I was actually pleasantly suprised with this drugstore item! It cleaned well *even though i still use my original face cleanser before this* and it made my face feel very soft. I usually have small bumps on my skin, and this cleared them away after one wash! I will continue to use it, and will update if anything wrong happens, but I anticipate a positive outcome with this product!!

I personally like this product. it leaves my face VERY soft and keeps oil away for a little while(not as long as i would like it to though). Some people say that it doesn't foam for them but what i do is wet it with warm water, turn it on, and then push my finger down on it about 10 times until i see a little soap coming up. Then i use it for about 5 minutes and it foams pretty well for me when i do that. they also say that it makes them break out but that's just how it works...it takes all the gunk and dirt that's deep into your face and brings it to the surface which causes a temporary break out but still gets all the gunk out of your face. i do like this product.

I personally really like this product. It does an amazing job at removing the dead skin off the face. One time I went a month without using this, then used it in the shower and WOW. My face felt literally smaller - yes smaller - like a layer of skin had been taken off. Fantastic. Its gentle enough to use daily, but I only use it about three times a week.
I use it before cleansing my face with Neutrogena Invigorating deep clean foam (the stuff in the blue bottle) because I feel like it makes the cleanser penetrate deeper. I will continue purchasing refills.

I love this. The gentle vibrations really remove any kind of excess makeup and dirt. It is really good at cleaning out clogged pores. You can use the same pad for about 3 or even 4 days. It works good at scrubbing your face. When I first bought it, I was constantly using it cause I loved it. And my skin was baby buttttttt smooth! But then I used it so much that it started to make my skin flakey. So all you have to do it be careful that you don't overuse it and use it once a day or less. It a really great by and i LOVE it.

Ok, hands up who thought the pad was going to, at the very least, rotate and spin round? I thought it would be an easier way to cleanse but it does very little. No, I tell a lie, it vibrates against your face. The pads absolutely refused to foam up, so it didn't feel like there was any cleanser on there (I ended up adding my own). If it spun round and rotated a little it'd be quite a good little gadget, the shape of it is pretty badly thought out though, it's too big to get into the sides of the nose and the inner corner of the eyes. The vibrating action has no benefit whatsoever to the face so I'm not sure what this is for. Perhaps it's the novelty value. Maybe it serves me right for thinking that this was going to be a lazy girls way of cleansing, now I've wasted £12 on this little machine that is frankly, useless. The cleansing pads must have very little cleanser on them. The pad itself probably does have a little exfoliating action, but I wouldn't rely on the pad soley for my exfoliating - definitely consider adding your own exfoliator to the pad. Left my face smooth, but only because it exfoliated slightly, it's not the vibrating action. Wouldn't buy again. For a cheaper alternative, attach some cotton wool to your Rampant Rabbit and squirt some face wash on there. Bob's your uncle!

Ugh. Sorry to say it, but I was thoroughly disappointed. The one good thing I have to say about this little gadget is that it made my skin very very smooth and soft. I have combo/dry skin in winter, and I had to immediately put on a thick moisturizer after I used this to prevent my face from feeling like it was cracking like the Sahara Desert. Deep cleaning, indeed. There was no natural oil or moisture left in the 9 layers of my epidermis that's for sure. It took two to three squirts of my regular facial cleanser directly onto the cotton pad and some water for it to finally suds up. I felt like it was a tad cumbersome also. Couldn't reach nooks and crannies of my face, like corners of my nose and in between my eyebrows. My suggestion is that you save your money for a nice facial cleanser/mild exfoliant and use the good ol' fashioned hands instead of this bad boy.

did nothing to make my skin softer or smoother or ANYTHING. awful. price isn't too bad, $12 and i got a free thing of refill pads. but i would never buy this again. the vibrations are barely existent.

What's the point of this?
It's just soap on a pad.
No amount of 'vibrations' will get the wash down to pores more than using your fingers.
And it didn't make my skin soft- just dry and my acne came back.

When I first started using this product it was amazing it make my skin so smooth reduced the appearance of pores and so on. I told all my friends about it and how they should get one. BUT... once i missed one day I completely broke out which is fairly unusual for me. My whole forehead was covered in little bumps that to this day I'm still trying to get ride of.
