the perfect matte just right pink color. it looks super bright in the pan but doesnt go on as bright, its a lot softer on. almost the exact same of NARS angelika, but without the ugly silver glitter. gives the perfect pink outside from the cold flush. a NARS staple, if you ask me.

Je desire Nars Desire...tous le temps! J'adore this blush, it is the most beautiful blush I own, and my personal favourite. In the pan it looks scary....very very very scary. Clown scary! I got this in a swap, and upon opening it, my eyes were slightly blinded by the fluorescent pink colour of the blush. But I knew that MUA girls never lie, and the reviews for this colour are amazing, so I was not hesitant to try it. However, be careful to apply this with a light hand. I use Flirt!'s Skunk Brush for buildable colour, so I never apply too much. The result is a beautiful, healthy flush. I like this way better than Torrid and Orgasm, especially when my skin is paler in the winter. But actually, I think this would look nice on golden skin too...it's so healthy looking. If you like pink cheeks, this is for you! I recommend with every fibre of my being!

I put too much of those blush so I look like a monkey's ass the first time I used it. I love the color of this and it shows up very well on my fairly light skin when I use very little. The price is kind of expensive, but its worth it.

Bright cotton candy pink = usually a blush color I avoid because I’m so undeniably warm-toned. But I swapped for this matte blush anyway due to my fanatic NARS blush obsession. This matte, very bright pink color actually translates into quite a wearable shade on my cheeks – as long as I use a fairly light hand and blend blend blend! This looks best in conjunction with a light shimmery wash on the eyes and a nude lip. Overall there are other NARS colors that are far more suitable for my warm complexion, but Desire does manage to do the trick. I don’t think I would ever repurchase this though. Not one of my favorite NARS blushes obviously. Packaging and staying power are superb as usual!

I use this blush as an all over face color, as it gives my light-medium complexion a healthy glow. It appears to be a cotton candy pink in the pan, but when applied to the skin, it looks very natural. This blush gets an A+ from me.

A very pretty cool pink blush. I have light olive skin with a cool/greenish cast to it, so blush is a VERY necessary part of my makeup routine. I have a millon different shades. This gave me a really pretty, really natural-looking flush. I brushed it on with a Sephora bronzer blush - very lightly at first, but building to a medium pink shade. It looked great.

For a makeup novice, NARS gives me the best of surprises. Desire is a beautiful true pink color-no shimmers, not too light or dark. Just right. Application is easy with a good blush brush, since it is well pigmented. It deposits well, stays on forever (even on hot, humid days), and best of all, feels like it is worth every cent in your pocket. NARS blushes are topnotch, and you could never go wrong with its colors and textures. In my A-list!

This was RIS and is currently on my swaplist, though I thought I would go ahead and post a review, anyway. This is a bright bubblegum pink, a little lighter on pigment than the other NARS blushes I own. This one is matte, no shimmer that I can detect. While this does produce a nice effect, a cool-toned pink flush, I prefer warmer tones for my skin. Another note, I have found that these blushes may cause break-outs on my sensitive skin. So far I have tried several shades, and have ended up gifting or swapping most of them (except for Gina, which I love color-wise but never seem to use). I'd give this a 3.5 if I could.

Dithered with writing a review for this blush, did not want to admit defeat. I bought it unseen and I could not get an even application from it for a long time - clown cheeks, maps of weird continents and all that. But with the smaller stippling brush from MAC (188), it applies great and I no longer have the feeling that I wasted my money. It is my matt alternative to Clinique Iced Lotus and deserves a place in my makeup case. Also, a small dab of this over a neutral blush gives a very nice result.

This cotton-candy-pink blush has a matte finish and a fine silky texture. I find it better applied with a light touch or a very soft brush. I am light to medium complexioned and one layer is all it takes to make my blue eyes pop. The container is a sleek rectangular black rubberized snap compact with a good size mirror on the inside of the lid. It can quickly look dirty -- like Smashbox packaging -- but it serves the purpose of effectively bodyguarding the contents; I have dropped it a few times and the powder remained intact! The contents do not include a brush; it's ALL blush :) It takes a while to hit the bottom of the pan, but when I do, I will definitely repurchase this extremely flattering blush.
