Better than any expensive foundation, after trying almost everything, I always go back to this, if you can't find your color, blend 2 together, it's worth it! I recommend applying one section of your face at a time and setting it with loose powder. Moisturize prior to application for the best finish.
I used this in high school. It was alright, but I wouldn't again. Low SPF, wasteful glass packaging.
This used to be my HG but I really don't like it anymore. It is so thick and looks so cakey. It feels disgusting on my face also. I've noticed that it breaks me out really bad too. I don't know if they changed the formula or not, but it sucks.
My HG of foundations. I get this in 2 colors to mix for the perfect tone (I tan easily and lose it easily so this is the best solution I've found personally). I use a stipple brush and usually just apply right from the bottle. I apply without a primer for everyday use and top with Rimmel's Stay Matte powder in Translucent after contouring. Stay's all day, experience little to no transfer and does not break me out. Love this stuff and have recommended it to all of my friends. I wish it came in a pump bottle which is why it only got 2 lippies in packaging.
It was sticky and too oily for acne prone skin type. And it does made me break out everytime using it. After wearing it for a few hours, it slicks over the face and made the face looks so cakey. Not a good choice for sensitive skins as it will makes your skin more oilier
This is my go to, daily foundation. This is a high coverage drugstore foundation and it's pretty much the best one I've found so far. The coverage is definitely build-able. Although one thing that I've noticed is that if your skin is a bit on the dryer side, this foundation might end up a bit cakey, so do be careful in exfoliating and moisturizing your face prior to applying this!
I also have to add on how to effectively remove this foundation! What has worked well for me so far is.... I initially wipe everything off with Target brand makeup remover wipes, and then I use my Foreo Luna Mini facial cleansing device (kinda like the clarisonic but with silicone bristles instead of nylon icky bristles) with my Michael Todd Honey & Oat facial cleanser. I find that just those alone effectively takes off ALL of the product. If I want to go the extra mile and make sure it's all off after a long day of wearing the foundation, I use the St Ives Green Tea Facial Scrub in the shower as a follow up. Hope that helps!!
I wore this foundation for a few months.
I think this makeup gives great full coverage.
It lasts all day.
It looks pretty natural.
It feels very comfortable on my skin I forget im wearing it.
It does not tranfer onto my cloths or other people.
It is very cheap.
It makes me break out horrible with systic acne.
It is incredibly hard to get off( I have to wash my face twice and use a toner to get it all off).
It does not allow me to blend my makeup such as blush and brozer smoothly over it but instead leave it streaky and unnatural looking.
Too many colors have pink undertones and dont work for my NC35-37 skin tone.
I always try out new foundation because I'm on the search for my HG. But I always end up using this foundation again. I have a love/hate relationship with it. I love that it covers very well. Mind you I have a lot of acne and acne scarring so I need full coverage. This foundation is a medium to full coverage I would say. I still need to cover my blemishes with concealer. What I don't like is how you have to work very fast to blend it in. It does look cakey on me but hey I was blessed with combination/oily skin with acne all over so I doubt any foundation would look good on my skin :( but it does the job of covering. It does last on my oily skin for most of the day. I still need to touch up once or twice a day... Oh and its very hard to wash it all off at night. I would recommend washing your face with something that will help take it all off. Or else you'll breakout.
Great product, but you basically have to use a lightsaber and the power of the FORCE to take this crap off!!!
But besides that, I really like it! I bought this product because it has been all the rage on YouTube for literally YEARS. Just like everyone else in the world, I would like it more if it had a pump. Since I was deathly afraid of spilling too much product all over my hand, I just used a leftover spatula applicator thing from another foundation (Rimmel clean finish foundation- a.k.a THE DEVILS FOUNDATION. DON'T BUY IT UNLESS YOU'RE GIVING IT TO AN ENEMY) and when I used the spatula to get the product out, I found that a little really goes a long way with this foundation!! A lot of ladies on YouTube say it's a bit heavy, but maybe that is because they are using too much; they might spill out more onto their hands than necessary, and they don't want to waste product, so they accidentally use more than they need.
I have pretty moderate acne, and this covers it up without looking cakey, which is a huge plus, since I thought cake face foundation was inevitable for acne prone people.
My only complaint is that this is a serious pain in the neck to get off. But it's worth it, since I don't wear makeup everyday.
*Full coverage but not heavy
*Flawless look with correct application
*no cake face
*Great color selection. Doesn't seem to have orange shades.
*Lightest color is perfect for porcelain skin tones!!!!
*No pump (cliche, I know, but really)
*Getting it off
