i love this stuff. it gets rid of oil and helps keep my face clear, and then it rinses away cleanly, but doesn't leave my face feeling too stripped. it gets a low rating for packaging because it has no packaging, and it drives me crazy when my LUSH bar soaps disintegrate. but still a great product.

FF has worked much better than any drugstore face cleansers i've used. and believe you me, i've used a ton of'em. it cleared up my acne significantly. i use FF twice a day. every other night i use Duac or Differin.

i usually leave some water in the soap holder so that the soap becomes a clay-like mush that's easier to lather up. my sister has attempted to use it as a face mask with some success. after washing my face, i can literally feel the pores getting smaller and my face getting tighter.

the price for a block of it is a bit pricey. the scent is ok. FF is a tad drying so use moisturizer.

I use prescription Duac Gel (a very strong benzoyl peroxide) in the morning and Retin-A Micro in the evening. I had hoped to transition off of the Duac Gel and compensate by using a product like Fresh Farmacy. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of bar soap - it just seems unhygienic to me.

Fresh Farmacy was okay - I didn't notice an increase or a decrease in my acne, and it didn't dry out my skin (any more than it already was dried out thanks to the prescription products). But I wasn't wowed, so I won't be buying this again.

I have been searching for something that is gentle, removes my make-up, and helps with acne. This product is all the above and I discovered this through makeup alley. I have only been using it for about five days but I can honestly say my skin has not looked this decent in a while. It can be drying but you should follow-up with a toner and moisturizer and be fine. Most of the ingredients help with acne and irrated skin plus it does work great as spot treatment for pimples. You will be amazed at the spot treatment effect. I love, love, love this cleanser and the lavendar smell. I thought bar cleansers were bad but I was wrong. This is a triple threat cleanser for me; so long breakouts.

I had suffered for years with acne...and was introduced to Lush last year in about Sept. I bought this FF bar, and within a few days, was about 98% acne free. I was so excited, and couldn't rave about it more. Well my face just hates me and after using one product for while my face decides to turn bad again. So, now I use this alternating with other Lush products and it does good.

I love it as a spot treatment. Better than any product made for spot treatment.

My sister has been using this for about a year...and she was totally broke up before. She loves it and will not use anything else. I was just with her yesterday..and she even raved again about it. She has no acne now!!

I'm not sure it's doing what it promised. I'm not sure how much I like it. I've been using it for a month and I'm not sure if the results are because of F.F. or something else.

I'm going to keep using it, but I'm not sure I'm going to buy it again when my bar runs out.

At first, I didnīt know what to think about this product. I didnīt and still donīt like the smell, plus it dries my face a lot. Well, my moisturizer can work it out, but anyway. But the fact is that after using it for a while, my skin looks much more healthy - almost all irritations and pimples are away and my pores also seems cleaner. Itīs too intensive for me, so I use it just in the evening and it seems working. But I wonīt buy this product again, Iīd like something mild the next time.

I'm in the process of using it, and I've been going at it for a month.
While I'm impressed with it's cleansing powers, sometimes, I feel like it's stripping my face too much.
Or, it's not doing enough.
My face is sensitive, acne-prone skin. Unfortunately, I don't find that my breakouts are becoming less frequent, nor are my drier patches healing up (ooow, they're staying dry!).
So far, I'm going to continue since it hasn't caused me any reaction, but I'm on the look-out for a new cleanser from Lush.

UPDATE: Now that I've used this for a longer period, I'm starting to really like it. Sometimes, all I need is some more moisturizer. But, FF works well!

I love this! I would highly recommend this if you have oily to combo skin. It is drying so a good moisturiser is essential.

Love this stuff! I received it as a sample with a Lush order and, as I have tremendously oily (summer) / combo (fall, winter, spring) skin, I decided to give it a try. I will preface by saying that my previous routine consisted of scrubbing once a day with Origins Modern Friction, and washing at night with Clinique Foaming Face Wash. I have always -- so long as I've been interested in fresh, acne-free skin -- had to scrub at least once a day. With Fresh Farmacy, however, I don't! Granted, I love to scrub; but I could happily do so as little as once a week while using FF. I took it on a 2 week vacay -- no scrubbing -- and my skin was lovely! It's a bit drying initially, and when I use my toner afterward the cotton pad is far from sqeaky clean, but I take that to mean that it is cleaning without totally stripping my skin of all oil. My skin tone has improved vastly, and breakouts have suffered a happy setback. I ordered 2 bars once I realized how pleased I was with this soap and I sincerely believe that I can clean my face twice per day every day for the next 30 years on this order alone. It lasts, forever. Be forewarned, however, ye who need rich lather: this product has almost NO lather, and if you don't use enough product for a long-enough washing duration on very oily end-of-day skin, it can do a weird, pink smeary thing. If this happens, a little extra product seems to do the trick. I'm very pleased to have received this as a sample -- it's begun a great love affair!
