I had high hopes for this foundation, as I love the only other Bourjois foundation I've bought (Healthy Mix). Sadly, it just doesn't seem to work for me. I don't really like the consistency, it's difficult to blend and, on me at least, it looks a bit "cakey", not the natural finish I wanted. I also find that it highlights any dry skin or flakiness, so I really need to moisturise and use a hydrating primer beforehand. The lightest shade, 51, wasn't the same perfect match for my skin tone as 51 in Healthy Mix. I think it's a little more orange-toned. Also not a fan of the smell, although once it's on it's not too bad. Overall, not impressed and I won't be repurchasing.

Awesome foundation that melts in your skin, with a natural matte finish. Im NC20 and i wear shade 51. However so, there is the tendency to get cakey if you apply too much or with powder/primer under/over it. I realized it works best on its own. Because of this cakeyness, it lies neglected on my vanity :/

I was surprised of how good this foundation felt on my skin. The texture is easy to melt into your skintone, gives a slightly matte finish. I have normal skin with oily T-zone and now it stayes dry and perfect for the whole day without any need of powder. Only disadvantage is - it is NOT for dry skin, no way. It would look too powdery.
Compared to Bourjois Healthy mix serum I would say- better coverage, more matte, more natural looking.
Compared to Bourjois 10 hour sleep - same.
Compared to Bourjois Bio Detox- less matte, not cakey, easier to put on, more natural.
Would buy again!

Beautiful matte finish, which looks good even without powder! I have combination/acne prone skin and it really takes away redness and evens out my skin tone. Gives medium coverage, so it's great for school or work. In love with this product!

The colour was a perfect match for me but i'm not very happy with the staying power, i expected it to last a bit longer, i think i'm a bit spoiled with the EL doublewear and keep comparing the lastingpower with other foundations, overall it's good for oily skin as it is a matte finish, covers very well and with a primer it last a decent few hours.. wouldnt buy again tho!

This is one of the best foundations for oily skin. I can compare this to Smashbox 15hour wear foundation. It stays all day, doesn't look cakey, mats very well and my face looks natural!
I have very oily T-Zone and this foundation keeps me matt for 4-5 hours without using any primer. If you put some powder on top it stays matt very long.
Very good product!

SHADE RANGE
he shade range is pretty good as is common with Bourjois foundations, but I do have a problem with the lightest shade (51 Light Vanilla), in Healthy Mix and the serum, these colours match me perfectly, whereas this one doesn't seem to match as well, it does oxidise but after an hour and some light power this oxidisation seems to have totally gone.

COVERAGE
Medium and buildable to full.

APPLICATION
I would not recommend using any form of brush to apply this foundation as using a brush makes it near impossible to blend. This foundation seems to sink into the sink really well (but if you have sensitive skin I would recommend you use a primer to stop any breakout being caused by this) and often made me look almost poreless. Using your hand to apply this is great, warming the product with your hands really allows this foundation to bind to your skin and provides excellent coverage, I tend to use on layer of foundation, then concealer and another layer of foundation, the foundation has worked well with every concealer I have tried. Using a powder brush with this afterwards is a dream, as the foundation sets itself in your skin the brush is able to apply a light dusting without so much as moving any of the foundation underneath, which is my pet hate with brushes.

A really great long lasting foundation that mattifies the skin for about 5 hours on it's own although powder makes this last much longer. This is a great foundation although this should not be compared to Revlon Colorstay as these foundations are totally different, that is not a bad thing though. Took away a lippie for the colour problem otherwise I would really recommend this product :)

i like this foundation and besides the revlon colorstay, this is the one that i have that stays longer on my oily skin. i dont find it particularlly easy to apply since it dries to a matt finish so i don't feel like it glides on easily. i like the coverage and the shade as well, it gives me a good everyday look when i dont want to bother too much about being shinny. i think this is the only foundation that i own which i dont powder after applying since it dries to such a matt finish - but i can tell it enhaces a bit my large pores and also some dry patches that i may have. but overall, i like it pretty good despite the number of bad rates it has! :)

OMG. I hate this product. firstly, it stinks. it smells like some baby product. and it oxidise. I got the lightest shade which is shade 52 and end up i look like an orange. for packaging wise, it glass bottle, kinda heavy. the coverage, i would say its builadable. for drugstore brand its okay but i prefer the revlon colorstay better. and it break me out. i not sure its my make up cleanser or this one. but i stop using this for now. urgh.. super hate the smell. wish i could return it. wasted!

ok let me start by saying that hopefully my skin is in good condition nowdays.I had adult acne and now i m clear, i do get a pimple or two on my " special days of the month" but thats it. I m combo in winter, that means oily T-zone and normal cheeks, and oily alla over in summer. Now to my review. I don't call a product HG often, in fact i only have one or two that i can call them that, but this fdnt is certainly one of them. I m NC25 and i have it in 53. a dead on match. It s thick but not in a way that i can't spread it, i need two pumbs for my whole face. Now for the coverage, it is medium at least, if you go again on some parts it will make it a full face, but the most important about the fdnt is that stays on my skin for at least 8 hours before it gets dewy...and i mean dewy not oily. When i blot (about 10hours later) this baby still remains on my face. It hasn't emphasize any dry parts i may have but it s not moisturizing either. The only con that i can think of, is the glass bottle of this fdnt...not practical at all. To resume, i love it for the coverage, the staying power and the fact that hasn't broke me up. that's it folks...hope i hepled a little bit, do get samples..
