I wish I could give this 4.5 stars as it deserves more than a 4 but I can't give it a 5 as I find it is not completely waterproof.
Pros: Really rich deep black which goes on so smoothly without any smudging, flaking or streaking. The ink does seem a little more runny but I don't mind that as it seems to go on easier. I also like that it dries quite quickly and lasts more than 10 hours on me. Packaging is so cute and pretty with pink polka dots. It is also very slim and easy to take with you anywhere. I like that it doesn't require a pump as I find those type of eyeliners more temperamental. The brush is also very good quality and is fine enough to create thin lines but not too fine that it becomes difficult to work with.
Cons: Only one really. I have slightly teary eyes in the mornings and find that this dissolves some of the eyeliner closer to the eye (the lids stay on fine).
Overall, I will still continue to buy as this is the best liquid liner that I have used so far. You can buy these in Aus from the Asian cosmetic stores in china town but beware that they will rip you off (AUD30 !!). For reference, these only cost AUD10 in Asia (Malaysia/Taiwan/Hong Kong).

This is too thick for my preference, I like medium thick eye liner, but for drawing that little wing at en, Dolly Wink is the best I've come across, the tip is super fine & sharp for precious lining, but seriously, who wants to mingle with 2 different eyeliners to draw 1 line? Still prefer L'oreal's Linuer intense. If you like super thin/ subtle eyeline, this is the best. continued >>

Best Liquid Eyeliner Ever! The black is a TRUE black, zero smudge but easily removable with water and stays on my top waterline. The felt tip pen is so fine and easy to use! Great for thin lines or easily buildable if required and allows easy and precise winged-eyeliner. After mine dried out (after so many months of use - I can't quite remember how long I've been using it but definitely a VERY long time) I thought I'd give Lancome's Artliner a try. Big Mistake. Wish I didn't waste my money on that. The felt tip is much thicker than the Dolly Wink and it hurts my eyes a little when applied on the top waterline. I personally prefer the very thin felt tip applicator of the Dolly Wink and will definitely never bother with Lancome's Artliner again.

Price: Bought for $18 inclu shipping from ebay - slightly expensive compared to drugstore brands

Colour - very dark and fine tip

Usability - due to fine tip - extremely easy to use especially for beginners like myself

Durability - long lasting - does not smug; I have somewhat hooded asian lids and have had issues with many eye pencils and gel liners with smudging on the lower lash line. Did not have any issues with this liquid eyeliner for smugging.

Removal - really easy to remove with q-tip and warm water.

Summary - impressed with lasting power and colour intensity, ease of removal. It's a little expensive so I will see how long this last to see if I would re-purchase but am very impressed with the Japanese quality in makeup.

A YouTube guru claimed this as her HG tightlining product, so I thought I'd try it to do the same.

PROS:
- stays put (no smearing, smudging, flaking, clumping, even with random watering eyes)
- sleek, cute packaging
- firm applicator brush provides neat, subtle enhancement of lashline

CONS:
- can only find it online (and I've tried various asian markets and cosmetics stores)
- pricey (esp b/c I'm used to paying a few bucks for eyeliners)

It's not mind-blowing or life-changing, but it does what I need and want it to do, so I'll keep using it. =)

First of all, the packaging is very cute and girly! It is also reasonably priced. This eyeliner has a good sturdy tip which is flexible too and very easy to use even if you are not skilled at liquid eyeliner. It is waterproof and stays on all day without smudging, however I do not have oily eyelids. The colour is a nice rich deep matte black.. most of the time. Sometimes it comes out rather weak and more grey, despite shaking the pen. It happens every now and again, even when I first bought it and tried it it did this and I was intially disappointed, although it fixed up in a little bit. I don't entirely understand why. Apart from that, its lasted me a long time with nearly daily use and it hasn't dried out on me at all. Overall I really like it, it is a good product. I won't repurchase it again because I don't think it is the absolute best and I would like to try others :). I would recommend it though.

I love this liquid eyeliner! I was uncomfortable with applying liquid eyeliner but the fine point of this makes it so easy to use. It's great for applying a thin or thick line and is great for a winged effect. It dries fairly fast so if you make a mistake don't leave it too long. The packaging is really cute as well and is light and compact. The only problem is that it does dry out after you use it for a while.

Hands down the best liquid eyeliner I have ever used! I told my dad to buy me this when he went to Hong Kong, since you cant buy it in Australia.
When I first got this all you can notice is the packaging, it was just soo adorable!
So the PROS of this product
• Stays on all day on my eyelid! (My eyes are really oily, so every single eyeliner I have used never worked well and they all smudged)
• Really pigmented
• Can do thin lines or thick lines which the brush tip
• The packaging is just cute as

CONS
• Sadly I've tried this on the bottom lashline, just a thin natural line halfway across the lashline and it didnt stay on
• The tip of the brush sometimes doesnt get enough product after using it a lot, so I have to tip it upside down for it to get to the tip
• The brush doesnt wear down but sometimes I get a strand of the brush thats out of place at the very tip of it
• Can't buy this in Australia and if you buy online its expensive+shipping

But I really do love this product soo much!
I use it everyday when I go out~
I'm going to try out the K-pallete one next (:
