I'm really struggling with absolutely loving this blush. Looking at it in the pan scared the heck out of me and I'm having trouble putting it on my face so that it complements my prominent cheekbones. It is a fantastically cool pink, it makes me look like I just ran 10 miles. I think perhaps this would be more favorable on me in the winter than in the summer. No complaints about the texture, packaging, or anything like that. I'm keeping it in my collection just because I don't have anything else like it, I may try Kevyn Aucoin's Myracle or Liquifuschia just to see how they compare.
EDIT (6-23-09): Tippy BPB is very similar to this. Although I do prefer to wear Tippy, Dollymix is comparable.

This is my go to blush. I am quite pale so a little bit goes a long way. It's so intimidating in the pan but when I put it on I look awake even after a long night.
Really looks scary on the pan (fucshia pink), but when applied on my NC20-25 the color is a lovely candy pink. Its quite pigmented for a sheertone blush so you dont have to apply a lot.. I think this would last me a long time =)
Like everyone has mentioned, it looks scary in the pan--kind of a deep, bright pink. But when it goes on it really makes me look awake. I'm olive toned and dark right now because of the summer weather, and this looks gorgeous on me, I like doing a Blacktrack-lined eye with a bit of the Viva Glam special edition lipglass when I wear this...so pretty.
I love this blush. When MAC SA recommended this one to me I was a bit hesitant, the color looked a bit too disco diva to me. But when applied, it gives my skin rosy all natural look and freshen up my face. I am sold.
This cool-toned blush may look scary (bright fuschia) in the pan but it is a sheertone shimmer and when applied it gives you a wonderful rosy glow (great for South Asian beauties).
I am very disappointed with this blush, and I am a MAC addict. I am pale (NC20) so this tone make me look like Heidi (but not like Heidi Klum, Heidi in the mountains!). It is a vivid red blush more than pink.
I want a look pretty natural and not powdery. So, this is... just not for me! :(

One of my top pink blushes I own. It looks like a cool toned blush but works beautifully on my warm skintone. Actually, I get quite a handful of compliments when I wear this blush. It's an instant complexion brightener! You got to have a light hand with this one because it's highly pigmented. All I do is tap my blush brush onto the powder very lightly and put on the apples of my cheeks. You get that innocent & cute look. I'm a MAC NC35 for reference.
Not bad at all - I really love Clinique's "precious posy" it gives me a beautiful pink *GLOW* - I love pink blushes and that flushed look in general - so of course I had to try this. It was MUCH more sheer than I thought it would be for such a shocking bright pink but it was pretty sheer. I'll use this all summer long with "precious posy" and Paula Dorf's "merengue". If you want this in a cream formula try NAR's cactus flower. UPDATE: I find myself reaching for this more and more. I love that it has dimension in it and isn't flat. I just love that dolly-flushed look.
