I really don't like this as a bronzer. I like this better for a powder to give my face a little bit more color. I got this bronzer because it seemed that everyone loved it. Once I got it, it turned out to be a little darker than my actual skintone. I use this over my face powder if it makes me look ghostly. I will definitely repurchase this over and over again :)

This is my everyday bronzer and I love it! This product gives my a good look because of the nice matte color and it actually shows up on my face and isn't too dark.

This is the very first bronzer I ever bought. I got it about a month ago or so. I've been using it everyday since then. I can honestly say it's fantastic! I use it all over my face, and it's great for contoring. As soon as I'm out I'm heading straight to Wal-Mart to pick up another. Also, it was only like three bucks, which is a good price for someone on a budget, like me!

This is my go-to everyday bronzer. It's a nice matte shade that isn't orangey or looks ruddy on my skin (I'm an NC30/35 for reference). Excellent for contouring, not shimmery, gives me healthy looking color. And best of all, I bought it for $2 at CVS...! Hooray for cheap, quality products that are amazing!

i have always shied away from bronzer because of their notoriousness for making people look orange. however, in my palest shade in the heart of winter, i find my self itching for a little colour on my eyes/face/lips. anyway, i bought this because i'd heard it was pretty good and really cheap, and i think it's a great bronzer, especially for people like me who are a bit cautious of bronzer. i apply it with a big fluffly brush (the sponge it comes with is a joke) and i find it quite difficult to apply too much. it just adds a little glow and colour to my face without making it obvious. i think i will use this even more once i have a but of a tan since i load so much sunscreen on my face that it tends to get a bit paler than my body. the packaging is alright. nice mirror, basic compact. however, it's a bit of trouble to close and the hinge is actually just bent plastic, so i have a feeling it might tear eventually. oh well, that's what duct tape is for. aside from that, i think if you're pale/midtoned this will work for you, but it might be too light for darker skin. NYC should make a few more shades.

oh my gosh, exact dupe for benefit hoola. I have NC40 skintone so either bronzers are too orange to look natural, or too gold to show up on me. Hoola is perfect but i cannot spend that type of money. I got the NYC sunny for $1.49 on sale at ulta. It is definitely the most natural MATTE contouring i have found for my tan skintone. I love this product. I need to go buy more for my gym bag. I like this better than the rimmel bronzer. I actually found NARS laguna bronzer to be too light for my skin to contour. I guess tan skin is somewhat different, with me i have very yellow undertones so orangy or shimmer bronzers blend (such as tarte park avenue) in with my skintone while more greyer bronzers contour/show up instantly (hoola, avon earthern rose, nyx taupe).

This is a nice matte bronzer with good pigmentation. It's not as highly pigmented as more high-end bronzers I've tried, but it shows up fine on my NC25-30 skin. Also, this doesn't seem to break me out. All in all, definitely a great drugstore bronzer with a natural, non-orangey color.

Love it. Doesn't break me out, doesn't break the budget, and it doesn't make me look orange:)

***updated review***
I believe this bronzer was causing me to breakout. It caused me to develop terrible black heads. Also I found that as I tanned, this bronzer become too powdery and did not add any depth to the skin and I could not use as a contour. Overall, I started to dislike it and eventually discarded in the garbage. Just goes to show that sometimes you fall in love with a product initially and after using it for some time realize how awful it is.

ok..i too got this due to the large amount of good reviews on both videos and makeupalley, but ahhh..kind of disappointed
im already really light,NC20 (i dont own MAC foundation, just using as reference) and this STILL doesnt show. what gives?
i mean, at first, when i apply it, i see it. its nice and matte and looks like a good contour choice. after 1 hour, GONE. what?!
so no, i dont think this is a good product, but i only speak for myself (and whoever might happen to have difficulty finding a bronzer/contour color that shows despite the fairness/darkness of skin tone)
its still a cheap product and doesnt break me out
it just doesnt work for me.
