I could lick this everytime i go to put it on--it's that good! Not crazy about the packaging, but what can one do when in every other aspect it's so exceptional? I get horribky dry skin, and was blessed with the inheritance of eczema on my hands which gets so nasty in the winter. Even prescription creams don't cut it. Who knew that this would be my cure-all (kicks self for not finding it 10 years ago!) My hands are supple and gorgeous-life is good! Am buying these jars in bulk!

This is the one scented butter I could use on my belly when I was pregnant that did not make sick. It does have a slight caramel scent to it, which I love. Very moisturizing. The best part was, I didn't get stretch marks! Whether it was from this butter or genetics, I don't know, but I love this body butter! A+

This is a great product for super-dry skin. In the winter, I get that "hurts to move" kind of dry skin. Few lotions have the ability to last as long on my skin as the richer Body Butters. I can see how if you live in a warm climate or don't have dry skin, this could be overwhelming, but for my problem skin it's perfect. Nut Body Butter is the only scent I can tolerate. The others are too strong for me. It's a slightly bitter caramel which fades nicely through the day. Quite sexy, the scent.

I agree with everyone else that this product smells great and is very emollient. I guess it's too moisturizing for my personal taste. I don't really have dry skin, so I only need a light moisturizer that dries quickly.

When you open this lotion, the entire lid comes off exposing the entire product to the air which I don't like, and it takes forever to dry on your skin. Sometimes not completely at all. I hated the feeling that my skin was sticking to my skin. This product would be great to use for on the spot treatments though for rough areas like the elbow but not for all over if you don't like really rich lotions.

I just bought this product a few days ago and I love it. At first, I looked at the more fruity scents at The Body Shop because I assumed the "Nut" scent would not be appealing. Luckily, the salesperson talked me into trying it. I am so glad I did! In my opinion, it smells just like graham crackers. The scent is hard to describe, but that comes close. My skin is so soft now! Usually I have trouble with my hands chapping but this stuff really works!

GREAT, ladies this is a very sexy smell especially when mixed with your own perfume. Every man I know including out light and camera men have loved this on me and the girls. It offers a natural sheen, and a musky smell that none of the other butters offer, plus it's great from lips to toes. IT is quite expensive though and you can use Palmer's cocoa butter lotion (the scented one) and it works just as well, plus the smell lasts all day, and has the same musky sexy aroma when mixed with your perfume. Cost of it is only 2-3 dollars at Wally world (you know where that is) Skip the expensive brand, don't pay for the names of cosmetics because if you're aware of why the packaging and all looks the same it's because most of your cosmetics are all made in the same place. That's why you see so many look a likes.

First of all, I love the smell of this. It's rich, creamy, nutty, caramel-y, slightly sweet, and totally addictive. Every time I went into The Body Shop, I would open the tester of the Nut Body Butter and inhale deeply. On about the fifth time, I said to myself "This is ridiculous". So I bought it. Since I've used this as a foot cream, hand cream, and body cream. It's nice and moisturizing, and not too greasy. The only problem is that a couple times I've used this as a hand cream, the drydown scent smelled like tires. Weird. Oh well, I'll probably repurchase this until they stop making it. continued >>

I've tried a lot of hand creams and body lotions. The Body Shop Nut Body Butter is the most moisturizing of all the varieties (Although their Coconut smells heavenly).
I'm a massage therapist and I work with oil and wash my hands all the time, which dries out my skin. I can't afford to have dryness around my fingers at all. This stuff is the most moisturizing hand/body cream I've ever tried. It takes care of the roughness easily.

All of the body butters are really great moisturizers but this is by far my favorite fragrance. Sometimes my allergies are very sensitive to perfumes but this has just enough fragrance to keep me smelling nice, but not overpowering. I think it works best after bathing and it also works great if you slather it on your hands or feet before going to bed and wear those moisturizing socks or gloves to help it soak in.
