This is a pretty basic salyicylic acid gel spot treatment for pimples. It has a more pleasant scent than a lot of other salicylic acid gels I've tried, but other than that there aren't a whole lot of bells and whistles here. If salicylic acid works for you, then this product is probably a good choice because it's relatively inexpensive. I've found after a lot of trial and error, however, that salicylic acid spot treatments just don't work for me, so I wouldn't repurchase this treatment.

This product works great *if* you catch a zit coming early on. It has helped some come to a head overnight, so I can pop them in the morning (gross, I know, but once I pop a zit it goes away for me). I also like that it is clear, rather than white or skin-tinted. I do think the claims of immediate improvement are over-reaching though, especially for those who have older acne. Retails for about $7.

This is good for when you first notice a spot coming up. When I can catch it early, any spot pretty much goes away overnight. I have not experienced any over drying from this. I apply it with a q tip just to keep my fingers away from potential acne. I like it and will keep it around.

I am so grateful for this stuff. It's not a miracle product, but it definitely helped my skin. I had a cystic scar on my face, which is kind of like scar tissue, that would not go away. It was just this big fleshy bump and nothing I tried (aspirin, BHA, differin) would help. After applying this stuff about six times over two days, the bump was gone and now I'm just waiting for the red mark to heal. This also helped with a lot of my closed comedones that would just sit underneath the surface of my skin and never do anything. I really like the tube it comes in, and it has a nice, clean, medicinal scent. It doesn't dry out my already very dry, flaky skin (which is a huge plus because I have never used a spot treatment that didn't leave my skin in flakes). You also receive a lot of product considering you don't need to use very much of it. If you apply more than a thin layer to your skin, or if your skin isn't clean, it might flake up or rub off. But I found that as long as I apply a small amount to clean, dry skin, it works just fine. I'll definitely repurchase.

I'm so surprised by negative reviews! I love this product! It actually smells pleasant, which is rare with acne treatments. It also does take down the swelling of zits without ANY drying at all. I've never found a product that does that. I don't find that my zits are completely healed by morning when I apply it at night, but they're sufficiently smaller to be easy to cover. Usually after one more application they are gone. Plus, since the stuff doesn't cause flaking skin, you can easily put concealer or foundation on over it.

This product dries acne in a few days. Ive tried many products like this before and like that this one goes on clear and stays that way (no more friends running away in horror after application of zit medication) A good product overall

I can't live without this stuff. It works so well for me. I have combination skin and tend to break out in my t-zone and around my hairline, and I use this on existing blemishes and when I feel like one might be coming on. Works like a charm.

I like this stuff, especially because I can wear this during the day and no one will know (versus my Bye Bye Blemish pink stuff.) I've been using this in conjunction with the Clean & Clear Advantage oil free lotion and together these two work really well on my skin. i love this product. it's so easy to use and lasts forever! it's cheap, and you can use it during the day since it's clear. i use this during the day, and mario badescu pink drying lotion at night. works wonders!

works great, it burns a little, but compared to other products (prescription) such as retina micro, this does not burn hardly as much. It def has been working for me, i've been using it for about a week,( ever since i used it @ my friends house & saw results in one day) and all my pimples are almost gone. There just beginning to scab, and soon will disappear. I say try this product, some things don't work for everyone, so try it @ a friends house or something, then see if it works. I think its about 7 dollars and you can find it @ any grocery store or cvs pharmacy's. continued >>
