This product is amazing! And it cost $1! I'm pretty much retarded when it comes to applying eyeliner, and the felt tip of this one made it so much easier. Plus this product appears to last all day so far. Definitely repurchasing in multiples.

This eyeliner has gotten such mixed reviews, am afraid my review falls into the negative camp. The pen didn't dispense any color inspite of quite vigorous effort and when it did, the hard tip was irritating to use, the color also smeared really quickly. For a much better liquid liner with a pen tip, try Shiseido's MAJOLICA MAJORCA Perfect Liquid Automatic Eyeliner, it's about $14 US on eBay and makes this eyeliner seem like a joke.

The worst. I bought 3 of them (black, ash and coffee) because they were a buck and I needed to fill up my cart since I was buying it online.
Once I opened all 3 of them, the tips were dry, so I had to apply it on my hand for a while before the color actually came. I've used the black one twice now and the tip is beginning to fray on me. And the tip is definitely not as fine as I would like it to be. I like a thin line of eyeliner just to outline my eyes, but I find that every time I try to make a thin line, none of the color transfers to the tip of the brush, which does not help.
Pigmentation wise, I liked the black and ash, but the brown one looked great on the back of my hand, yet when I went to apply it on my eye it looked really light.
Mine didn't have a smell to it as other reviewers say, I guess it was a different batch. It's slightly waterproof, I've run it under a tap and it's stayed, but if you rub it when it's wet, it smudges so easily.
Definitely will not repurchase, even for a buck it's not worth it.

I love liquid eyeliner pens, so when I found some ELF products at my local Kmart I decided to give this item a try.

Okay, so I bought two. One in black, the other in brown. When I got home and opened the package to test, the tip on the black one had dried out (which I ended up returning) and the brown was just okay.

I tried the brown one on my eyes, did not show up as bold as I would like, the line did not look precise and it seems after a couple of tries that the tip may fray on me. I may just use it untill that happens so I can get some of my moneys worth.

Overall I am not very impressed and would rather spend my money on the Jordana Fabu liner or a drink from Mcdonalds.

When i first purchased this i loved it. It went on easy and created the perfect winged liner with little effort. The sad part is you only get a few uses out of it before it goes completely dry.

I ordered it again recently and it came completely dried out. What a waste!

I have it in black and coffee. The black isn't as good as coffee in my opinion. The black one is a little bit drier then the coffee and isn't black enough to be called black. The coffee one i do adore to death and hopes it doesn't dry out on me. They do have a smell to them, like those felt tip markers from crayon.

This eyeliner wasn't a good buy for me. I tested it out on my wrist first just to see the quality of the liquid and how the applicator worked. When I tested it, I thought it was pretty good. Once I purchased it and tried it on my eyes, totally different story. The liner brush was actually really stiff and it didn't go on well. Pretty disappointed.

This is a typical marker-like eyeliner pen. The tip is quite fine, therefore, allowing you to draw a very thin line if desired. The formula is not too easy to work with. This is because it's too dry and lacks pigmentation. I need to go over the same spot several times to achieve a very black line. However, it does dry fairly quickly, so it won't smudge while you're working with it. I gave it a very low rating because it's not 'waterproof' in my opinion as I expect it to be long-wearing and smudge-proof. I had this on for only 4 hours and already I'm developing raccoon eyes.
