The smell is wonderful. That is the primary reason I am giving this cream such a high rating. Most lotions that are supposed to smell like fruit really don't smell like them (example, TBS's Blueberry Body Butter). This cream however, smells deliciously divine, and actually resembles the smell of real mango. The scent is not strong, but it is light and effervescent.

As to the consistency of the cream, I would advise you to stay away if you don't like thick and greasy creams. This is supposed to help the driest of skins. On application, it sits on the skin, kind of like a sheet of grease and takes a long time to work in. I would recommend using it at night so you can just go to sleep and wake up with softer legs. I bought this for my (very young) daughter, who likes noticeable fruity scents. She loves this one, and I think it smells nice on her, much better than the Blueberry that she's currently using. When she uses up the blueberry, I'm going to talk her into getting Mango again. It does smell VERY fruity, so I wouldn't use it if you don't want to make a definite scent statement.

Love the scent but a bit too rich for me. I prefer some of the other scents. Great for very dry skin or to use overnite.

Yep, its greasy, but it works. It definitely moisturizes. My dry flaky skin was completely transformed after using this moisturizer. Im just OKAY with the smell, but I prefer it over the blueberry body butter. My skin is has this natural shine like well moisturized skin should!

I was a bit hesitant after reading on here that this was so greasy, but I was actually pleasantly surprised! It says for very dry skin but it actually soaked right in on me. Although, I used a larger amount after my shower, and it took a bit longer, but the next day when I woke up, my skin was like silk! It also gives my skin a nice sheen, even though it is not overly greasy. The price is a bit steep ($7.00 USD for 1.75 oz) but I splurged and just HAD to try it. I also am not wild about the scent. In the jar it smells like fresh peachy mangoes, but it then calms down and eventually just goes away. This is truly a mega moisturizer, and I used up my small sized one, and will purchase another one, but probably in another scent since I associate mango with summer!

I looove love love this! This is my second favorite body butter (my first being Sesame). It smells very good and fruity. It also has such a wonderful, spreadable consistency. This is rather thick and leaves your skin rather shiny, so I slather this on my body at night and wake up with silky soft skin! My only gripe is that I hate the tub container. I wish they started making body butters in a pump bottle!

I absolutely love this product. It leaves my normally dry skin smooth. The moisture lasts long and leaves a nice sweet scent that makes you want to eat it lol. I highly recommend!

Love this product for dry, dry skin. It is rich and on the greasy side- best for bedtime slathering. My dog loves it too.
