compared The Falsies!!

(First off don't ever get Colossal waterproof. It was a freakin PAIN to get off even with my $70 Shu Uemura Cleanse off oil (that gets off every makeup!) and I lost lashes. The smell was horrible. just thinking about it makes me cringe. BLECH)

So the Falsies waterproof gives awesome length and curl. Volume is pretty decent! It makes my lashes look full and defined. Most of it will depend on how you apply, so make sure you know how to apply mascara PROPERLY. You have to kind of wiggle it and gently, slowly coat the lashes. and sometimes blink into it. It has to be done right and carefully for beautiful lashes. :-)

i picked this up after reading a review that this mascara was HG for a lady who had short straight asian lashes, which i have. but when i curled my lashes and applied this, my lashes looked like a dream! and i just removed it with my cleanse off oil and it was easy! some people say that it is hard to remove this, you just need a really good quality make up remover.

I love this. it looked amazing with my MAC I get no kick eyeliner on my waterline, it really brightened my look, with the whole pretty lashes and bright look going on.

The packaging is cute deep purple magenta ish and blue teal lettering. It's cute! WAYYYYY better than the colossal, mascara quality wise.

I love this mascara and i'm glad i picked it up. I've been searching for my HG Mascara and this may be it. if i have any other problems with it i'll let ya'll know but nuh-uh i love this.

Pick this up!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very picky with the mascara that I use, I tried almost everything! This mascara is great it holds the curl and really gives you a thicker and longer lashes. This is now my current favorite mascara loreal voluminous is good but i like this one better coz it makes my lashes looking like false eyelashes!

I am hooked! Ever since I started using this mascara, I have gotten so many complements on my eyes looking 'big and beautiful' ;) This mascara LENGTHENS, SEPARATES, CURLS, and adds VOLUME. It's all I can ever ask for in a mascara. The best thing is, the 'look' this mascara gives me lasts all day! I highly recommend giving this mascara a try.

HG mascara for me! I'm not even tempted by all of the commercials for other mascaras now. My previous favorite was CG Lashblast waterproof, for holding my curl and giving me very black lashes with lots of volume. What I didn't like was the lack of length, and I felt that Lashblast didn't make the ends of my lashes look nice. That is, my lashes kind of looked like long stubble, without any kind of tapering at the end of the hairs (wow, I hope this makes sense to you). I could also feel that my lashes felt hard when I wore it. Falsies does everything that Lashblast did in terms of curl, but also doesn't make my lashes feel as hard and it gives them a nice feathery effect at the tips. I think the black is even blacker than Lashblast's. A last plus is that the brush is much better at doing lower lashes than Lashblast.

I was in Hawaii and of course my mascara ran out, so I went to Wal-Mart and I couldn't find my normal stuff, so I tried this because it was cheaper. At first it worked great, but now I find my eyes un-even. One eye will be clumpy, and the other looks as if it has no mascara on it whatsoever. Not be buying this again.

I have to address all the claims of this product not coming off at the end of the day and that it is ripping people's eyelashes out - That claim is outrageous!! When I first purchased this product I decided to get the waterproof version myself which I have not done in a while but I am very glad that I did. I will be honest though about what I thought about it. I have never used a mascara that actually did what it said it would do until I used this one. When I went to take it off, (your right) it was not easy as pie but (ALL YOU NEED IS EYE MAKEUP REMOVER) and a cotton ball and it comes right off. Your gently cleansers won't work but in my opinion that is a good thing cause I can tell you first hand that this mascara will stay the way you left it when you put in on for at least two days. The reason that I know this is because the day I purchased this I was on my way on a road trip with a couple of friends and realized that my mascara had not been put back into my bag when I put my makeup on that morning. I bought this, and left it on for two days cause when I washed my face with my gentle cleanser it did not come off at all. I was in a hurry so I left it on and it looked great. I understand if there are people who want their makeup to come off as easily as it came off and I have not tried the one that is not waterproof but I got what I asked for. Get some eye makeup remover and a cotton ball to remove and your GOLDEN. I love the way my eyes look after using this mascara and I am one who hopes that they never discontinue this product because I am a customer for life. ;)))

It does volumize but CLUMPS, CLUMPS, CLUMPS!!!
The brush is way to big and does not do a good job in separation.

This has become my HG mascara, no doubt. I have literally 3 other unopened mascaras of other brands sitting in waiting to be used, but I don't even feel tempted to use them, as I love this mascara so much. Nothing else comes close in terms of building LOTS of volume in just one or two coats! This mascara actually *does* give the look of natural false lashes, because it builds tons of volume at the base, while still leaving the tips clump-free (I hate when volumizing mascaras leave stumpy "fat ends" or little balls at the end of lashes). This is a combination that I haven't been able to find with any other mascara!

One thing that I think is vital, though, when using this mascara is the "business card" trick that I learned from YouTube. You hold a business card (I cut them in half, or you can just use scraps of paper, but business cards work a little better because they're stiffer) behind the lashes as you are swiping on the mascara. You can also use one of those Asian lash guards, or make your own out of plastic. This really helps to cut down on the clumping, and lashes stay separated and natural-looking, but still fat and fabulous. This eliminates the need to go through with a lash brush afterwards.

This mascara can also be difficult to remove. Before washing my face, I am sure to remove both eye makeup and sunscreen with an oil: grapeseed, soybean, sometimes mixed with castor oil works great. You just massage it gently into your lashes, and it dissolves all trace of mascara and other eye m/u before you actually wash with a cleanser.

My eyelashes, without any makeup, are fairly medium in length and volume, so I figured I'd give it a go with the Falsies and see how that would up my eyelashes. The wand was a bit tricky at first, and takes some time to get the hang of, but even at its best, it is still a little flimsy and awkward to use. The mascara clumps together way too easily once applied, and made my average-looking eyelashes look thinner rather than fuller, although it did give length to them. I always use waterproof mascara because I have sensitive eyes and have to apply eye drops to them throughout the day, and I can say that this mascara has never smudged on me. However, come night time when I need to remove my makeup, even with the best waterproof makeup remover I've found, there is always still a bit on my eyelashes when I wake up in the morning. It's a decent mascara but definitely does not do what it claims to do.
