I prefer the consistency of this primer to some of the other ones on the market. It seems to keep my eyelids dry longer than others. It's expensive but worth the price. It lasts a long time and you only need a little bit.

No hizo que mis sombras tengan una mayor duración ni tampoco aumentó su pigmentación. No vale la pena probarlo!
This product is my HG. I can't even begin to explain how much I love this product. I have very oily eyelids which made my eyeshadow crease very easily (like 2 hours after application.) I was browsing through Sephora one time and I passed by the Urban Decay section and this caught my eye. I've seen many reviews on here raving about how great of a product this is so I though ah what do I have to lose? So I bought it and the next day I tried it out. I was expecting it to allow acouple more hours of wear but no. This gave me atleast 10-14 more hours of wear out of my eyeshadow. It lasted from 6 in the morning to when i got home at 9 that night. Plus it lasts through work outs and everything! I highly recommend this to everyone. I will continue to repurchase and repurchase no matter what!!
Comparable to the Too Faced primer but beats it by more than a sliver because UDPP has a smoother consistency, doesn't leave a tiny dried up clump at the tip of the tube each day, and blends well under my eyes without settling into fine lines too much. Have used several tubes and will continue to buy!

When I go to sleep with this product on, I wake up looking like I just put my eyeshadow on. The eyeshadow does last a long time and it looks a lot more defined. I just dab the wand once on each eye and that is enough for each eyelid, including upto my brow bone. You have to apply it on your lids really fast though because if it dries before application, it will look cakey. Another unexpected plus. My eyes are naturally droopey so when i put eyeliner on my top lid it tends to smear on to my droopey lid, leaving a black line. When I wear UDPP, my eyeliner does not transfer to my droopey lid.
Every time I buy an UD palette or something, and it comes with UDPP I always try it again.. but I just can't fall in love with this product, and I honestly don't understand the hype. I have normal-dry skin.. and I still feel like shadow doesn't last the work day when I use UDPP. Also, it is very sheer.. I wish it would be a little more opaque so it could even out the skin on the eyelid.
I am loyal to MAC paint pots. To me, they get the job done and last all day. I always end up giving away UDPP samples to fellow swappers.
HG!!!! This product has completely changed the way I do my eye makeup. I used to use a MAC paint pot and it does not compare! I wish I would have discovered it sooner. Absolutely amazing, and I cannot say enough good things! Completely worth the money, and I totally believe that you get what you pay for... For once the color in the pot, can be the color on your lids! I love the new packaging, and a little goes a long way.
BUY THIS PRODUCT, you won't regret it!

I have been around the block on eyeshadow primers and so far this one has been the best. When people are saying other products could do its job for cheaper, I am not sure what kind of eyeshadow they are using but if it's highly pigmented bright colors that you blend out beyond the eye lid and get a little crazy with, I doubt they would be correct. I also have oily lids that would normally crease easily and blotch out the brightness of the color, and not only does this primer completely prevent that but if I go to bed in my eye makeup (don't do that) it will literally look exactly the same in the morning if I didn't smash my face against the pillow. I know a lot of makeup artists and every one of them uses this in their kit. I also don't even find this to be that expensive if you are used to using high quality brands, but I suppose if you typically use product you can find at Walgreens then this may be expensive. You also don't need that much, I just do a very thin layer over all parts of the eye area that will have shadow or liner.
Side Note: Cheaper usually isn't better. Ingredients may be unhealthy for your skin and eyes and you don't get your money's worth in the quality. It is always worth buying up for those kinds of products, especially if you are trying to do something more artistic, and for health reasons with mascara. H.I.P is probably the best shadow out of those guys but the pigment quality is still meh overall. (L'Oreal would be my favorite cheap brand, they have a nice product family in the whole parent company that includes Kerastace and Lancome)
Lipgloss and lipstick I would buy cheap though, for most colors it doesn't look that different. Only if there is a specific color and texture that I can never find cheap and have it look smooth and nice do I drop the cash.
Needed something to keep my eyeshadow on for the whole day. UDPP orginal was quite a good buy..a little on the expensive side..but a little goes a long way. Eyeshadow stayed fresh adter 3/4 of the day..which i am pretty happy with.. esp the eyeliner too, it stayed on didnt smudged..:)
First of all, the new tube packaging for this is WAY better than the wand thing. I wish I knew about this product sooner. It really smooths my creases out and creates a smooth surface for my shadow -- not to mention it keeps my eyeshadow looking fresh all day long! A bit on the pricey side, but a little goes a really long way. Also, since I have natural creasing under my eyes, I thought I'd try this as an under-eye primer for concealer or foundation and I've gotten fantastic results! Amazing stuff I wouldn't hesitate to buy again!
