this stuff smells so good. sophisticated, clean- the perfect scent. men wearing this smell divine, but i like wearing it for myself, too. i get many compliments on it when i wear it.
Do any women besides myself wear this? I just love it for hot days or days when I want to smell business like but a bit mysterious. Don't know the notes, only that it is crisp, clean but still sexy and to me a skin scent. Not musk, not soap, not sandalwood but hecka good. Smells expensive. Too nice to waste on a guy! I keep this to myself. Let DH find his own Holy Grail scent.

No offense, but most men's cologne scream "Desperate Young Fella Looking for Someone Desperate," or "Insecure Exec Wants to Overpower Subordinates with Stench." But Egoiste is the best-kept secret of men's cologne: A crisp, sophisticated scent that you'll want spray on *yourself*. MMMMMMM!

Love this scent! So much that I have bought it for the past 3 men in my life, including my husband. He doesn't wear much cologne, so when I get a hankering I use it myself, that's how much I love it. Grrrrrrr.

Egoiste is the finest men's cologne ever created. Yes, I dare say it. The impression is a mahogany-wooded parlor with a 15-foot ceiling, crammed with leather-bound books. A pipe filled with tightly tamped sweet tobacco still smolders faintly by the oversized desk. The man of the house is outside gathering firewood. Intensely masculine in a very grown-up, self-possessed way, miles from the misnamed "masculine" notes in most men's fragrances -- you know, the ones that form that horrid Irish Spring accord so acrid it singes the nosehairs. Egoiste is drop-dead sexy. This is what a MAN (not a boy, not a teen, and definitely not a GUY) smells like.

This is my favourite men's fragrance. In my opinion, it is infinitely nicer than the platinum version - much more unusual, lots of lovely cinnamon with softer, sweeter notes too.I love to smell my husband's neck when he is wearing this.

I was told that people who like Platinum Égoïste don't usually care for Égoïste, and vice versa. I adore them both. The former is wild and "brut", the latter smoky and savagely elegant, if this makes sense.
