The shades are so cute and on trend. I love the bottle and the crown emblem on top of the handle. The polish lasts a really long time and looks professional. I love this product! I wish they would come out with even more colors!!
I bought Hot Cocoa and I was not disappointed at all. The polish went on smooth with rich color and lasted a week with very minor chipping. Due to the expensive price ($5.99 - $7.99) in my area, I will have to wait for a BOGO 1/2 sale.
The CVS where I shop, the shelving is always cleaned out of Rimmel nail polish.
this stuff lasts foreverrrrrr & looks good even when it's wearing away. ive had this red/orange shade on for 10+ days now. slight chipping around the corners of some nails.. very impressed..
My favorite brand of nailpolish. I have almost all of the colors. I recently bought Electric Pink. I love the shade but most of all it lasts long. It usually lasts up to 5-9 days. I'm a painter & sculptor so I wash my hands alot. For me it lasts longer than other polishes and has great application. Bristles are nice and gives even application.
I LOVE this nail polish! I was looking for an inexpensive nail polish in a pinkish-brown shade that I used to get from Sally Hansen (which for some reason I cannot find anymore), and I found it in Rimmel's "Hot Cocoa". The shade is EXACTLY the same one I used to use and the price was right. I also LOVE the brush! The tapered edge gives you a lot more control with application than the usual round brush. I just applied it last night, so I have yet to see how long it wears but I'm very happy with it so far. I'm going to buy up a few more bottles just in case Rimmel decides to discontinue this shade! :P
In terms of drugstore nail polish this is the best of the best. I have tried all high ends and low ends and this is on par with my Chanel and Lippman polish (and I'm pretty sure you could buy the whole Rimmel collection for the price of one Chanel). It goes on flawlessly due to the silky formula and AMAZING double brush. There is also a great colour selection and the bottle design is quite cute. These are without a doubt the best low-end nail polishes available and rival (may even surpass) the high end brands. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !
I have this polish in every color available and it is the best, most lasting polish I've ever worn. I have two drawers full of every brand made I think and nothing compares to this Rimmel. I got most of mine at Walgreen's for aroud four bucks and now they have a buy one, get one 50% off. My only complaint is that I wish they had more colors.
It's not often I find an HG of anything. And finding an HG in nail polish is rare because essentially they're all pretty much the same to me. The only thing that sets any of them apart is the wear and even then I have a hard time finding anything that lasts a week without a chip. Until this!!!! I got this about a month ago in Burgundy Flirt which is a beautiful, dark, rich red. I was a little freaked out when I first saw the brush because it's just really different...it's wide, with a curve at the end and I had visions of it being messy. Needn't have worried. Application was fast and NOT messy. I just made sure to not overload the brush. The glossy shine of this is wonderful! and lasted the entire week I wore it. Now for the wear -- this is without a doubt the longest lasting nail color I've ever used and I've tried Sally Hansen, OPI, Orly, Maybelline, Covergirl, Revlon....let's just say I've tried most every one on the market (except for department store....I just don't get spending that much on nail polish whether I can afford it or not). It wore at the tips, but I have never had a chip using this nail polish. And I use my hands a LOT. I work in a computer lab and am constantly on a keyboard or messing with hardware and cables. I can't attest to the what it says on the front of the bottle which is 10 days because I do my nails every weekend so a week is as long as I go. But I've worn this every week this month and it hasn't let me down yet. Since that first purchase, I've purchased "Steel Grey" (looks like a mauve/taupe), Hot Cocoa (haven't tried yet), Midnight Blue (very dark and hard to tell it's blue but I just applied this a.m. and haven't been out in the sun yet), and the Base Coat/Top Coat. Very affordable -- I paid $4.49 at CVS and if you have coupon or they're having a promotion, it's even more of a steal. Highly recommend. :)
I have this in 375 Stiletto Red, 390 Burgundy Flirt, 380 Red Rock, 200 Bare Naked, 330 Posh Pink, 410 Purple Rain, 310 Sunset Orange, 270 Steel Grey, 170 Crystal Clear and the Base & Top Coat Pro.
I really love the formula and brush. Not streaky, dries fast, nice in one coat but the best in 2 coats, minimal wear at the finger tips (I use and wash my hands a lot at work). My favourites are all the reds :)
The Base & Top Coat Pro, when used as a top coat, bleeds the nail polish colour so sometimes you see a bit of debris at the bottom of the bottle. Doesn't transfer when you do your nails again though, just makes the bottle a bit dirty.
The only thing I don't like is Crystal Clear. I find the formula to be really thin and it chips like no tomorrow.
i have this nail polish in 260 gold silk, 330 posh pink, 340 marine blue.
I love the colours, and i love the brushes ! it lasted 2 weeks for me :)
definitely re-purchasing :)
