I really love liquid liner, and this is the best one that I've tried. They really nailed the design of the "pen" portion of it. With other liquid liners, the tip is either too flimsy or doesn't give enough, and it can tug on the delicate skin of my eyelid, causing a jagged line. This tip just glides over, creating a perfect line. It is a really rich black, too which I like- if you're going to do the liquid liner look, go all the way, baby! I have had my current tube for almost two years now- I know, I know I should throw it out- but it's still leaving a nice rich line, so I'll just keep using it until it dries out. The next liquid liner I purchase will definitely be this one.
This is my go-to liner when i'm in a rush. Easy to apply. Wish it were a bit darker though, I always find myself going over my same line again. I would def repurchase though !
My new favorite liquid eyeliner! Like many others I also heard the raves about this eyeliner and how great it is so I decided to give it a try. I prefer high end products but if I find good drugstore products that do a fantastic job there good in my book! I think I paid about $8 for this pen liner and it's one of the best eyeliners I've used, it doesn't fade or smudge and stays put all day, it's also very black which I like. I will continue to purchase this as it has become a staple in my collection.
I am so glad that I finally decided to step out of the box and try my first hand at liquid liner. I have heard so many raves about this particular one that I was eager to go out and get it. And I must tell you that I absolutely love it. Even for a beginner like myself, this is a great liquid liner. The felt tip makes it easy to make a thin or bold line (whatever you want to do) and the black color is pretty intense. I always apply my primer before (since I have the dreaded hooded lid), so this actually does end up lasting for a while. It doesn't fade. The only thing is that if you actually scratch any part of your lid that has the liner on it, it will flake off. So just don't directly touch your eye and you'll be fine!
Great drugstore liquid liner! Goes on easily, even for those of us (myself included) who can't draw a straight line even if it would save our lives. My only complaint is that it lasts 8 hours TOPS, so I find myself reapplying throughout the day which can be a hassle, especially after I put on mascara.
I love this eyeliner. Best drugstore I've tried and I'd highly recommend it to beginners. The felt tip makes it so easy to use and it has an intense black color. It's a great price and I'd definitely buy it again.
I wanted this to work because of all the good reviews. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me. It doesn't really stay on my eyelid. It rubs off very easily and flakes. I'm still looking for a good liquid liner since this just doesn't do it for me.
This liquid eyeliner is the best one I've used so far. The felt tip is more flexible compared to the Revlon Colorstay liner and I find that it is easier to create the winged out look with this particular applicator. The formula is nice and for me, it stays all day with little to no flaky-ness. I love how the color is the darkest black I've ever found in an eyeliner. Although the finish is not totally matte, it does not leave your eyeliner looking terribly shiny like patent leather. It's worth the price and goes great with the L'Oreal Carbon Black Voluminous mascara.
It's awful...that's all I can say. it's cheap but it doesn't get the job done at all!
I bought it because I read so many great reviews on it. The felt tip was nice and easy to apply. The color is really dark. But the consistency is VERY watery! If you try applying it on the back of your hand, you will see that the liquid feathers on the pattern of your skin. When I put it on my eyelid, it won't stay for longer than an hour. (when it dries, you can easily rub it off without water!) It flakes and will get into my eyes every time!
And I thought...this can't be what people raved about...perhaps I got the bad one. So I went ahead and be stupid enough to get another one. It's the same. I'm very disappointed :-( I wish I could attach a picture so people can see what I'm talking about.
(updated) I did buy it again (even though I haven't finished the first one) just to really try out if it's my bad luck or not...and it's still the same. liquidy and doesn't do any good.
When it works for me I love how it turns how but the majority of the time the brush is usually dried out and its difficult to get product on my eye with out looking watery or streaked. Unless I re-cap it and shake the product for a bit. And it was quite pricy compared to other liquid liners in ulta - because of this if I am going to fork out more money for a liner I'll go with better/expensive brands.
