I absolutely love this liner. I'm not sure how people are having a problem with this product. I've never had it flake on me and I use it everyday for - for the whole day. It's easy to apply, create the wing tip that seems to be popular and it's easy to take off. Sometimes I just rub it off with water if i'm lazy :P I think it actually lasts me a long while before I need a new tube.
It gets a little annoying when it starts to run out because I have to shake it to get the tip absorbed with product. It's like one of those felt pens where you have to shake to get any ink. But it always does come through for me.
I'm in Canada and I found that the price for this went up a few dollars 9.99 to 12.99 at shoppers drug mart.I went down to the states and it was MUCH cheaper (duh..) Regardless, it's cheaper than other brands such as mac or nars :P

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this product! I could never ever use liquid eyeliner. I shake horribly and it would end up looking like a mess on my eyes, but with this felt tip applicator, you have so much control of the placement. I'll never use a brush applicator again. Im totally sold on this product!
Ever since I fell in love with L'oreal eyeliners I regret not finding out about them earlier and spending all that money on BB and MAC. I bought this in 'Black Mica' and it is already an intense, deep, true black. I have the liquid eyeliner in Carbon Black and it is amazing also. Not only is the colour amazing, the felt tip is precise, and versatile and the line is budge-proof. I really like eyeliners that are able to create that crisp, clean eye-widening look...and this works for Asian lids as well!
I love the felt tip applicator. To draw a thin line, I gently pull back my outer eyelid towards my hairline, just a bit, and balance my elbow on the table while I start applying from the middle to the outer corner and then start at the inner corner towards the middle. Normally, I don't wear black eyeliner because I think it looks too harsh. But with this, I can make a really thin precise line and it looks very natural. There is just enough product saturated in the felt tip that I can complete one eye without dipping the applicator back into the tube. Lasts all day without flaking or smudging. One complaint: eyeliner closest to the inner corner sometimes disappear. Still, highly recommended.
I have tried liquid liners in the past and really just don't have the knack for it. I love Revlon Colorstay liners because they really have staying power and smudge easily. BUT I wanted to try a new look and again with the liquid liner so I thought I'd try this felt tip...I actually love it...honestly, I still don't have the skill for the liquid liner but I'm doing better and this seems a bit easier than what I've tried in the past. Plus is goes on super dark, makes a dramatic line if wanted. The staying power was awesome also. Not once has it transferred to my upper lid. Sold!
I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews for this! This is actually one of my staples that I buy over and over again. The felt tip gives me more control than any other liquid liner tip, and the formula is intense and very black. I did get a "bad" one once that was kinda watery and I needed two coats instead of one. This doesn't flake like Maybelline Line Stiletto did on me (theirs has the same felt tip). I do get compliments when I do the cat's eye or the winged eye with this.
I thought that i would really like this product as i have heard many positive reviews on it but apart from the fact that the eyeliner is easier to apply and make a wing the product is not that great. The liner wears off really easily so you have to keep touching it up and the colour isn't really an intense black at all
wow so i wrote a review for my revlon colorstay eyeliner saying i dont like it but that product is so MUCH better than this product. This product I got in carbon black and its not even dark at all. The product is way too watery and it doesnt even last longer than 2 hours. I can't stand this product I dont get the rave.
This liner does not last as long as gel liner but is faster to apply than gel liner. I will not likely repurchase the L'Oreal liner.
I so wanted to love this eyeliner. I bought it based on the MUA reviews and I really wanted a true black eyeliner that would be easy to use. The packaging is great. the weight and feel of the tube and the felt tip make it really easy to apply and the color is gorgeous. Here is where the problem starts. Not 5 minutes after I had applied it I had flakes all over under my eyes. It flaked terribly. I thought maybe I had done something wrong so I wore it every day for a week and always had the same flaking problem. I'm sorry this didn;lt work out for me because I really wanted it to but I will not buy again.
