Amazing, this is hardcore exfoliation for those who want a proper scrub and renewal, not just useless beads in an over-creamy lotion that ineffectually glides across the skin! That's not to say however though that this stuff is harsh and leaves the skin vulnerable and raw (although, if you do like it rough like me, you can use a teeny amount, rubbing it on the face for longer periods of time, on ultra dry skin, afterwards I feel a little raw but fresh and clean as a daisy!...but that's just me!)
The beads are so fine you wouldn't even be able to tell it's an exfoliator by looking at it until you rub it on your skin and feel the hundreds of teeny tiny micro crystals. and that's when the magic happens, it may not look a lot but this stuff is pretty powerful. The instructions advise you to use it for a limited time, and that's wise as it's very potent. Afterwards though, skin feels refreshed, renewed and like a dead layer has been scrubbed off (I mean for real, not just what they tell you on every exfoliator) as well as soft, supple and smooth to the touch.
For £10.50 as well it's a mega bargain in my opinion. I have not encountered a similarly effective or 'serious' type of exfoliator in the same price bracket as this, they usually cost a lot more. Also, Boots regularly do £5 off vouchers for the No7 brand, so you can get it easily for just over a fiver. I'm always on the look out for new types (not necessarily brands) of beauty products, and I have yet to see another that beats this.

Used this for the first time last night and wow, it really cleaned up my skin and made it feel so fresh and gave it a radiant glow. My skin felt a bit delicate afterwards but I think I scrubbed a bit too hard, but that was my fault as this product is for micro-dermabrasion. Will keep using it as I could feel a big difference to my skin from having just used it once. Even though it is quite pricey, it is definitely worth a go!

This stuff is great! I purchased it at target because I was too cheap to get the Olay set and I have to say I am pleased. It clears out pores and dead skin cells and leaves you feeling clean and refreshed. I use it in the shower to control the mess. Overall brings a youthful glow.

I love this product! With a couple of months of use, its done miracles for me! I have really cystic acne and while it doesn't clear it up entirely, it keeps pimples at bay. Its also very good at fading scars and evening skin tone. Love it!

This is the best MD product out there! Really good price @ £9.00 and even better when Boots have promotional offers on No.7 products now and again. I stock up! Leaves skin squeaky clean and soooo soft. Great before a night out for flawless foundation application. Definitely helps any further treatments like masks, serums, moisturizers to penetrate into your skin and do what they're suppossed to! Love to use this in the bath, on damp skin, followed by Dermalogica's Multivitamin Power Recovery Mask for plump, glowing skin! Will use this forever.

I have sensitive, combination skin and breakout here and there (hormones/diet). I was normally very wary of microdermabrasion as I've heard they can scratch your skin or spread acne. However I thought I needed something to peel away dead skin and bring about a healthy new glow and this product definitely does the trick! It's not a miracle worker, however it does its job in making your skin feel squeaky clean and soft afterwards. The morning after I use it, my skin has a bright glow and looks very healthy. I have been using this product for about 6 months and it's definitely a must-have for me!

This is a pretty good scrub, but since you can purchase the crystals itself on ebay,it makes having to buy a product like this pointless.

This is the first microdermabrasion product that I've ever used. I have to say I LOVE it! I was apprehensive at first about trying this because I generally have dry skin and I was afraid that it may make me flaky and red. But I followed the directions in the package insert and massaged the scrub gently on my face for no more than one minute. And voila, I now have beautiful, fresh, soft and glowing skin for the first time in my adult life! It has removed this veil of gray that I've had on my skin. I highly recommend this product!

It does leave my skin sort of glowy once the redness goes down, but I'm sure i could find a better one. Try this if you have grimy feeling skin and are not too sensitive. maybe an older age group on this one?

I like this scrub! It is kinda harsh but doesn't leave me feeling raw by any means. It says to only use this for a min. but I use it a tad longer because I am a rebel like that. This is the only scrub that has actually made a difference for my nose. I can see clean pores! Not plugged, brownish-black spots that kinda look like freckles (but we know they aren't!). I have been using this twice a week with my LUSH skincare (Fresh Farm, Gorgeous and Tea Tree water) and it fits in perfectly. I use this in the shower as I find scrubs a bit messy. Make sure to moisturize and apply sunscreen after using this. Costs about $18 CDN at shoppers drug mart and I bought it on a whim (never tried Boots products before).
