I really like this product for my eyes - ever since I used it, I cannot go a day without it! One time I forgot to apply it and after 2 hours, my eye shadow looked like a mess - probably because I opted for a smokey look that day. The shadows come out more vibrant and the shadow stays on if I use this product. The only thing is the packaging is kind of ugly. Otherwise no complaints! I have had this product for about 8 months and there is still quite a bit left - I'd say it would last me another 3 months - and this is me and my sister sharing it. awesome!

I love this eyeshadow primer. It goes on smoothly and makes my eyeshadows last all day long without creasing. My only complaint (and one that doesn't even really matter to me because I love the product so much) is the packaging. I love the sponge tip applicator, but the bottle itself doesn't allow you to get all of the product out of it and, while not ridiculously expensive, it's pricey enough that you want every last drop out of it! Overall, I can't say any anything bad about the product, it rocks.

packaging is awful--a lipgloss applicator for an eyeshadow base, which by nature is going to be thick and dry, is nonsensical. when coupled with the long, opaque container, you can be rest assured that it is impossible to get all of the product out of this package without breaking into it. stila's eye base has essentially the same formulation and works just as well in a much more sensible package.

guerlain's product is much nicer, albeit more expensive if you're looking for an HG eye-shadow base, in my opinion. for the same price range, i prefer MAC paints in either untitled or bare canvas--they last forever, both on your eyes and in the tube. have been using them for nearly a decade and have no intention to stop.

As an eye primer this product is just amazing.
I can go a whole 12 hour day without my eye shadow creasing and you really only need the smallest dot of it. It also makes the colour of eye shadow so much more rich and vibrant. I do a lot of smokey eye looks with blacks, greys and silvers and this primer just makes the colours so intense!
However, it comes in the most stupid packaging ever. It's pretty and everything but there is so much product in the bottle that the wand just can't get to. I thought mine had ran out but I cut the bottle in half and there was so much left in the grooves. It should just come in a pot or squirty tube.
But besides that I can't recommend this product enough!

I LOVE this!!! It's my holy grail product and i seriously can't beleive i didnt get it sooner than i did. My eyeshadow used to crease all the time, leaving gucky nasty lines on my eyelids, which im sure is not a nice sight... guh! Now, my eyeshadows stay put alllll day, no joke... no budging at all, and definitely no need to re touch or re apply during the day. I do agree though that the only downside is the shape of the bottle and the wand combined, therefore making it impossible to reach all the product. I know UD have recently changed the wand shape so its easier to reach in all those silly curves... but i actually DID cut open my old bottle, not expecting much product (i honestly thought all the internet hype about a ton of product being left over was just a load of drama, but its totally not) - i was actually GOBSMACKED... there was about 80% of the original product just hiding in the bottle, i feel SO sorry for those people not in the know who just threw theirs away thinking it was finished. Ive filled an entire cosmetics pot from Boots to the brim, and i reckon i'll be using this for at least another year... wish id not bought another PP in it's place now lol... guess ive got a back up though... even if it will be sitting in the drawer for a year :P excellent product though, i HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wears eyeshadow xx

Useless product. Leaves a film on eyelids making shadow look cakey and thick. Then, even worse, shadow ends up creasing badly anyway...

This product is sensational. I have very, very oily eyelids and no matter what eyeshadow or mascara I use, I get creases and smudges. This primer sets my eye makeup, and it does not move all day. At first I thought a primer would be a waste of money, but it's probably the best and most effective product in my makeup bag.

I should note, though, that once the product starts to get old (which, for me, is around the 4-5 month mark, and I use it every day), it REALLY irritates my eyes. My eyes get red and filmy and I feel there's "goop" floating around in them. For some reason it always takes me a few days to realize that it's the primer and not my detergent, shampoo, the air, etc. that's bothering my eyes. Once I buy a new bottle, everything is good again and my eyes are clear. I'm not sure what exactly happens to the product when it gets old, but as soon as you notice the product is going on drier and you're "twisting" the wand to get more product out, it's probably time to buy a new bottle.

I started using this product about a year ago and wow! I leave for work at 9am, and I go to bed around 12 midnight...that's almost 15hrs of wear, my eyeshadow is still fresh and has not creased.

P.S I know there is a a lot of talk on whether you should cut open these bottles, so I decided to cut open a bottle....oh my! The volume of product I found in the bottle will last me another 6 to 8 months no exaggeration..I was shocked at how much product was left in there.
After I opened the bottle I ended up at Sephora a few days later and the girl that works the Urban Decay section said, do not but open the bottle the volume of product you will find in there is not worth it. Wrong!
In my opinion it is very much worth it.

If you decided to cut open a bottle you do so at your own risk. If you're not comfortable using a knife or you just don't feel safe - please follow your instincts.

this stuff works wonders. it's the best eyeshadow primer i've ever tried, and generally, it's all i need to keep my shadow fresh, vibrant and pigmented all day. it also helps it to keep from creasing. my only problem with it it that it's pretty expensive, and b/c the bottle is shaped all curvy, it's impossible to get all the product out. the bottle it comes in is cute but not functional. other than that though, it's awesome.

Absolutely love this product. Can't believe how i lived without this before! Does exactly what its supposed to..Only downside is the packaging, after a while it becomes hard to get all of the product and its not only until you depot that you notice at least half the product is unreachable.
