This just didn't do it for me! I don't wear a lot of makeup, so it seemed to remove it, but left me so greasy! I think this cleanser would be good for people who don't need the deep cleansing, and don't have oily skin...whoever you are!!

I tried this and my acne had gotten worse. I heard a lot of good things about it, but Cetaphil didn't work for my normal to oily skin.

I have been using this cleanser for years (probably like 6-7 years). I've probably purchased hundreds of bottles of Cetaphil. My dermatologist recommended it when I was in college. I have been so tempted to try other cleansers recently, now that my skin is all cleared up and looking it's best. Well what a mistake to stray from Cetaphil. I developed red bumps on my face when I decided to try out a new cleanser (Caudalie Instant foaming cleanser). I went right back to Cetaphil and the bumps disppeared that next day. I will stick to Cetaphil it's great for people with Dry, Sensitive skin. Or if you're on Accutane or any other meds for acne that cause drying out. I love it!

I guess I am the minority with this junk, it really sucks! I do wear makeup, and this DOES say it can remove makeup, but my makeup will just sick on my face no matter how hard I scrub with this stuff. It caused little red bumps/zits, and it just didn't do anything positive with my skin. Rinsing it off, it left a greasy-waxy residue on my face afterwards. I didn't feel clean in the slightest. There is just so many other products out there that are better than this.

This is a good product, especially for very sensitive skin. If your skin is irritated you should use this to calm things down. But, if you have acne prone skin I don't think this product quite cuts it. Maybe that was just me, but I would suggest using something else for acne...

AMAZING face wash!! I have used SO many face washes in the past- high end to low end- biotherm to clearasil- and NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING compares to this!! It feels amazing on my face, it doesn't strip, and I bought 2 HUGE 20 oz bottles w/ pumps at Costco for about $4 after a coupon!! Dirt cheap, INCREDIBLE cleanser. It makes me look forward to washing my face, seriously! Buy it, you will NOT regret it. Also works amazingly well in conjuction with Acne.org regimen.

I really don't find my face is clean when I use Cetaphil. I have sensitive skin so I understand using this product since its fragrance free. I prefer cleansers from Paula's Choice or SpectroJel (I know my old dermatologist liked SpectroJel). For other Canadians with oiler skin, Marcelle Aquarelle is really good (fragrance free, no frills cleanser) that actually makes your face feel as though you've washed it. I've never been a Cetaphil fan.

This wash is pretty good! I only gave it three lippies because I like something that foams up a little more. I work in the Derm field and we suggest this to all our sensitive skin clients.

I've been using this product for about a month. I like how smooth and soft it makes my skin feel BUT I find myself washing it a couple times so that it feels really clean. I am very sensitive skin and am allergic to almost everything (cosmetics/cleaners) so this has done well for me since it hasn't broken me out or gave me a rash. It doesn't dry my skin out either.
Good stuff.
