It's a nice neutral light golden colour, but I don't really like the texture of this. I bought this to use a s a highlighter, but I don't like the gritty look it gives. I would say that this is more glittery (super-frost) and gritty than the other frosts I own. I can actually use this an all over lid colour since I'm so fair, but this one is still quite disappointing to me... I think Dazzle Light, that I also have, is more pigmented and applies smoother than this (even though that isn't my favourite choice either). Nylon is more on the yellow side, while Dazzle Light is neutral. Even though DL looks a little bit darker in the pan, it's better at highlighting, because it shows up better (= lighter) - Nylon requires more effort to show up.
For a golden highlight colour you can also try the Mary-Lou Manizer. It's a big face highlighter with really fine shimmer. You get something 10 times bigger than a MAC shadow for only twice the price. BUT: the colour leans towards yellow.
Nylon. Frost (Super-frost I would say). Striking golden-white color. Neutral toned. Excellent highlighter.
I was kind of hoping that Nylon would work as an all-over-lid color for a neutral-toned golden look, but it's too frosty for that. I will try that again in the summer when my skin is much darker and see how it goes.

This color makes an awesome highlight for underneath the brow or the inner corners of the eyes. Also may work as a cheek highlight. Kind of reminds me of gold dusk pigment but more white.
Nylon was my first ever MAC eyeshadow and still one i always seem to reach for. I don't really like it that much on the brow bone, i think it's true calling is in the inner corners of the eyes. It just POPS i love to just use it for that purpose. Highly recommend Nylon! <3 continued >>

I wanted something to brighten my inner rim and since I'm yellow toned I figured Nylon's golden tone would be great. It's very frosty and is really pigmented but I can't stand how gritty and not soft and blendable this color is. I wish it would be as creamy as Ricepaper. I occasionally reach for this but I would not repurchase.

My gav highlighter from MAC. It's great for eyes and cheekbones. It's a frosted vanilla shade with yellow undertones. It's very pretty and lasts all day. I love how it makes my eyebrows look extra defined when I wear it
This is the first and only MAC product I own. I love it! I use it more as a highlighter than an eyeshadow. It's perfect for my warm skin tone. I can use it on my browbone, inner corners, and even as a face highlighter. It just gives a lovely off-white pale yellow, buttery cream sheen. It's not overly sparkly or shiny. Looks good in pretty much any lighting.

Nylon was one of the first MAC shadows I bought and it's still one of the best. It's a lovely golden-y frost, not a stark white, and as such it makes a beautiful base and highlight. I like this shadow alone or as an accent colour. It's velvety and has great coverage, and for me the pan of shadow has lasted forever. One of my favourites I own.
