PROS: Well, it's definitely not too much on your lashes. Washes off easily when removing.


CONS: First off, if you're not applying this product truly into the base of your lashes, it's not going to actually help them grow, etc. It might be more conditioning than other mascaras; and that might help your lashes a bit. I don't know......Anyway, this clumps into triangles when applying. Flakes a lot after a while. I wasn't expecting much volume, but there was almost nothing. You don't know how close I was to giving this a "1."


ALTERNATES: Jordana's Volumizing mascara and Loreal's Voluminous Million Lashes give me volume and length that lasts a long time without flaking. If you already have good lashes (don't need much help), you may like CoverGirl Last Blast Fusion. For texture similar to this but longer lasting, I use Revlon Double Extension tubes.


APPLICATION TIPS: Shiseido's primer (even the new one) helps this stay on with WAY less smudging/transfer/flaking. I am a recent convert to using Shiseido's popular curler too.

i bought this mascara the other day. I love it. it makes my lashes longer, which i wanted. Using my primer then using the mascara. My lashes are more fuller, longer. I would definetly recommend this mascara to anyone. 9/10 :)

At first, this mascara looked awesome and I love the brush. But then my eyelashes started to fall. You couldn't even tell I curled them! Also, I always put mascara on my bottom lashes and this one rubbed off all under my eyes! I'll use it up because its not awful but I definitely expected better! :(

This product is a tricky little one. It doesn;t make the eyelashes dramatic but it seperates quite cleanly. I couldnt see any growth really. After about two months use when i tried my prior mascara i realised my eyelashes indeed looked longer and fuller. I already have long lashes but now that they can touch my eyebrows with no curler i am impressed. Its grow luscious and so now i try to wear it as a first layer of mascara undernath a more dramatic mascara

I dont know why this product is getting such low ratings! Its amazing, I have average length lashes but my problem was getting a natural curl and a natural look. Mascara is a staple in my beauty routine, I could go without everything else as long as I have beautiful lashes. For a long time I would by a new brand of mascara as soon as the old one would run out. Nothing worked some caused my lashes to fall out, or the weighed them down too much, and none seemed to be able to give me that beautiful, natural curl. Finally I saw the ad for this and though what the hell and I bought it. The first time I tried it I fell in love, it lengthened my lashes considerably, and I was able to put on two to three coats without buildup! Which makes it great for freshening up before on evening event or something of the sort. It also gave me that natural curl that I have been searching for! It is also so light I'am able to curl my lashes even AFTER applying it, for extra beautiful lashes.
Another plus side to this product is that it actually helps your lashes grow longer over time. After my first month of use my lashes were considerably stronger and longer. It also comes in a pretty big tube, one tube usually lasts me 2 months. The price is alright and definitly worth it. I have and will continue to buy it! (:

I was pleasantly suprised by this. Honestly I wasnt expecting anything superfabulous, but I am really impressed just by how this performs. Nevermind the lash-enhancing claims, which is why I bought it; (I burned some of my lashes off recently, don't ask how ^_^) it almost doesnt matter now. I love this because it lasts all day, kicks butt lengthening (I do 2-3 coats, and yes, its extremely layerable) feels soft on the lashes and seperates well due to the lovely, plush brush...the only downers (and they're slight) is that it doesn't volumize a hell of a lot for me, which is no big becasue I prefer length over volume, and the blackest formula was still not quite as black as I'd like. Oh man though, the way it makes my lashes look, I think I can kiss my much more expensive Lancome addiction to the curb. YES!!! (oh yeah, it curls my lashes a bit too, also awesome, since I'm too lazy to manually curl mine :D)

UPDATE...My lashes are falling out!!! Time to dump this mascara. So much for first impressions. AND the 2nd tube I bought of this peeled and got green sparkles all over all my other make up packaging.? Pleas eignore he glowing review I previously left for this mascara.
I love this mascara. I bought a tube of this to get me by until I got my Dior Show in my Christmas stocking. :-) But after a couple of weeks of using this I crossed the Dior off my wish list. It's not as luxurious as Dior but I really do like it as an every day mascara. It easily holds up for day or evening.

Good black colour, good all-round effects - it's a great everyday mascara that's dramatic enough for evening. That means it's good if, like me, you only want to have one mascara on the go at a time. Makes lashes appear a bit longer and a bit thicker, and, in the words of my mum, "your mascara looks really...nice".

After three weeks of use my lashes are in great condition. Normally I notice some fluctuation in lash length and thickness depending on where they're at in the growth cycle. This mascara won't make lashes grow to a ludicrous length, but it does seem to encourage them to stay on top of their game, meaning that they're the longest and thickest they can naturally be, all month long.

I think if people are expecting a Latisse-style wonder growth product they''ll be disappointed, but it's a high-street mascara and you have to be realistic. Think of it as a very nice mascara with some conditioning benefits.

I have been using this mascara for almost a week, including all night on New Years Eve.

I really like the formula of this mascara and the results it gives. I have naturally curly lashes and and it really improves and holds the natural curl without me having to use an eyelash curler. I have pretty short lashes and this really lengthens them nicely and boosts volume pretty well too. I bought this in black and it is definitely not a super dark black, and the other reviewer is absolutely correct when she said that it comes off your lashes and looks blue. I have fair skin and hair, and this is a perfect black for me. If you have darker hair/skin tone or just prefer dark, deep black then choose another shade.

I have recently tried the Falsies (non-waterproof) and the L'oreal Extend tube mascara in the red and white packaging and I like this a lot better than both of those. It is a drier formula than Falsies, but I like that since Falsies would get all over my upper lid, and the brush was annoying and clunky because it was huge AND curved. This one is just huge. It is a really big brush, and normally I hate that, but I am working with this one because I like the formula so much, and the tip is pretty narrow so it is easier to into your inner corners. I do feel like you can't get right in at the roots with a big brush than a little one. This is also much blacker than the L'oreal one.

I have not had any issues with it migrating or flaking. I guess it is a little bit harder to get off than other mascaras but I use the Sonia Kashuk remover which is really good, so that's not a big deal. I am going to use for another week and if its still going well I am going back to get the black-brown.

I will have to update this with the info on whether it makes my lashes grow or not. Even if it doesn't I really like the formula, and the price is comparable to all the other DS mascaras. I am giving it a four, because I do wish the brush was just a bit smaller.

When I first opened this mascara I immediately thought it was too dry. However, two weeks later it's now one of my favorite Revlon mascaras. It reminds me a lot of Benefit's Bad Gal Lash with the large wand. Gives my lashes a lot of volume, I have nothing to complain about.
