I purchased the liner in the colour Jet Black. This product is the da-bomb! It applies easily, smoothly, and is very pigmented. Love the brush applicator which allows for either a thin or thick line to be drawn. Wears extremely well all day with no flaking, smudging, clumping, or irritation. Plus it washes off easily. For less then $2 it is a steal of a deal.

For the money, it's a good product. The black is intense and the product goes on smoothly. It hasn't flaked on me, but I also use primer on my lids, so that may help.

i use a thin line, because if you apply too many coats it will start flaking away and it won't feel "comfy" on your lids. you can feel the hardness. but this is not a horrific product. i have it and i don't use it much. very skinny and thin brush. it may be a good cheap liner to have around to practice applying liquid liner with. i like thin lines on my upper eye lid, and that's why i use it sometimes.
Update: I really admire how chrisspymakeup uses this liner. she makes me want to give this another try but I have so many other liquid liners that don't flake off on me. The elf one works much better and doesn't flake or feel flaky on my lids.

I picked up this NYC liquid eyeliner in Jet Black only two weeks ago. I have to say that I really enjoy it.

I have never been able to wear liquid eyeliner. I always became frustrated with attempting application. It would get everywhere and not look perfect as I wanted it to look.

I've been unhappy with my regular eyeliner lately...just want more "pop." I decided to give liquid another chance. This is the first one I picked up to try again and it is awesome! Since it is liquid, it is very easy to apply and doesn't require me to hold my lid taut or take forever to build up application without tugging. I just look down into a mirror and very carefully do small lines along the lash line until I have one complete line. Voila!

I have had no problems whatsoever with flaking. If I rub my eye it will rub off, but that's expected. Other than that, it looks great ALL DAY! And I appreciate the longer applicator brush. It allows me to apply more product at once and I also believe it helps those who may not be as experienced applying liquid eyeliners. Watch some YouTube tutorials and you will get some great tips on how to apply liquid liners.

I got this in jet black, it goes on black and STAYS black. It lasts pretty much the whole day but other days, it flakes a bit by the end. But what kind of liquid eyeliner doesn't? I love how it's so cheap and affordable. I will definitely buy again. :D The only con about it is the long awkward applicator brush. :/ It takes awhile to get used to, but with practice, applying eyeliner is like a piece of cake[;

I really like this liner!! I got it in "pealized black" and its GORGEOUS. It goes on smooth, dries quickly, doesnt flake or "peel off" and doesnt fade. Its great, and for the price ($1.72 at Target) you really cant beat it. Ive tried sooo many different ones and this one is by far one of the better ones..and the cheapest!! The only think I dont like it how long the handle and applicator wand is...Its very hard to get used to!

THIS IS THE BEST LIQUID EYELINER EVER! I've been using this for about 2 years now. I've tried so many different eyeliners from high end brands to this, and this one is worth your money! This is the only liquid eyeliner I would get and buy, I trust it that much! It never fails and it lasts a very long time (On me) lol. I have the blackest color and it glides on great, doesn't smudge and it dries fast! Ladies, please do not waste you money on pricey liquid eyeliners because one way or another they all measure up to this fantastic eyeliner! Good luck!

I've always wanted to play around with black liquid eyeliner but some of the brands I've tried didn't work so well. Either the formula is too streaky/liquidy or the brush is too flimsy and hard to control.

This one works great, it dries pretty fast and the brush is easy to use. I got the darkest black color. So far I'm impress with this product, it stays on pretty long without any smudges or flakes. Great buy =)

since i started wearing make up over 12 years ago this is the only liquid liner i tried and liked stays on all day doesnt move and its cheap

flakes quickly, sticky texture, takes too long to dry.
