tottaly made my acne worse dryed out my skin 2, (and i thought i had oily skin!) i used to have just oily skin, but this totally trew off my complexion, dry mouth area, jaw, and t-zone, oily nose and cheeks, and super oily 4head! i tried using it only in the oily spots, but it didnt work, if you cant use a product all over your face, switch. By the way i started using ceptiphial cleanser and moisterizer and my skin is now even and normal and almost completly acne free! any way the ice feeling felt good 4 the first 10 seconds this was on my face, then it started burning, and the next time i used it, no ice, just burn. i will stick to my trusty ceptiphil.

I searched forever trying to find a cleanser for my acne prone skin and I had many failures, but this cleanser is the only one that actually works for my skin. It cleared up all the blemishes that I had and helps prevent new ones from forming. I love this cleanser and I only was my face once a day because I don't have the time to wash it twice a day and I think this product does what it is supposed to do...I have gone through like 5 bottles and I think I will go through even more!

This cleanser is horrible. At first it was great but after a few washes, my skin is so dry that it's peeling around my mouth and it itches badly!! At first I thought I had a rash, but I don't it's just the dryness. I've stopped using this cleanser and it has been 3 days and my skin still isn't back to normal. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

I got a sample of this in the mail and used it for the 2nd time last night. It feels VERY nice on the skin, especially when its hot outside! It seems to cleanse pretty well, and doesnt leave any residue behind. The smell is a LITTLE strong, but I guess I could get used to it. I put no for repurchase b/c Im still undecided.

I bought this cleanser about a week ago. The first time I used it, it was great. A little bit goes a long way. It foams up very well. I love the tingling feelings that it leaves on my face, and it smells great. However, after the 2nd wash, things didn't go so well. The cleanser dries out the skin around my eyes, on the cheeks, and around the mouth area, and it burns when I put on my moisturizer. I tried using it only at night and use jojoba oil after so it wouldn't burn my face. It helps a little, but my skin is still dry and flaky. I was debating for a while before I returned it, because I really like the cooling effects and the smell of this product. Well, I guess it is just not for me.

omg i ♥ this cleanser sooo much!!! it totally cleared up my acne and prevented future breakouts. it also smells good and makes my skin feel tingly and minty after i use it. the onlt bad thing is that if i use it more than once a day, it dries out my skin so i only use it at night. overall this worked fabulous for me and i would def. buy again!

This cleanser foams nicely, takes off the makeup, doesn't irritate the eyes and leaves my face clean. I haven't had any breakouts since I started using this cleanser.

Reading the other negative reviews, it must be pretty harsh, which makes sense to me as to why it cleans my face so well. I've usualy had to rely on some pretty strong (high AHA or BP content) and more expensive cleansers to keep my acne-prone, oily T-zone face clear.

I use this cleanser to clear the makeup off, then every other day I use a 2.5% BP wash (Acne Free) and the other days I use St. Ives Apricot scrub. With this regime , I've had very few breakouts, whiteheads, blackheads, etc and fewer lotions/treaments which typically cost more over cleansers; just a vitamin C cream at night and Mexoryl high SPF lotion for day.

My only complaint is I always have trouble releasing the pump when I start a new bottle

UPDATE (6/14/09): Wow. Love this stuff. No need for BP cleanser any longer. Scrub maybe once or twice a week. Skin looks great with minimal breakouts. Nights follow with Vit C and Retinol serums. Days follow with Vit C serum and 2 sunscreens: one with zinc/titianium and the other Mexoryl. This stuff can get really goopy/thick and I have yet to have a major breakout. LOVE IT. And I finally figured out how to release the pump correctly. *duh*

Overall, a very nice cleanser. It's not the most amazing thing, but it gets the job done, has no harsh side effects, and is well worth the few dollars. Smells great, foams up quickly, hardly need 1/2 a pump to cover my entire face, cleans deep, & has helped my oily/acne skin. Very cheap and this bottle will last me a while! The only complaint I could have is that when washing in the shower, the cleanser foams up into your nose and stings (oh well!) and it leaves my skin feeling a bit tight afterwards (but it comes with a nice little sample moisturizer that works great and lasts a while too!)

Overall, a very very good product and definite buy again! :D

i don't really think that the product really helped me with my acne but it did sort of prevent new ones from growing.....one thing i love about this product is that it gave my face a cooling sensation it felt really nice...i guess that is the only nice thing about it i definetly wouln't buy it again!

got this in a swap,,it was ok not anything i would recommend,,,it has a nice cooling effect, but i wouldnt repurchase again,,smells great though!
