I have this in Mango/Peach. It smelt nice at first but I got sick of the smell pretty quickly. Ugh. But at least it's sorta compact. Mango/Peach has an orangey tint to it, which looks alright on my lips. I don't like the sticky feel though. Wouldn't repurchase. UPDATE: I went to sleep with this on, and woke up to icky lips. Not the soft, moisturized feel I was expecting. I'll try to find some other use for it. 2nd UPDATE: OOH! I've found a use for this. Instead of applying it on my lips, I use it to moisturize my cuticles and my elbows. Nice! So the rating goes up to 3.
i bought the watermelon flavor of this balm. i love the sweet watermelon scent. It just reminded me of boracay island here in the philippines. So refreshing. It made my lips so smooth and hydrated. i love it. i wear it everytime before going to bed or a day that lipgloss is not my thing to use. Love it. i will buy it again. :)
I use Born Lippy Lip Balm in Passionberry. I love the slight pinkish tone and the smell is divine. It's great under Beech Lip Liner and occasionally I use it on top of a matte lipstick to prevent flaking. It lasts quite a while - at least three hours, which is great in my books.
I love Born Lippy Balm! The best thing about it is the smell. I have it in Strawberry (which has a fresh strawberry scent, not the artificial kind of smell), Passion Fruit (my favorite!), and Peach Mango. It keeps my lips super soft, gives a glossy shine, and smells heavenly. The strawberry smells delicious and gives a hint of reddish pink. The Passion Fruit is just clear but smells great also. The Mango peach is clear, too, but the smell is horrible! I like peach and mango separately, but when you put them together it's just gross. But, overall, this is one of my favorite lip balms. It's the best!

Urgh. Expensive stuff that don't work. I have the one in Raspberry. I loved the scent and the reddish pink tint it gave my lips but it doesn't function as a lip balm at ALL. It made my lips really dry and I'm better off with Nivea Lip Care in Strawberry. Cheaper, has a great scent, give lips a nice tint and it actually WORKS.
Born Lippy is a nice creamy consistency, and the flavors are really nice. i have strawberry and tangerine. strawberry leaves my lips with a pretty flushed color, and tangerine is a little sparkly but you dont feel the glitter like you do in some lip glosses.
these last a while and taste good.
I like the texture of this lip balm, slicker compared to Blistex DCT or Rosebud Salve. It's almost a lip gloss actually. I have it in strawberry which has an amazing, delicious scent. Not the cheap kind of sweet smell.
It works well for me although I find my self reapplying several times. Either because they taste good or I don't like the dry-balm feeling it gives, NOT dry lips. It gives some shine and a very sheer tint. I would probably repurchase this. continued >>
I haven't tried anything from TBS for the longest time because everything seems overpriced to me. However, I've been on a lipbalm kick lately and the yummy scents and flavours are just too tempting. I went ahead and swapped for the Mango Peach flavour and really liked it at first. It smells absolutely delicious! It looks bright orange in the tub but goes on clear with nice shine. The texture isn't too greasy nor thick. Glides on smoothly and evenly. However, here is the bad part: it doesn't moisturize! In fact, my lips feel drier after using this! I always feel the need to apply another lipbalm after wearing Born Lippy. That's why this is getting only 2 lipsticks from me -- great for the yummy smell, but does not serve its purpose of being a lipbalm.
