This product is great for reducing oil and will leave your skin feeling fresh and clean. As someone with sensitive skin and prone to breakouts, I did not find this product too harsh for my skin At first this product may burn/sting a bit, but over time you get used to it. This product is also great for removing any remaining cleanser, makeup, dirt etc. from the skin.
i will definitely and definitely would not use this product on my face even it is for free. it burnt my skin a lot.
For me, this product has been a lifesaver. I have extremely oily skin. When I use this along with the Tea Tree Oil Cleanser, my oiliness is brought under control without my skin becoming dry and patchy, which often happens with oil control products. Like some other reviewers have noted, you have to shake the bottle before using it to get the maximum benefits from it.

I do not have a lot of history with toners ( other then the ProActiv toner included in the three step program - which i stopped using over 4 years ago ) but I like what this does for my skin. A lot of people are using it on oily skin, but it doesn't seem to bother my combo/dry skin either. My breakouts happen mainly around the chin area and since I started using this toner, the frequency and severity have lessened. Mind you, i do not have severe acne. But I believe I will repurchase this once it runs out.

If you're not shaking it up each time to mix the product, then you probably won't get the benefits. The point of a toner is to remove excess oil and makeup that your cleanser misses. This works for me, and I often use it to refresh my skin during the day when I'm not wearing makeup. I have the large set of all the Tea Tree products, and this would be missed if it wasn't part of that set. No toners shrink enlarged pores, and no toner on the market will do more than what I mentioned. It removes dirt, oil, makeup, keeps skin clear, and refreshes skin with the added benefits of the ingredients. I've used this the most and my skin has had no breakouts.

This is a very pointless product (along with the majority of toners). With everyone always raving about what tea tree can do for spots, i was steered to the tea tree range in the body shop. Its a toner, it didn't improve my skin or make it worse but I'm not one to apply a product that isn't bringing anything to the table. Around £7 ?
I don't like this toner :( This retails for SGD$22.90 for a 250ml bottle. As stated on the website, 'Features a new ‘shake to activate’ refreshing formula to effectively tone the skin, remove traces of impurities while leaving skin looking matte and without drying out your skin.' I like the idea of tea tree products with the general consensus that it is intended for oily, blemished skin, helping to control oil production and clear blemishes. This is a clear greenish liquid, with mattifying powder at the bottom. The product needs to be shaken and poured out quickly just before usage, as the toner has the consistency of water and the powder particles settle down quickly again. I was excited to try this product. I applied this with a cotton pad, and gently tapped on my skin to help with absorption. However, the stinging sensation was quite strong, and remained for some time even after the toner had been absorbed. My skin also turned red momentarily which was not a good sign. Upon looking at the ingredients, I realized that it was probably due to denatured alcohol being the second ingredient on the list, coupled with tea tree oil. Tea tree oil generally helps with blemishes, but it may be a double-edged sword as Paula Begoun stated that the concentration should be higher than 5% for it to be effective, but the higher the concentration, the higher probability that it will cause skin irritation. I tried this again and there was the same stinging sensation, which was reminiscent of my teenage years when I treated my skin to alcohol-based toners with an inkling of hope that it will solve my acne. However, now I learnt never to treat my delicate skin harshly again. I am not really sure how effective is the corn starch for mattifying purposes as I always follow up with a moisturizer after use. I do like the refreshing tea tree scent of this product though, which was not strong and goes away after application. This was packaged in a typical TBS bottle which are generally durable and leak-proof. I will only recommend this product to anybody with severe acne, using this once a day. I had already finished my sample of this toner, and will not be repurchasing this product :)

I really like this toner for keeping my oil and acne at bay and my face matte. But like many others have mentioned - I don't see my skin clearing up like I wish it would. It definitely works well at removing the makeup and dead skin cells that my cleanser leaves behind. I'm almost half way through the bottle - I'm on the fence about repurchasing since it is rather pricey and I want to try something else.
