This is the perfect moisturizer for a tired face! I use it at night and it helps my puffy eyes and inflammed dry skin! The best part is the price so try it for yourself!
This is the HG of all HGs. The best makeup remover ever. Even for waterproof mascara! IT leaves my skin soft and radiant. I swear by this product.
After hearing all the positive reviews, I just had to try this stuff out. I love it! I have an oily tzone so I only use this at night just to be on the safe side. It does a great job lifting all my makeup (even mascara) and leaves my skin soft and hydrated. I agree that sometimes it leaves a thick lotion-y feeling, so I use this strickly as makeup remover then wash my face with my cleanser. Good stuff!
This is the best facial cleanser ever. I have acne prone skin, but for some reason the cold cream is so gentle that it doesn't break me out and even softens some of the scabby skin left behind from the breakouts. I like to apply it and let it sit while I do chores or watch tv. and then I wet a washcloth in the hottest water I can tolerate and wipe it all off. The cloth exfoliates, and afterwards my skin is soft but not greasy. I don't apply a moisturizer when I use this at night. If you have dry hands or feet, this is good under socks or gloves overnight. It's better than vaseline because it absorbs a little better and washes off much easier. I will always have this in my medicine cabinet.
wish this came in a pump, but the consistency is so thick that it would probably just get stuck lol i use this to remove my mascara because i was tired of losing eyelashes from all the tugging and my liquid makeup remover was leaving my skin really dry.
i start off my wetting my eyelashes with warm water and then using a Q-tip, i take the tiniest amount, rub onto my lashes, then remove with an Olay facial cloth thingy (but i'm sure a damp paper towel would work just as well).
Word of warning: when i say a TiNY amount girls, i really do mean smaller than pea size because otherwise this product tends to drip into your eyes when mixed with water, if that makes any sense.
4 lippies cuz it gets into my eyes and has a strong smell
2 for price- a small jar was about $6 but will last me months
3 for packing because its not very sanitary
Would deff. recomend although i have not tried this for waterproof mascara
Listen up all you young ladies. This product will be in your arsenal from now until your granddaughters start wearing makeup. Promise.
This is a classic, a staple for a reason. It not only removes makeup effectively, it keeps your skin baby soft. It'll be a long time before the young women on this board will appreciate their dewy skin ... even the ones with acne have that youthful glow.
This product, when used properly, is the best of the best. It is a secret weapon and for good reason. For those who have trouble with the "leave behind" feeling ... use a soft touch. You can't go wrong with this, and your skin will thank you for it when you're 35 and people think you're 25.
Well, that and not smoking.
I am in love with this product! I was always skeptical about it whenever it was mentioned for some reason, but it's truly awesome! I used to take off my makeup with a normal, clear makeup remover, but I have found this to be SO much better. It take everything off sooo easily, and leaves your skin moisturized too. Will definitely repurchase.
I've been using this on my face for 2 weeks. In the morning and at night I massage this into my face. Then I use one of those really thin kitchen cloths and hot water to wipe the cream off. I was very concerned that I would be left feeling greasy- I am have combo skin and have the potential for t-zone about halfway through the day. However, my face does NOT feel greasy at all. (Maybe those who feel greasy are not getting off all the cream? I haven't found it that difficult to do.)
I feel that my skin has been less dry and my little patch of eczema is gone. I've had one tiny zit. Typically I have 3-4 zits a week and also get one nasty cystic acne a month. I was concerned that putting oil on my face would exacerbate this, but it has not.
I am still using my glycolic acid face wash once every other day for exfoliation purposes. And I do moisturize after using the cold cream both morning and night.
I'm surprised I like this, as much as I do. I like it so much I'm actually willing to spend the 5 minutes or so that it takes me. The ability to remove mascara and eyeliner is also a big plus!
I am changing my review to 1. Honestly, I was getting sick of the oily feeling and not being able to wash off. I found a cold cream product (Japanese) you can wash off. It's so much better and cleaner. It feels just as gentle to the skin. I will not go back to this ancient cream that's too messy and oily to handle.
My only complaint is the packaging it would be awesome if it came with a pump. Regardless this is my HG all in one. It removes my makeup and my face feels so fresh and clean but not at all dry after washing it. Will never use a drying cleanser again follow with a good toner( I use proactives) and a night cream at night or light moisturizer depending on how much moisturizing my skin needs. My skin is practically glowing and I owe it all to ponds. Plus I got this stuff for 2 bucks canadian couldnt go wrong I stocked up! Definately reccomend this if nothing else a great not at all drying makeup remover. I dont know if I have the clear one the lettering is green so I know its not the deep one that one has blue packaging but yeah the green one rocks! BTW I love how i dont have to use very much product to clean my entire face.
