i decided to try this out b/c my hair hasn't been as healthy as usual...it's been sort of dry and dull. =/ i'm pleasantly surprised by how much i like this stuff though! =) it's quite pricey (got this @ CVS for about $22 for 16.9 fl oz/500 ml tub) but well worth the money. the smell is to die for!-->a very clean scent that isn't overpowering. the texture is great...feels very rich and detangles hair really well leaving it sooo soft and smooth. i've only used this product twice thus far but think this might be my HG conditioner. i've been searching for my perfect conditioner for the past few months and had settled for Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Deeeeep which is also quite good but not HG material for me. this conditioning balm seriously makes my hair feel like silk. the price is a bit high but i'll def. be buying this again. oh yeah!-->and as for the packaging...the whole tub thing doesn't really bother me since it's a hair care product (as opposed to a lip or face product), but just for a heads up this conditioning balm actually comes in a squeeze tube (w/ less product) for about $10 less. also: the day i bought this i also purchased the Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask. i have yet to try it but am thinking of using it today. i doubt i'll like it as much as my Biolage Conditiong Balm but will update after i try the Neutrogena stuff out. ****UPDATE: i'm not totally sure which product i like best btw. this and the Neutrogena Triple Moisture hair mask, but i'm pretty sure the Neutrogena does more for my hair...or maybe it's a combination of the two? i'll update again after i test drive only one product at a time =0)...but till then if u want to try a deep conditioner i'd grab the Neutrogena b/c it's much cheaper and from what i can tell thus far it's better
i'm really fond of this stuff. its light enough to use everyday. makes my hair feel conditioned but not too much. love the smell. i just wish it didn't come in such a small size and in a tube or bottle instead of a jar. will definitely be buying again.
This stuff is awesome!! I use it with the Hydrating shampoo. I have long thin blonde hair (colored) but lots of it and this makes my hair look super healthy!
Ahh my best staple ever! I would recommend this product to everyone in the world. Definatley worth the price. This is the best hair care product out there!
Mmmm. I love this conditioner. I have a short shag haircut that is highly processed to a Meg Ryan color (even though my natural color is a lot closer to Katie Holmes'). This conditioner really calms those over-processed frizzes. I have several conditioners that I alternate between, but if I have some special to do that day, this is the one I choose. Too much money to buy the real thing, so I get the generic at Sally Beauty Supply. THE INGREDIENTS ARE IDENTICAL! You get three times the product for about half the price.
I love this conditioner. I have blonde hair that gets damaged easily from the sun, products, and appliances I use on it. I have been using this conditioner for about a year. It was recommended to my mom who has the most damaged hair I have seen (she has been bleaching it for 50 years!). This is the only conditioner that leaves my hair soft and not frizzy. I recently went to get my hair cut and my stylist was commenting on how great the condition of my hair is. Something I have never hear before! I would highly recommend this for anyone that needs deep conditioning.
I always go back to this. I've strayed a few times in search of something else (just cause I'm a cosmetic whore), but I always go back. I've never found another conditioner that I like better. I have naturally thick, wavy, semi-coarse hair that gets frizzy easily. This stuff makes my hair feel like silk. A holy grail no doubt!!!
I bought this conditioner along with the Biolage Hydrating Shampoo, and all I can say is ... meh. The shampoo was a bust for me (medium length fine, wavy/curly, highlighted hair), but the conditioner is okay. It's a decent day-to-day conditioner, but it's nothing special. I actually prefer Pantene's Deep Fortifying Treatment. Another strike against it is Biolage's packaging - whose idea was it anyway to put conditioner in a tub with a screw-off lid? Try juggling that in the shower! Overall, just ... meh.
I do love this conditioner. Only problem is that it contains myristyl alchohol and ceteryl alchohol - isn't alchohol bad for your hair?? isn't it drying? well, for whatever reason it isn't drying my hair yet, it works well. but i'm a little confused over the ingredients.
I LOVE this conditioner! It deeply conditions without weighing your hair down at all (unlike so many other heavy duty conditioners out there),and leaves it full of movement and bounce! After using this stuff,my hair is so soft and silky, and it smells awesome, too! My boyfriend loves when I use this, lol!Kind of expensive, but well worth it if you have overcolored, dry, and breaking hair like me!Try it!
