I use this to cover my red acne scars (flat ones) and some small sun spots. It blends very well. Although its coverage is not strong enough to cover the discoloration on my skin completely, it does look natural and I'm satisfied with it. Sometimes I just spot it all over my face and blend with a sponge, then brush on loose powder (skip foundation). The finish looks natural and healthy.
perfect color match for my skin but coverage is way too sheer. this would be nice for minor skin imperfections.
As others have said, really does not do much to cover under eye circles. If you have any lines or wrinkles under the eye avoid this, it will only make them look worse. I'll keep it around to cover the occasional zit.
I got this BOGO, so the price was great. The color I got is n 4-5. I had used Lancome concealer for years and this works just as well for a fraction of the price. I like the brush applicator. Sometimes I have to wipe off the wand or product will leak out of the tube, so the packaging is not great. Great buy for the price.
I was born with purple undereye circles & my mom started buying me concealer when I was 12.. so I've tried several drugstore concealers over the years. Right around the time I was old enough to get picky, I bought a tube of this, back in Jan 2007. I only stopped using it to try a new one. I kept this as backup & used it on & off..so the tube lasted me like a year, & didnt ball up until it was almost empty. Decent coverage layered on its own, not orangey, reflects light nicely..I say its a keeper
Great buy! Ultra-light and blends perfectly, with almost full coverage under my eyes. Not a fan of the brush, however. Otherwise, it's a great concealer.
I like this concealer a lot. I use it under my eyes. It's very blendable - maybe too blendable, because if I try and blend this under my eyes pretty soon I'll have blended all the product away. Instead I use a foundation brush (MAC 190SE, it has a slightly pointed tip which is GREAT for getting into the corner), and pat it on and it's great! I love how this concealer brightens up the area effortlessly and doesn't look cakey. Wear is alright, better if I set with loose powder (I use the one in the Bobbi Brown concealer kit). Colour match is spot-on as well. For the price, this is quite a good concealer.
I quite like this concealer, so I'm surprised it doesn't have better reviews. It's very blendable and natural-looking, and provides pretty good coverage. I agree that it's not as good around as the eyes as I'd like, but for blemishes, I like it a lot. I also like that it's a creamy liquid and not heavy.
I'm on my second tube but I don't think I'll buy again.
It's basically thicker liquid concealer. Loreal's trumatch liq foundation is super thin compared to it. It gives ok coverage, and the applicator and packaging is handy.
I want to try something new next but this is a mediocre d/s concealer...if you want to wait for BOGO it's a good deal.
Love this concealer - but I only use it to cover pimples and scars, not as an eye area concealer. For what I use it for, it's great. I do not use the brush applicator to apply it - picks up too much product. I use the brush to put a small dot of product on my fingertip, and then use my finger to dot it over the pimples and red spots. Blends very well with my skin tone even on days when I don't wear any foundation. Looks natural, not noticeable on my skin. Lasts all day. The only thing I don't like is that it tends to make my large pores more noticeable. I would not use this in the undereye area, but don't really consider that a negative since my skin there is a different color than the rest of my face anyway, I would not expect the same color to work for both uses.
