This is very refeshing to calm and calms irritated skin instantly! I use it all the time and its only toner that doesnt sting, i love the whole aloe range at the body shop but the toner my favourite- would def reccommend it. Only gave 4 for packaging and price because its a very small bottle for the price and the lid can break off if roughly handled which means it cant be carried anywhere.

This is a very gentle, soothing toner. Works great for my sensitive skin but it's too light for my teenager sister so I imagine that it doesn't work as well for those with oily skin. Taking one lippie off for the price, which for toner seems a bit expensive to me.

Like the cleanser, this too, feels very gentle and soothing on my sensitive skin. It has a very fresh scent - if I can even call it a scent. It really feels like I'm treating my skin when I use it.

It has a ver minimal and nice ingredient list - probably one of the few of its kind this way. I wonder if I can find a toner with more good stuff (like more minerals or antioxidants) for my skin, but for now, this feels really nice and have had no problems with it.

Hydrates, soothes, and removes any leftovers from cleansing...does everything it says basically.

Its very calming and soothing toner. I liked that theres no scent. Price is reasonable, and I got 10% off since I had the bodyshop membership card. Little light for dry skin but its okay to use it.

This is a great scent-free, non-irritating, and effective toner. It works to remove the last traces of makeup, sweat, grime, whatever gunk is left on your face after a good wash. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed, a little bit tighter, and very clean.

I have very sensitive skin, and I've been using this for 5 days now with no reaction. My skin feels smoother and looks more radiant. On a side note though, I've been using this along side the Aloe Soothing Day Cream, so as a combination they work great.

Overall, I don't think it's anything special, especially at $12, but I do think it's a good purchase if you have sensitive skin and want a product you can use daily without fear of irritation.

This is a really good toner for sensitive skin, no alcohol, fragrance. My skin can't handle having alot of products on it at once, but when my skin is red/irritated I wear this for 1-2 days and my skin feels smooth and plumper. i works for me.

This product is a non-drying, very gentle toner...it has very few ingredients...and did not irritate my skin at all! It does leave behind some sticky residue, but that doesn't bother me that much...in fact, I feel like it moisturizes! On the other hand, it is almost too gentle...so I don't use this in the humid summer months...it's great for the winter though when my cheeks become tight/dry.

This toner is gentle, non-irritating, and helps to remove any traces of cleanser or makeup. I often skip this step, just for the sake of time, but I do like this toner, and would repurchase. This is rated "1" on the "cosmeticsdatabase.org" - indicating low hazard.

I have dry, sensitive skin. After looking for a nice skincare regimen that doesn't irritate my skin, I found the body shop and purchased the aloe kit that was made for sensitive skin. I started with the cleanser and everything felt great! I then used the toner and it didn't irritate my skin at all, to my surprise. After using the moisturizer, my skin was even-toned was practically glowing. I used this set for the next two days, until I realized that I was breaking out on my T-zone. And that my skin was very dry and flaky. And that I was very red.

I don't know exactly what caused the reaction, but I won't be using this again. Will probably work for skintypes that aren't dry or sensitive.
