I've seen good reviews of this around the net for the longest time, and being an eyeliner junkie, I've always wanted to try a cream eyeliner that doesn't smudge, budge, or smear, but at the same time, not a pain in the neck to take off at the end of a long day, and I've found this in my MAC Fluidline, which I still love, but I really would want for a cheaper alternative so I bought this on a whim. I got this one in Black, and it just gives the most intense and opaque, pigmented black color, so that' a huge plus for me. It goes on completely creamy and not at all chunky and hard, which is what I found in my old Maybelline Lasting Drama. hopefully this doesn't try out like that one but for a really cheap drugstore buy, this earns 5 lippies and a definite recommendation for me.

absolutely love this eyeliner!!!! i prefer it way more than the maybelline cream eyeliner. i have 8 of them: 2 blacks, 2 coffees, 1 midnight, 1 plum, 2 gunmetal! favorite eyeliner of all time :)
I was surprised by how much I love this liner. I have had this about 4 months and it has not dried out. I read somewhere that people have had luck with storing it upside down, which is what I have been doing.
The one I have is Black. It is probably the darkest black eyeliner I own. It applies consistantly and once it dries does not move until I take it off. I have used this on 90+ degree days and have been outside going about my day and it still stays put.
I don't really like the brush it comes with. While I like how thin it is, it is to short for me to have as much control as I would like. I prefer to use my Ecotools brush for it. I also don't like the shape of the packaging or the lid because it is awkward to close.

wow, amazing!! so glad my target was in stock with this. the target i usually go to is usually out of these, and the liquid liner.
for only $3 this is great. this is the first cream liner i'm trying out. the brush it comes with is pretty good. it's perfect for thick OR thin lines, and creating wings! i love how i can now create the perfect cat eye :) yay e.l.f.!

I love this liner. In my opinion, it's just as good as MAC's fluidline, but for much cheaper. Plus, it doesn't seem to dry out nearly as fast (I occasionally forget to screw the cap back on haha). It goes on super smoothly and it takes forever to wear off. I use mine mostly on my waterline/tighline, and it works perfectly for that (although it works just as well on the lid). My only complaint is the packaging, which is slightly bulky and difficult to close; but with such a good product, it doesn't really bother me.
What ELF got right: the price, colors, and the wear time. This liner lasted all day including through my Zumba class without a smudge or a fade. The only negative thing I could say is that while the packaging on their Studio Line looks pretty/expensive, it's not practical and doesn't need to be so bulky for what they are giving you. I'm not complaining though, ELF is my new favorite brand!
Thanks to this stuff, I am finally able to pull off a winged/cat eye liner look. The formula is so smooth and the color is so rich and dark it is such a breeze to work with! I use it with the ELF studio angled liner brush and love the results with that.

This is great quality cream eyeliner being that it's only $3! I've had this product for almost 4 months and it hasn't dried out on me. It comes with a brush that's decent quality although you probably want to invest in a good eyeliner brush. Every now and then it does tend to skip but I think it's only because I have oily eyelids so I have to make sure I get all the oil off my eyelids first. It hasn't smudged or run on me.
I've been a pro artist for more than 20 years, I'm not paid by any company>some of my students rave about some E.L.F products, so as everything was price I ordered a haul, First 12 items I tried to order were out of stock, which did not please me. I really wanted to like the product kept an open mind, but YUK, horrible, it started to dry up in 5 days, although I had religiously closed awkward lid every time, the brush is a joke, throw it, no matter which brush I tried, even shu uemura liner, could get no consistency with this product, tedious to apply, only good thing was the colour midnight blue and the packaging looked nice. Simply no comparison to Mac or Bobbi Brown, you get what you pay for should have known better, as I only work with quality products
i love love love dramatic eyeliner and this definatly does the trick. my maybelline eyestudio always smudged at the end of the day and seemed to never dry, but this doesnt even budge, water proof smudge proof, i can literally rub my eyes and this liner will look exactly the same. going to try the plum and maybe brown.
suggestions: i see alot of people are having trouble with applying this product, elf has a angled eyeliner brush for 3 bucks (same price as liner) and it works great.
