I love this color!!! It reminds me a lil of the Neutrogena's recently discontinued moistureshine lipgloss in First Blush...except this is a tad brighter. Why oh why do they discontinue those few treasures that become HG. LOL...anyways this is a beautiful peachy color that brightens up my look...looks like the Revlon moondrops Apricot Blase green barrel lipstick in my opinion. Go out and buy it!!!
Wow, love this! Coral Reef is super creamy, pigmented, non-sticky, and would look excellent with a tan. I'm currently an NC35 and will be using this on my pigmented lips and on top of MAC Vegas Volt l/s during the summer months when I get a little more color. On my pigmented lips, this looks just like the model's lips on the MAC To The Beach promo ad, a bright coral-peach and just a touch of orange without being garish. I love corals like these because they really bring a glow and brightness to the rest of my face. For now, layering this on top of a nude lipstick base brings out the peachier side of this coral, reminding me of MAC Shy Girl. Since I'm a little I've been on a huge coral kick lately, so I knew I had to get this. I found it at Target, but there was no separate display for the collection like I had seen in Ulta. It was placed next to the rest of the Super Lustrous lipglosses and I managed to get the last one. Love the sleek packaging and doe-foot applicator. Coral Reef is a beautiful pop of color, perfect for the warmer weather. Get it before it's gone, from the stores I've been to, I've been noticing that a lot of the shades have been selling out quick.
Here are a couple pictures:
On bare, slightly rosy/pigmented lips:
This is a beautiful colored lipgloss with vibrant pigment. I have fair skin with light brown hair and brown eyes. The color really brightens my skin.
The formula is moisturing and the packaging sleek looking. The color isn't particularly long lasting on me, but then again most lipglosses aren't. I really feel that this gloss is MAC-like in quality. The price is average. I paid almost $7 at Target. If I use this up, I would repurchase.
I had been wanting a coral l/g for awhile. This one is great. The SL formula is wonderful & the shade, while very orange in the tube, is more peachy & wearable on your lips.
I found this one at Target in the regular display
I searched my city far and wide for this gloss, and was lucky enough to find the last one in my Target. :) It's a gorgeous coral creme, not too orangey, but not too pinky. It's a perfect balance, quite literally. The tube is also quite fashionable, and doesn't scream *drugstore*! I have pink undertones so I have to watch which glosses I wear, and I was so impressed with the color of this. The formula is much like MAC's Cremesheen Glass, but I prefer the Cremesheen just a *tiny* bit more over this. The formula is quite wonderful. Soft and cushy, and lasts a rather long time. I had to reapply after eating lunch, but that's natural. Looks great with a soft pink/coral cheek! So glad I bought this, might have to buy a backup. I'd love to try the other colors in the LE line as well! Definitely recommend this one!
I love this lipgloss!! Revlon is really stepping their game up, and I know I have some HE things that aren't as good as Revlon. This color is a true coral, no pinkness to it at all. The formula is smooth, non sticky, and the color payoff is amazing. I think these feel as comfortable as cremesheen lipglosses from MAC, and they are half the price. I love wearing this gloss over my Nyx "vitamin" round lipstick and I just know it will be beautiful over Everhip from MAC (getting this soon I hope). You won't be disappointed in these lipglosses, I hope to collect the other 2 pinks (I have this one, and the lilac one). For reference I am NC15 in MAC, MUFE HD, Revlon colorstay in buff.
I am just blown away at the quality of this lg! This lg is exactly like MAC Cremesheen Glass except better because it is way more pigmented. The color payoff is amazing and totally opaque. It feels melted-buttery smooth on my lips without being greasy. It's so creamy and it's actually a creme gloss since there is no shimmer/glitter in it. It's just so comfortable to wear, no stickiness at all. The color is the most beautiful shade of milky coral, with just enough pink in it so that it doesn't look too orange. What you see in the tube is what you get on your lips. It really just brightens up my complexion, I've been looking for a color just like this forever. I can't find anything bad to say about this l/g, it even wears off nicely! This is the first DS item I have purchased in a long time that I am thoroughly happy with. I like the packaging and I would buy it again but it's LE (Spring 2010) so get them while you can!
