I currently have three of the eye dusts in fruit punch, pink glitz, and ultra violet. I was a bit disappointed with this product after reading many rave reviews about it. The powder is very loose and you have to be careful when opening the porduct or you'll get eye dust all over you. I have used the eye dusts under several bases and I find that they work best under a sticky base like shadesticks or Ben Nye color wheels, which is what I have been using. It just does not work under UDPP alone. But once it's on top of a good sticky base the pigmentation is good and the colors are really pretty. They do blend well and are a good inexpensive alternative to MAC pigments.

great for people who do not like to commit to a pigment like mac considering they give a lot of product in a jar.

packaging has greatly improved when jessie's girl first started. It now has a sifter and the name on the barcode to differentiate between colors.

pigmentation is very good with a base. If you don't use a base then the shadow can easily be removed with one swipe of the finger.

overall, good product for people who like to switch up colors every so often and can because its a good price for the product.

These are just as good as MAC, and if not, BETTER because it's so damn cheap and comes with a LOT :)!

The shimmer dust is VERY finely milled and high quality and SUPER pretty! The only bad thing is the packaging, which doesn't come with a sifter, so when you open it, some pigment might fly out if you're not careful...

I have mine in Tan Opal, it's a super shimmery beigey-pinky color. Applied dry, it's intensly shimmery and makes as a really gorgeous, glowy highlighter... Applied wet, it makes as a very metallic slightly beige pink color! Gorgeous on ANY eye color! GO BUY IT NOW! ...or not, because I want them all to myself :)!

I picked up the eye dust in 564 and 568. The colors are so vibrant. I am wearing the 564 today and it has lasted all day. I did use a primer before but wow..for $3.99 the quality is soo good!

When I first saw this, I almost fainted. Gosh, it looked identical to Makeup Forever Turquoise 906, even down to the container. So I just HAD to try one.

When I got this home, I was amazed to find out that for $3.99, this product was identical to the Makeup Forever 906, which goes for a LOT more money than this. The number of the color is 565. You can find this number on the bar code- it is the last three numbers.

Texture, quality and color intensity is identical. I did a test of three pigments- Makeup Forever 906, Sweetscents Royal Peacock, and Jesse's Girl 565. In every case, people thought that Jesse's Girl was the most expensive one.

It is loose. There is no sifter inside (just like Makeup Forever), but the pigmentation is fabulous. If used over Too Faced Shadow Insurance, it stays on nicely pigmented all day so far in my tests. Nothing else will get it to stay on as well, I have found.

You can also apply it over MAC Liquidlast liner in Aqualine before it dries and it will stay put for a very long time- even through water.

Jesse's Girl has a liquid product that you can use with it to make it go on much better with longevity, which I have not tried yet, but it is not overly expensive so it is worth a try. Despite the mess, the color is worth every second of it. It is the perfect turquoise. continued >>

I got this today at rite aid. I got it in sparkle blue. In the container it looks like a rich, very pigmented blue. But I just put it on, and it took a lot, a lot of layers to make it look like i'm wearing it. Not at all the richness I was expecting. It's also a little rough. Not smooth like most pigments. I gave it a two cause I like the look of the container. But i'm very dissapointed. Especially since I made the trip to rite aid specially for this item. It is not at all pigmented. Its as if I used a regular pressed eyeshadow. I'm returning it first thing tomorrow.
EDIT: Couldn't wait, returned it today, haha. Maybe thier other shadows are better. But this one was too light. Not rich enough.

Run... Don't walk to your local Rite Aid. This is the best by far drugstore pigment compared to MAC!!! I love it and will be trying the eyeshadows tonite. I was so impressed by the fact that it took very little to get a dark shade. And at 3.99 a piece you can't beat it!!!

I bought the Christmas Eye dusts "Flamboyant" red and "Snowflake" white. I love them both and they would be phenominal eyeshadows if they weren't dust! I opened snowflake and it was like a white glitter explosion, all over my hands, the table, etc. Snowflake seems to be more loose and fluttery. The pots are filled to the brim, but what product you get for your money will probably end up not being on your eyelids. If the formula and/or packaging improves I will buy again.

My Rite - Aid does not have Jesse's girl on a regular basis so I was excited to see the pigments as part of a promotional holiday collection! The price was awesome $3.99 a shade and although two colors were all that was available I was elated!

I go home and open the pigment and am horrified to see that there is no sifter - major points off from me, everytime I open the jar the pigment is on the container where the lid screws on, all over the cap and all over my sink! It seems as though the pots are not deep enough either.

I got a white shade and a red one. The red didn't turn out the way I thought it would so I will have to find a new way to wear it, however the white was so fab that I rushed back to buy another. My husband even complimented me on my eye makeup that day, specifically the white highlight!

I think the piggies are a great bargain, however the packaging sucks. For that I took a lippie off. If anyone can figure a way to keep these neat let me know!
