Decent every day gloss with gorgeous colours. I have Apple Strudel which is a light, pale coral peach (they generally look nothing like their names).
Texture is non sticky but not long lasting either, maybe 30 mins.
I think I paid about $5 or $6AUD on Cherryculture.
Wish they were longer lasting but you can't really expect that from a gloss unless it claims that.
They're very moisturizing on the lips and give a nice pigmented color pay off. They all smell the same to me. But others have told me that they have a taste? To me, they have no taste (which is fine). And they come in a nice assortment of colors. Cute packaging
The hype on these glosses is NOT overstated. Loving the two I bought over even the Megashine glosses right now. The color payoff is great for a gloss, it feels truly buttery and smooth without caking in lines or being tacky, moisturizes very well, the smell and taste are nice, and the price is great. While the line has a slightly limited color selection, there are plenty of colors without going too dark and entering that strange lipgloss land where dark colors are either extra-dry or actually go on more sheer.
I love these glosses and will replace these when they run out. These will even replace my other lipglosses that just weren't moisturizing enough. I think these will be a great choice for winter weather.
I love these! The colors are wonderful and they all smell delicious! NYX does not test on animals which is a big plus for me and they are inexpensive. I have Vanilla Cream Pie and Apple Streudel and I plan on getting more. The only con is that they are sold without any type of box or security casing so anybody could just test it out and try it on in the store and put it right back on the shelf.
I love this lip gloss!! I have both maple blondie and apple strudel. They are both light pinks and are very similar. The scent of these are amazing! They smell so sweet and aren't sticky. They are my new favorite lip products and I am not usually that big of a fan of glosses. Definitely recommend!
BEST LIP GLOSS I'VE EVER TRIED. It's super moisturizing (which is good because I have really dry lips to begin with), it's super pigmented and can be worn with or without lipstick, and it stays on for a good length of time. My only complaint is that it's just a bit sticky, but I can overlook that because everything else about it is amazing. I currently have one in Creme Brûlée, and I'm buying more colors as soon as I can. It's my go-to gloss for anything (:
WOW - this stuff is pretty amazing. I have read rave reviews on MUA as well as Ulta's website and decided to give them a try. I picked up 4 colors - Strawberry Parfait, Tiramisu, Peach Cobbler, and Cherry Pie. Love that these are all named after desserts - too cute! Anyhow, I've worn all 4 colors and can say, with certainty, that these are my new HG glosses. Since I'm getting older, I tend to stay away from lipstick and am drawn to glosses. I've been searching for one that is not too sticky but well pigmented and long wearing - well these Butter Glosses hit every single area! They have a lovely scent as well. They did not dry out my lips, like most glosses do, for which I was extremely thankful. ULTA keeps them on a BOGO but even at $5/each, it's a steal for what you are getting in quality of product. Definitely going to purchase again - want to try other colors!
I found these at Ulta and they are BOGO 50% off now. They retail for $4.99. The availablity of shades were limited in my Ulta and couldn't get what I originally wanted (Maple Blondie & Merengue) "Mmmm maple blondies"....So, I purchased Strawberry Parfait and Peaches and Cream. These glosses are okay but I wouldn't repurchase. Right away, they feel nothing like Revlon Lip Butters (which I adore and own many). The NYX butter glosses feel oily on my lips like I just had fried chicken..."Mmmm fried chicken"...okay, get back on topic! I find the color has poor staying power but that oily feeling stays on until I wipe my lips clean. I find with the two glosses I picked up the pigmentation varies. Peaches and Cream is a vibrant warm pink and one coat gives great lip coverage. Strawberry Parfait is a cool berry shade and it is sheer. As for comparison to other brands, some say these are like the MAC cremesheen glosses I don't know about that personally. However, these do remind me a lot like the Dior Addict Shines. They both leave that oily feeling on the lips and I'm not a fan of that. With Revlon Lip Butters, I feel they have more of a balm texture and that is more comfortable for me. Overall, okay product for a decent price but these aren't my cup of tea.
I finally purchased a gloss from this nyx line. I check out the different colors in ulta and finally decide on maple Blondie. I was kinda of disappointed when I got home a realized it was very similar to my Mac Cremesheen gloss in richer, lusher. But when I tried maple Blondie on I fell in love. The consistency is similar to Revlon super lustrous lip gloss and mac Cremesheen glosses for 5.99. The color it's a beautiful baby pink coral. I will definitely repurchase this color and try others. My only gripe is that they are not sealed when you purchase them :-(
you'd be a fool not to try this. I have the shade maple blondie and is my favorite lip gloss. The perfect girly pink. Very inexpensive and smells amazing!
