I've been using this for a while. At first I thought it worked great. It does not. My hair is so damaged compared to when I used cones or serums to protect my hair.
The first ingredient is Glycerine. This is great for your hair without heat, but when combines with heat in INTENSIFIES the effect of the heat and causes more damage.
Stay far away.
This really saddens me, because my hair straightened well with it (now I really know why) and it was cheap.
It's an okay product. Works for some, doesn't work for others. I like that it comes out as a mist and smells nice, and I like that it doesn't make my hair feel stick or weigh it down. It dries well. I have very fine hair but this stuff doesn't "flatten" it. As for protection, I think it does a decent job. I don't think any product will protect your hair 100% against a steaming curling iron, but this stuff does help keep it soft. It's not amazing, but I would buy it again. The price is also very reasonable.
I've been straightening my hair a LOT and this makes my hair rather soft an smooth to the touch. They still break quite easily, but the feeling I get when I touch my hair is nice. I think it is worthwhile and will repurchase.
Loooove this! I would suggest it to anyone.
It smells nice, makes my hair smooth and shiny and protects it from the flat iron. As someone who flatirons and/or curls my hair daily, i am always looking for a good heat spray and this is it!
The bottle is nice and the spray pump just mists your hair to help avoid too much in one area and it super easy to use. It also has a lock on it which i love!
Will buy again and again! <3
I love this thermal spray! I have extensions and have been searching for a long time to find something to protect and moisturize without making my hair feel greasy. This does that for me! And the price for quality is outstanding! It leaves my hair smooth and soft with no frizz or tangling.

I like the simple, good look of this product. The trigger is easy to use & I like that it's not an aerosol can. I also love how it smells; it's kind of fruity & it's not obnoxious. I use this on my own hair & on my hair extensions & I'm impressed with how it immediately took away friz. It didn't just protect my hair from damage, it actually made my hair LOOK better! What I like is how it protects & improves my hair without making it look stringy & greasy. Lastly, this doesn't cost a lot & that's always a plus in my book.

Love the green apple smell of this, the fine mist, how easy it is to spray, and that it's inexpensive... when I first smelled it, the scent reminded me of my PM Super Skinny Relaxing Balm (I use a generic dupe from Sally Beauty). I spray this before blow-drying and can definitely feel a difference- much smoother hair. For my thick hair I found that if I do go overboard on the spraying it does get a bit sticky, but it smells soo good I want keep spraying and it's hard to stop!
Update: Its been a year and I don't think I'll be repurchasing. Sadly I feel like it's just not effective on my hair anymore. Probably because I use a really moisturizing shampoo/conditioner, so I feel no need to use other hair products afterwards now.
After all the rave reviews, I really wanted to love this product. However, aside from the great scent, it does nothing for my hair. My hair still gets fried by the flat iron and the spray actually feels kinda sticky...not how I want my hair to feel after I just washed it! Now it just sits on my dresser...I'll probably never use it and throw it out eventually :(
I loveee this! I use this prior to blowdrying and straightening. It protects my hair and makes it soft, smooth, and takes away frizz. Not only that, but it's cheap, only $4-5 at Target. I've tried the John Freida brand but all that did was dry out my hair. I'm sticking to Tresemme!
