Really disliked this one. I usually like the Cover Girl mascara line and tried this one to lengthen my aging lashes. It only gave me a lid full of spider legs and nothing else. I actually returned it, which is something I never do. Don't waste your time with this one.

The formula is clumpier than LOreal Telescopic but this brush is much better. My overall finding is that this gives a very natural sort of look. It lengthens, but not as much as Telescopic I think. I now use the Brown Black shade for my eyebrows to shape/color/stick in place and it works WONDERFULLY, Odd how I use it for that...

I really like this mascara. My lashes are already pretty long, but this just makes them way longer. It doesn't clump, and it goes on soo smooth with no tugging on my lashes. I don't know why people have said this looks 'natural' it doesn't look natural when I put it on, it definitely makes my lashes darker and longer and more noticeable. I don't think a mascara can every really be called natural looking anyways, Ive never seen a mascara make my lashes look natural except for a clear one.
I thought I would get amazing length with this mascara because I've heard good things about the regular lash blast mascara. I was wrong. The brush is the new plastic bristle type with very very short bristles that do not catch much of the lashes at all. I have to use 3-4 coats to just to look like I have some mascara on. Also it does not deliver on lengthening. The only thing I like it for is my lower lashes because the bristles are so tiny and sparse on the brush.
This just didn't do anything for me. I really need length, which I can get from good mascaras (just switched to L'Oreal Voluminous, which I LOVE). The Lash Blast gave me NO length, no volume, and really just didn't do anything but make my lashes darker.
The only plus side is that this mascara did not flake or leave me with dark circles at the end of the day. I will give them that. But, won't be repurchasing.
This mascara was a real disappointment. As other reviewers have noted, it takes several coats to even look like you are wearing mascara. If you work hard enough this will define and separate your lashes, but if you are expecting any length, forget it. And after my experience with the original Lash Blast I was expecting dramatic length out of this. I suppose this would be ok for a very natural look, but Lash Exact will give you a natural look with much less effort. Also this is one of the messier mascaras I've used. When you pull the wand out of the tube the wand has goop all over the ends, and there's also goop all over the opening of the tube. Don't bother with this one.
Not as great as the original Lash Blast in the orange tube. If you want natural, non-clumping looking lashes, this works pretty well for that. It does lengthen your lashes, but it looks very natural, even though you build on extra coats. I prefer a more fake-lash, dramatic look and the original Lash Blast does a way better job at that. Cover girl, I think makes one of the best non-smudging and non-clumping mascara out there. All the other brands always smudge, clump, flake, etc....especially for example Maybelline full and soft and L'oreal voluminous. Will definitley go back to the Orange tube after I'm done with this one.
hmm...i feel very torn on this product. on it's own, it's definitely not strong enough to give me the amount of volume and definition i want out of a mascara, but coupled with my other current mascara it gives me exactly what i need. what i love about this product is it's brush-- it is absolutely magical! i love how it's long, thin, and the bristles are pointy and firm. it really digs into my lashline and separates every single lash leaving them splayed out and lengthened. the mascara formula is also good, it never clumps, doesn't flake much (if at all), and doesn't smudge. the only problem i have with it is that it's not dramatic enough to call attention to my lashes when used on it's own. it's actually so natural that some people couldn't tell i was wearing mascara when i had it on! i like my lashes to really stand out and so this was not a positive thing for me. i eventually tossed Lash Blast Length aside and started using Rimmel Volume Flash The Max (which i ADORE, best drugstore mascara i've found in ages), and one day i tried topping it off with a coat of LBL after my first coat (Rimmel) had dried, and it was fantastic! i first curl my lashes, then coat with Rimmel VFTM, allow plenty of time for that first coat to dry (like 10-15 mins), then re-curl and apply a coat of LBL. i get gorgeous, thick, splayed out and separated lashes that stay curled and don't flake. the LBL also helps to really accentuate the length of my lashes and the thin, flexible brush gets all the little tiny lashes the Rimmel mascara may have missed. i would buy LBL again, but only to use in conjunction with another mascara. as for using it alone, if you are looking for a really natural lash, then this is your dream mascara come true!
*UPDATE* 5/24/10 still using the combo of Rimmel Volume Flash the Max + Lash Blast Length and getting great results! another thing i've found that LBL is perfect for is the lower lashes, the brush coats and defines them perfectly w/o making them look spidery. and another plus is that even when it's gotten past the brand-new stage, LBL still doesn't flake! a huge rave for that from me!
