At first, I was totally excited for this product because people all around me kept raving on and on about this lip balm, so, I decided to give it a try. I have to say it was on the expensive side because it cost about 6~7 dollars from where I live. However, the packaging was SO cute! Plus, I like the sphere shape because it helps me apply the balm better on my lips. However, for its expensive price, I don't think this lip balm does justice. It is moisturizing after about 2~3 coats. However, with just one coat, I can barely feel the moisture. At first, it felt a bit uncomfortable because I think it took a while for it to sink in. However, after 5~10 minutes or so, my lips started to absorb the product, and after awhile, it became quite moisturizing. I don't really mind the smell, but I'm not really loving it either. I think it smells pretty nice, but ehh, I've seen other lip balms do better than this :/
I wouldn't really recommend for people to use it because I've seen Vaseline do better work than this! However, if people are into the cute packaging and the fruity scent, I say go for it. Otherwise, stick to your regular Nivea lip balm or Chapstick. It gets a 4/5 from me.
I bought this seeing this in the cutest packaging as well as it being natural and organic. I'm not sure why this product does not work well for others, but it has for me. I normally have extremely chapped lips, peeling all the time. When i first used this, it worked wonders for me and still does. My lips now are smooth and does not peel anymore. Unlike others, I don't need to reapply often and it does not worsen the state of my lips by making it more dry. The downside for this in my opinion is that it's not as compact when it comes to keeping it in your pocket. I would definitely repurchse.
I had high hopes for this lip balm since so many people raved about it. But i was disappointed by it. All it did was coat my lips. It didn't hydrate it or sink in well. It tastes sweet and looks cute, but that's as far as it goes. Vasaline does more than this.
Has the cutest packaging in the world! I love the smell, it doesn't really remind me of summer fruit, but more like fruit tea. It does moisturize your lips very well, but from what I've heard, there are lip balms out there that are better at hydrating your lips than this one.
UPDATE: I've been using this for much longer now and I feel like it just isn't hydrating enough. It keeps my lips from chapping, but the softness of my lips are very temporary
Cute packaging, shitty balm!
It does absolutely nothing!
1/5 score from me
I love the smell of this, very fruity. The packaging is also very very cute But i absolutley HATE this product. It dried out my lips and made them peely. There is nothing wrong with my lips, this lip balm just happened to dry them out so i will not be repurchasing.
This is a pretty good lip balm. Does the job by hydrating your lips and it smells really good.
At first, I was digging this lip balm because of its paraben-free nature. It has very cute packaging. However, it is sort of annoying to dig in your bag looking for a sphere. Most of all, I will never go back to this product after using Rosebud Salve balm, which is the best. Also, I may purchase Korre's lip balm in mango or pomegranate if I want to go paraben-free.
eos is not nearly as moisturizing as any of the other products mentioned.
I really love the EOS lotion so I thought I'd try the lip balm. The packaging is pretty adorable but the product overall sucks. It was only hydrating for a the first few minutes then it just dried out my lips. Not worth the hype on this product, does not hydrate lips at all.
I tried this lip balm because I liked the packaging and the shape. As another reviewer pointed out, you can find this really easily in your purse. The trouble is, it turns out that I like a cylindrical balm better. Still, I would have kept using it if I thought it worked well. It doesn't. It doesn't dry my lips but it doesn't help them either. I get more moisture out of a Lip Smacker.
